It was great! My toddler loved the foam pit, free jump and basketball court. The employees do a great job of monitoring everyone for safety without being overbearing.
Will def bring my daughter back.
Our 3 boys, ages 9, 6 and 6 all think they're ninjas in training, and have more energy than they know what to do with. They'd asked to go to Ninja Lounge, but it's pricey for what you get... you basically have to pay a la carte for all the different things there. It's also quite a drive for us.
Determined to find a place to take them, I began searching for a trampoline park near us. After looking at a few different websites, Sky Zone seemed like the best option. We purchased our tickets online to save time, then off we went. After jumping, running, flying on trapezes and doing ninja courses for 90 minutes straight, we grabbed snacks at the snack bar and headed home, with 3 very tired little boys, all of whom fell asleep within minutes of walking in the door. The oldest was asleep literally before his head hit the pillow. That NEVER happens.
A couple of things I really like about Sky Zone are that there's a counter directly across from the snack bar, which is only 20 feet or so from the front door, so a parent could grab something to eat and sit there while their kids play without worrying about them running out of the building. If your kid tried to run out the door, they'd have to run right by you to do it. I was also happy to see multiple outlets on the counter for parents to use to charge their phones (mine was almost dead when we got there, so I was relieved that I could charge it). Most importantly though is the fact that Sky Zone is significantly less expensive than Ninja Lounge and my boys all say they like it a lot more. We'll definitely be coming back at least once a month now that we've discovered it!

Today 05-11-2013 my 2 children of 6 and 11 years of age carry them to the sky zone for the first time. It buy a ticket of 2 hours for each one. To the 6:19 pm ..Everything well were expecting until the 7:30 start to play and the small boy loss the sticker to the 45 minutes ,,went to the reception where buy the ticket .
So that they gave me another new or I went to pay by the remaining time and did not leave me..It speak with the personnel and they said me that the boy no longer podia play but my $40 ..They did not help me and neither they gave me back the money of the time that remained to play.. horrible service but never carry my 2 kids to sky zone. Never I come back again..
Great place for everyone, watch I don't mean anyone should get into the rampage/ trampoline area unless you are fit or athletic; nevertheless, kids, teens, and young adults would have a great time. You have to visit it and see by yourself
It's a great place for kids to jump around and have fun being active. As far as the food goes not so good, expensive and terrible quality. Just be sure to eat before or after.
The staff was super nice and the trampolining was fun, but it was super crowded and the facilities weren't maintained as much as they could have been (e.g. dirty bathrooms)

The place was clean and my kids had lots of fun. I saw staff cleaning all common areas regularly.

Fantastic fun for all ages, as long as your knees are okay and you don't get headaches easily. Seriously, many different areas to bounce and jump. A half hour may be enough, but certainly a full hour will suffice. Be sure to sign up online to avoid all the paperwork and to secure a time slot. They do have some very busy times.

The people who work there should be fired it s a kids place and there souped to be happy and nice but no they should be fired especially a guy with a beard I when to go get a ball for a kid and the game didn t even start and they hit me and he said you re out and the game didn t start I didn t have enough time and it was my birthday wore place ever it a pice of trash

Hi, I visited this place yesterday with my three year old. I am from the Chicago area and have been to many Sky Zones...We have always had a very nice large area for my toddler to play. This Sky Zone in Doral was disappointing. There were two rows for the toddlers to play which was not enough room at all. And, we were not able to go into the common area with him as we have always been able to do at other facilities. I repeatedly asked the young woman at the counter at what age would I be able to let him jump in the common area and I be able to jump with him, she basically said "never"? Thats not how this place is supposed to be ran. Not all parents want to watch their kids jump...Especially since we have been to several and this is not the way it is supposed to operate. We will go to Trampoline High..... We will not be back a this Sky Zone.....

I met him for a birthday invitation and we were in love with the place, amazing activities for children, comfortable, pleasant and fun, the attention on the birthday was fabulous because they take care of everything, I will definitely return.
The actual facility is pretty awesome. That's why I give them an extra star, however for my actual experience this place deserves -1 stars. I took my 2 year old here after having so much fun in a different trampoline establishment in kendall. This place was closer to my house, so I decided to give it a try. What a disappointment that was. We went into the toddlers section and were the only ones there, I was trying to hold my child's hand while he was jumping since he's little and can't really do it on his own... But I was told by the rudest supervisor girl that I had to sit down in the back of the trampoline and just watch him from there. I obeyed. We payed for an hour for 3 people, my husband, my boy and me $42 to basically feel like we are doing something wrong at all times by the look of the patrolling mean girl. Of course my boy was upset the entire time, try to explain to a two year old that his parent cannot be standing and holding his hand while he's learning to jump... Pretty horrible experience overall. We left half hour before our time was up. I understand there have to be rules in place, but the rules should not overpower the real purpose of a place like this one. You come to this type of place to have fun, to laugh, enjoy and share good times with your family or friends... Well, this place certainly does not have a good grasp on that concept.

Fun place for kids and adults too! This is a large facility with multiple areas to jump in. After checking in you can get a locker to stow away your things. Next to that is an arcade and some private party rooms.
The trampoline areas are big! The first one is a large trampoline area. It's divided in kids and adults jumping area. They are separated by a net wall. After that there is a section for dodge ball, another for trampoline-basketball (fun!), a foam pit, and their newly opened ropes course (think ninja-warrior style).
The foam pit is cool but can be tough to crawl out of! You sink right in. All good fun though. The new area is very cool and very challenging. There is a rope tunnel, rock climbing/monkey bar style section, a rope swinging section, and more. I really like the rope swinging. There's also a trapeze and a swing from up high onto a giant cushy landing platform. Plenty to do, an hour or an hour and a half are a good amount of time to enjoy everything Sky Zone has to offer and get a good sweat going.
While the kids did the trampolines I did the massage chair.

FIRST of my many complaints is that the waiver online does NOT work. We went through all this trouble and there was an error. SECOND I was not allowed to jump with the people I came with so I was by myself. What sense is it that I came with a group and could not hang out with them. They should have a section for little kids and parents and then another section for the rest. THIRD the workers were rude and very annoying. I was just talking for two seconds to someone and they yelled at me to jump. I also saw someone who fell for a couple seconds while jumping and the worker also yelled at him. So all in all I HATE this place and would never recommend this place to anyone. I had a horrible time jumping by myself and the workers were rude. I would suggest any place but this.

Love this place! Look out for them on Groupon whenever available, took my kids here and they had a great time dunking on the hoops and playing dodgeball. Signed a waiver the first time and now when I return they have it on file. Nice. Staff is always friendly and keeping an eye out!

Honestly i come here a lot and turns out that today i came 20 minutes before closing and i asked if i can Pay for 30 minutes cause my daughter wanted to jump and she said no because they closed at 9 mind you it s 8:40 and she has already closed the cash register and had finished paying and all . She wasn t even at the front receiving people when we got there . I m really upset cause it isn t like i came for the first time . I m common customer at the location . This is the first time i get such poor customer service .
Sky Zone has to be the most creative place invented for family and friends. I'm a big fan of Sky Zone. This past Saturday the date of 10/10 I spent it at Sky Zone in Doral with my family , I had such a horrible horrible time with my family. Never again will I be going to the Sky Zone in Doral enforce too much rules and have rude court monitors. 2 or 3 court monitors that have good manners and great customers service, some looked bored and not happy to work where they work. If your going to enforce strict rules make sure your court monitors say it nicely. There's only 2 court monitors that actually made my experience a lot fun and much understanding than others. I won't be going back to this sky zone if the majority of your court monitors keep on with the rudeness.
