Very fun place for the boys. The only thing that disappointed me is that there is no place to play for the little ones who are not yet walking. But otherwise the big ones liked it a lot. Ideal place for them to get super tired.

Fun for kids, great place to burn energy. I recommend going 1 hour, after that time it becomes a bit boring. The variety of games is a bit limited, my experience with children from 4 to 9 years.

Good place for children to enjoy, it is spacious, clean, I think they should add more benches so that those of us who are jumping can sit and watch the children while they enjoy ... the parking lot is not very wide, but in general it is good place to hang out

Yesterday I celebrated my son's birthday party at this company at the Doral location. In advance I had notified that within my guests I would have two people in wheelchairs and they told me that they had enabled ramps. During the first minutes of the party one of my guests suffered an accident with his ankle, it took more than 20 minutes for someone from the place to come to offer help, only someone came to fill out an incident report 20 minutes later. With not two, but 3 people in a wheelchair, I asked that they allow me to sit them in the living room that was already decorated for my son, with the cake and the personal belongings of the other guests and they told me that by politics they could not let anyone in Until it was time to break the cake, I asked to speak with a manager who never appeared. I started down the wheelchair guests on the ramp (3) and to my surprise the fence at the end of the ramp was closed and to open it requires a security code, no employee of the place approached to help us. I went back to the reception and asked to open the ramp and talk to a manager again, he did not appear. Finally, a staff member helped me looking for who knew the ramp code to get my family out of there (I wonder what would have happened if it had been a major emergency and that we had to evacuate the place. Would anyone have thought of the ramp? would someone remember my call two days before where I mentioned that I would have 2 wheelchair guests? would anyone remember my sister, who was also in a wheelchair now? During the time we were in the room the person in charge of events he apologized to me, but unfortunately I needed to talk to a manager, he never showed up.
This message does not mean that Sky Zone users stop going, we sign a waiver, my sister is fine and after having been checked in the hospital they immobilized her foot and will use crutches for a while, this message is for managers and owners of Sky Zone The manager of his Doral location is NOT DOING HIS WORK, in two hours in his establishment I asked to speak with him 3 times and he never replied, what will they do about it? Now, are your security measures adequate when, knowing that you have people in wheelchairs in your establishment, the exit ramps are locked with security keys? Have you passed your safety inspections?
Is Sky Zone a fun place? Yes, but it does not have adequate security measures, additionally for parties NOT SERVE, you can only use the room 30 minutes and your guests, especially older people (grandparents of your children for example) or people with special needs (my 3 guests in wheelchairs) will have no way of being in a safe area. Ahhh and don't count on the manager, he doesn't appear!

The only reason they have 1 star is because they couldn't post the comment otherwise.

Good.

Not fun at all, nothing interesting and also u can't play with ur kids, the kids should be separate for the adult all the time, small trampoline area for the adult. I will never going back there and look for another one better

As a person that's not really a big fan of trampoline's I can say this place amazed me in so many ways. The part that gave me a little trouble was the waiver it was a little headache but I understand the reason why you guys make customers sign waivers. It was a Saturday it was packed guessing that's the most busy day.

My kids experience overall was great and I can truly say they had a pleasant time. They enjoyed every second of it , even though the time does fly I can say the time there was so much worth it. It was packed but it was good seeing kids have such a good time and seeing them happy. There should be more choice of foods the pizza wasn't all that great.

The reason I gave it 4 stars it's because of the amount of court monitors that I saw acting like they didn't want work or talk like their body language was poor. I do thank one of court monitor's who went around and made sure every parent and child was having a good and great time , created a conversation with me and made sure my kids were having a great time. His name was Lazaro very amazing and very ambitious. Surprised he's just a court monitor. Majority of the court monitors should be as happy as he is working there and greeting other customers for their first time, making sure they understand where they can jump and where they can't. The front desk staff was also amazing and truly patient with me while it was packed , thank you very much.

The rules are too much but at the end of the day I understand the reason why too many rules are enforced it's for kids and adults safety. I truly respect that and some parents who ever understand it's for the safety but safety always comes first!

I will be back for another visit with a bigger crowd and a crowd ready to have fun!

THANK YOU SKY ZONE STAFF!!!!

It's my nephew's birthday, I spend most of the time with his friends and families, I really liked the place, and those who work there are very concerned with the visitors, I hope they keep working like this

We had my son's 11th birthday party here this past weekend. From the start of our function to the very end we were very impressed with our experience! The cost is reasonable for what is included. Our party hosts Michael and Alba were very friendly and had fun with my son and his friends. Our guests had a great time! Also, the front desk staff went above and beyond while helping our guests check in. They even sent me a nice thank you note afterwards. I highly recommend this place for a fun birthday party.

I come from Tampa. In Tampa they have Altitude. I'll compare Skyzone to Altitude. In Altitude there is one big trampoline divided into squares. In Skyzone it's divided due to age and size and you can ONLY play dodgeball. In Altitude, there is rock climbing, foampit jumping, basketball, squishy stick fighting while on a beam, ziplining, and if you're in a birthday party dodgeball. In Skyzone you can only jump into the foam pit, basketball, and play dodgeball. The birthday parties at Altitude can either be a table on the second floor or a large private room on the first floor, near the trampolines. They do not include beverages but include either 1,2, or 4 pizzas, it depends on what the host's parent payed and asked for.The birthday party guests (children) have a private Dodge ball game. Skyzone birthday parties can either be in a table that stains your booty with white (it comes off if you swipe it off) or a private room. It includes beverages and pizza.

This place is really fun and it's also a great work out.

Tips: They do have promotions on certain days including buy 1 get 1 free (Thursday). Make sure you ask about that! They do have lockers for $3 (2 hours) for your stuff.

I'd love to see them add some old arcade games to the mix. The existing arcade isn't great. The hurricane simulator is a waste of credits (12).

We just were here, tried to jump, it was 6.07 pm., but they told us if we wanna take an hour of jumping, we have to wait till 7 to be able to start or we will loose 10 min. So... What's the point!? What I can not jump from 6.07pm till 7.07pm!?!?

Fun place for the kids to waste energy; even for adults this is a fun thing to try. It does smell a bit dirty, I m guessing from all the sweaty children and teens. But a nice way to spend some time

Front desk was helpful. The monitors to fill waiver forms were horribly slow, but there is a wait time anyway so it didnt matter. The place was kind of small, you have to line up to use the foam pools and basketball as well as the dodgeball section. There were only 3 of each. But the equipments were notch and I had a lot of fun from just an hour. $15 is a good price I would say. I would definitely come again if I could.

Please make sure before coming here, that you may pay and the kids are not going to be able to play dodgeball. They reserved both dodgeball courts for birthday party at the same time so the kids that pay for one or two hours are not able to do what they came here for. Horrible management and very bad way to treat clients. You are paying per hour and you can t use what you are paying for.

I took my grandchildren here the other day and we had a truly splendid time. They were Able to exert all their energy here and slept like angels on the ride home. I look foward to our monthly retreats to Skyzone now.
Thank you.
