I was contacted by Purl and after reviewing my extenuating circumstances (I live in Toronto and consequently would have little use for the store credit) was given a full refund on my credit card. I am extremely appreciative of this kind gesture and feel that the right thing was done.

I tried to call 3 times today and no one ever answ...

I tried to call 3 times today and no one ever answered the phone. I got a message with their hours and I called during those times.... I m very disappointed because I live across the street and it would be so convenient and it looked like someone was there.... but if they aren t going to answer their phone then I don t think I want to give them my business.
An update about the business... I got response from the business saying they had moved and had problems with their phone system and that it was now fixed so I am thinking that I will give them another chance and take my business to them. I appreciate their responding in a timely manner.

Leslie made some good fabric suggestions :) I'm going to compare the samples she gave me to my furniture then go back. They have a really good combination of all kinds of fabrics and a broad price range. Covid hours are 10am-4pm, but I did not know what days they're open.

Service was poor to say the leastI came in with my spouse, was looking for some fabric for some curtains. We were never greeted. We looked around for about 20 mins, nobody asked if we needed help.. left unsatisfied.
