When we first walked in, we bought 11 tickets. We asked about the promo we saw online and the big banner that was at the entrance. The cashier said that we had to purchase the tickets online to get the discount. He then asked another employee and she said it could be honored but we needed to start the process (that took over 20 mins) all over again. We waited for our jump time, ordered pizza, it was not ready at the time they said it would be. When we finally got to jump, we had to wait because there were not enough spots, meaning they overbooked the time. The employees were very rude when telling us the rules. They reprimanded us adults like we were children. While others were doing the same thing but they didn't get in trouble. There is something called customer service and that was not displayed today. I felt a lot of people were rude, had unhappy faces and they just seemed to not like working here. Making the expirenece very unpleasant. I will not come here again because of the rude staff, poor customer service and terrible parking.
