Very poorly run Sky Zone, ridiculous rules and protocols.
Jumpers are ONLY scheduled on the half hours intervals!
We arrived at 2:33 pm and was told that we would lose the 3 minutes or we could wait 27 minutes for the 3 pm window. Now there's a brilliant decision to make, "Hey kids, do you want to wait 27 minutes to jump?"
Then at 3:26 we saw staff directing jumpers to sit out and wait for their start time. Really, 4 minutes, how stupid. And the place is empty, no surprise there!
Then come to find out that a mom CAN NOT jump near her 5 year old son, there's some 'family fun time'. "Sorry baby, mom will be over here, 20 feet away, watching you jump".
The owners might consider consulting with some successful franchise owners, like in Sarasota. A much smaller market, yet always busy and fun!
Maybe let someone arrive at a time, then leave in 60 minutes later, like all those numbers between the top and bottom of the clock. Just train the staff how to tell time, hell there's clocks all over the place in there.
I even hear that computers can calculate the interval of time that doesn't happen to fall on the 12 or 6 o'clock positions. Just brain storming here!
