Way over crowded always very warm in there.
Need employees to man the zip line its left to the kids that are in line to hold the rope for the kids in front of them I observed several occasions older kids not letting go of the rope so the kids could fall.

Dangerous, poorly trained employees for much responsibility

It wasn't that bad until the staff didn't let us rest for a while, even my daughters (7 & 9) complained they couldn't rest for a while when they tried the staff came to tell them (like an order) to don't stop jumping! The head and tummy of my little one hurted so she had to leave. Not to come back!

Great Family Friendly enviorment! Both kids and adults can have a blast! Dodge ball on the trampolines make the adults feel like kids again. They have zip lines and all sorts of fun activities! Kids birthday parties are very convenient and organized.

Fun place for youth. Quick service. Active Good time for sure

Its the most amazing place to go to anytime it brings birthday partys and much more.

We really had a good time but I must say that the place is definitely short staff. The cleaniness needs improvement and more staff to attend the different areas.

I hated it it should be rated 1.1 stars for being so small and only having Trampolines and a arcade and a rope thing and Zipline
and a thing to jump off.

I went here with my girlfriend and a I am very annoyed and angry with how they were running the main area. If you are a teenager or an adult I would not suggest going here if you are older than 13. They completely mismanaged the space they had confined approximately 20 teens and adults to 9 trampolines while there was ample empty space in the "kids" area that was not being touched and while many people in the teen/adult area were on the sides of the court so that other people have some space to use the trampoline we were yelled at for being in the area and not bouncing (remember there were more people than trampolines for people in our age range dispite there being approximately 12 trampolines we were not allowed to use that were completely open) They also told us we were not allowed to use the tumble track because the only two they had were designated "kids areas" eventhough they remained empty. I will say that this place seems fun if you are under 13 or have kids but it was a waste of our money and time to go here. I feel like this place was completely mismanaged. The workers spent most of their time pushing teens and adults into a corner and then yell at them for taking turns on the trampolines while leaving the obstacle courses mostly unattended making them impossible to use. I really looked forward to going here but after this experience I'll never come again.

Excellent place to play and hang out with the boys. It is very safe and well cared for. There is a waiting area for those who do not want to have fun and a small food store.

Went here for a party and it was so much fun! Great place for older kiddos.

Kids would love this place. However, lack of WiFi (guest wifi was 256kb), lack of outlets at the parents station/ rearrange area are annoying. Staff was friendly

There are not many parking places .. On Saturdays you should wait almost 1 hour to start jumping .. oversold

TERRIBLE the attention of the employees and also grumpy, they do not know how to deal with children. Almost no activity for young children which is not reported anywhere, you find out when you have already paid the entrance and have entered the playground. We made this claim but the answer was that it was because there were not so many small children going to the place and that they are only employees, "WHAT YOU MUST DO IS NOTIFY IT AT THE ENTRANCE". We left the place before our time will end. I honestly don't recommend this place

I love it I wish I can go everyday of my life I would go if it was free

This place is okay for the price. Aside from the jump trampolines, there isn't much to do. SK has a small arcade area where the kids can play while they wait for their jump sessions but once it gets crowded, you can forget about it. The food is over priced for just having nachos, pizza and chicken tenders. And it smells like a boys locker room.

Kids love this place! It's usually a little crowded but it doesn't seem to bother the kiddos.

It was my first time it's awesome. I didn't know what to expect but I did have a great time some of the girls here to work with at the front desk to give me nice talking and the other people were pretty cool too I didn't know what to expect the kids were okay I guess but I made a new friend here it's pretty amazing so thanks Sky Zone I had a pretty good time here even though it was my first time. Dodgeball was fantasic. Coming here next saturday! :D

Good place to take your kids out of the routine to have some fun while exercising but not to many options and the parking it's limited

It was fun; however, once it got dark and time to leave, there is no lighting to aid and assist with getting to vehicles safely.....Need more exterior lighting on the 82 Ave side of the building and also the legal parking is inadequate. Very limited parking on the property.

This is just the best place to take your kids for their birthday party or whenever with their friends.

Kids and adults will love and enjoy this amazing place

Nice place for children. A bit too crowded during parties. If you buy the tickets online, they will not consider changing the time of the tickets. You are stuck with the time -- no flexibility.

I had a horrible experience there , very unorganized, very unsafe, bad service,nothing work properly
overall the worst place ever !! I will never go back there or recommend to anyone .

Wonderful place where effort and discipline collide to reach a fun level of exercise... Ideal for children, teens and young adults.

Kids had a great time,great price to get in,paying for socks suck cause you have to return them,other then that it was a good time !

We brought our kids there for the first time to attend a friend's child's birthday party and we were very impressed.

The staff, while young, were in control and they made sure the kids on the trampolines followed the rules. This was very important to us as one of our kids is only 2 and playing with the bigger kids could have resulted in an injury.

They have at least 4 huge trampoline areas (one for trampoline dodge-ball!) with a few smaller sections like trampoline jumps into a foam pit and trampoline basketball. It really was very fun and the kids had a blast!

We're now considering having our kids next birthday party there.

It was great and the my 9 year old daughter and friends loved it.

The place is absolutely amazing and you could do everything there the food and drinks the prices are low and I had a blast

This place is super fun and worth the money. If you arent really athletic get the one hour cause that might be enough but if you can do two hours go for it cause its actually fun especially if you go in a group

Excellent place to go and burn some calories. A lot of fun they have some new fun games to try. Love going there my kids love going there definitely a place to stop by minimum once a month.

Its a lot of people. Lot of kuds if u jump at the public and not the private. Also feels like the ac is not working cux feels very hot while playing. And also u have to possibly park outside nrxt to the road . no enough parking spAces

Really a waste of money this is what you call catfish because this place is very small and really not enough room at all for the high prices I wouldn t waste my money no more. As well should be called kids zone because all the spots are for small kids basically. Definitely a for me.

Fun guaranteed for children and adults. Many trampoline beds, at the value of half is included.

Love it! Fun for adults and kids alike. Wish they were more consistent with food options and more careful with the smaller kids. Otherwise, great place!
