Since I had heard great reviews about SkyZone, I decided to go with my son (3) with my nephew (8) on a Saturday night. Upon arrival, there was no parking! I circled the block a few times before I finally saw a family leaving and was able to take their spot. When I got to the counter, I was informed we would have to wait about 20 minuets to jump because we arrived too late to jump in the current session. Needless to say I was very frustrated because we had just spent about that same amount of time trying to find parking!

Finally it was our time to jump, but to my surprise I could not jump with my son or nephew. We all had to be separated and on different courts. I was very upset so I asked the nearest staff member as to why. Alex, the staff member, was very informative and clearly explained the rules and procedures and that safety was very important to SkyZone. Noticing my apparent frustration, Alex was able to take the time out of a very busy night to help my son jump, interact with other children, and overall have a great, safe experience. Additionally, he bonded with my nephew on the basketball court by giving him tips and tricks to make the basket! My nephew was very impressed!

Although initially frustrating, with the help of Alex the night was a success! We will surely be returning soon. Thank you Alex!
