Skyzone Miami Review

My son loves coming here. It is never too crowded, and an hour of fun for him is only 15 bucks! Bonus, it burns off some energy. Happy to have a location in Doral that is fairly close by and has a reasonable amount of parking. The socks are included, which is nice, as it prevents their own socka from getting nasty running around. The slightly overpriced, moderate quality food sold inside is incredibly convenient, as is the arcade. Definitely a good option for days off of school when the weather isn't good for the pool or park.

Great place but the prices are a bit too high for the time they give you to jump around.

I understand that safety is very important but when I'm taking my 5 year old for his birthday and there where only 3 kids on the kids group section, so the middle was empty I asked the workers if I can play there with my son because he was crying cause he wanted to jump with his father and they didn't allow because they think that I will put my child in danger by jumping with me. So I was denied to play with him, I was only allowed to sit or stand in the empty section with my son because I couldn't jump with him. This will be my first and last time I WILL EVER BE INSIDE a Sky Zone because what is the point of a waiver for myself and my son if they think that I will danger my child life when jumping with his father. Now the food was horrible and also very limit, if we are "not allowed to bring food" I think they should have more then 3 things (pizza,hot dog, corn dog) . People know that if they go to places like this they will have to spend money so I don't think limiting food because you want to cut cost isn't the best idea, because after we left we have to go to BK to get some burgers and fries ( I think people with eat a $7 to $9 burger and fries). I will also be sending an email to Corp about this location because for next time I think I will go to "Off The Wall"

A well-equipped recreational center with games and areas to celebrate celebrations. Adequate and very courteous care.

Bring your kid here..he/She will have a blast. The place is always pack with kids and people in general having a good time!

This place is always a mess. There is nobody organizing the river of people that is always there. The prices are very affordable but if you survived the lady at the parking lot and the line to sign the waiver, you should be OK. The lady at the parking lot always yells at you and sends you to park in the street. With all the money I assume they're making they should be getting a decent parking space.

I went today with my 6 year old little girl and her friend and we had a blast! The trampoline area is very spacious with plenty of space for everyone. The adults are separated from the kids and teens to keep everyone safe but you can see the other people in your party which is nice! The foam pit area was a blast! I always wanted to do that and it was fun doing flips and handsprings knowing it was mostly safe! The girls didn't want to do the basketball or dodgeball but it looked like fun! They were "done" after 2 hours but said they want to go back soon! The staff was nice and the waiver process was very fast and easy. It was slightly hard to find it due to poor signage on 82nd Ave but we found it. Overall a fun experience for kids and adults. They also had air hockey and some arcade games. Snack bar definitely unhealthy choices so we went out for lunch instead. I recommend it though!

terrible experience here. me and my co-workers were trying to have a little fun outside of our jobs at mcdonalds. and we had reservations for a girls day out party there and when we got there the lady at the front desk, michelle, made us pay again for our experience. and when we were paying they got my credit card and i was going to put on some socks and they took $200 dollars off of my card. don't go here if you don't want to be broke because these raggedy, crusty, broke people have no life.

Dodgeball was fun and so was the hoops. I also enjoyed the attitude of the employees. They were respectful and helpful. Great place to have fun with the family. And I got a new pair of socks to boot

Wonderful place for kids and especially teenagers. No dull moments - just lots of fun. Make sure to wear comfortable clothes and be ready to bouce around.

We had already come many times with my son and it turns out that it does not appear in the system, which must be registered again, the person who was at the Check in was not kind and quite unpleasant until what another person came to say he did not know why Let us do it again. The computers are not in the best state and the lines are long.

Sky zone was plenty of fun for my daughter. However, unlike megajump, they do not allow you to jump with your kids. Keep this in mind when you go.

The staff is very rude. I changed my phone from my back pocket to my front pocket and was harassed and banned. The guy screamed and raised his voice at me instead of calmly telling me to put it away.

If you want to tire your son, take him for two hours or more and I know he will come home sleeping

The worst place to go!!! the staff is terrible, people who go there are even worse. Somebody stole my Nike shoes today and Skyzone stole the money from my credit card(100$ while I was buying a cup of coffee, and 150$ when I was buying the tickets online), and nor the Skyzone nor the manager care about that. I would strongly recommend to stay away from this place, especially in the evening because people who go there are crazy and particularly today 5 people over 18+ were trying to start a fight with a 16 years old and when they started, the staff nor the manager stopped the fight or punished those people. This place in Doral is just terrible.

Too small, too crowded, and too many rules. Lacks diversity in tramp activities while long lines of kids wait to jump as portions of jumping area is closed off. Save the money and go elsewhere.

My daughter who is 9 LOVES this place. If it is your first time i suggest to fill out the waver form online before you go. It will save you alot of time.

much better then the one in cutler bay, since it had more activities rather then just trampolines. The prices are good for everything you get to do. The parking is not enough for the many people who go there. I had to park on the side of the road since the parking lot was small and people had already took the parking. But overall fun experience!

It is a family place for kids to jump unfortunately the administration doesn t care about social distance or make people to use the mask. So recommendation do not bring your kids here

Place is pretty decent for kids to expend energy. However the area leaves something to be desired. Vehicles were broken into in the area. Industrial warehouse area. Does not seem like a very safe area after dark. Vehicles were vandalized and who knows what else. Come during the day I guess.

Well, the truth is that the wonder pass is an excellent place to have a good time, have fun and burn enough calories to be jumping, believe me, agitate as they have no idea, the only thing I didn't like was one of those who looked after people who didn't He took my wife's eye from above and my name is Nicolas when many were doing things that they shouldn't just see us but the truth is that it did not make the enjoyment because the truth happened very well

It was an horrible experience. The only nice girl was the one in the front desk and I think it was because she was charging me. The others employees were really annoying. There are many ways to say things, but they were just rude. I stopped for one second because I was tired and they yelled at me to keep jumping. I will never go back. They made me feel really uncomfortable.

My kids only last jumping 30 minutes. I thought it would have other activities other than jumping in a trampoline.. And a small activity in the back to jump on foam blocks. My children age are 9 and 13. But overall the enjoyed it.

The food is really over priced. For a little slice of a personal pizza they charge $3.50 (Really Small and super bad quality). They buy it at Pizza Hot and resell it there.

Great place! I wouldn t recommend you to bring a kid under 3, apart from that I can say that it s very organized. Get there early so you can have the trampoline for yourself

the general manager is a unfair douche bag. doesnt give his workers proper breaks or credit they deserve. he is somewhat racist behind closed doors.

Worst Sky Zone location EVERRRRR. They have no concept of good customer service. I had my sons birthday party there. Everything that could possibly go wrong, did. They dropped his birthday cake and lied about it. We ordered beef pizza because we don't eat pork and they gave us sausage and claimed that sausage and beef were the same thing. Then they ran out of pizza and couldn't get us a replacement. They spelled my sons name wrong on the intro board. They never brought out our cart so I had to be the shoe and gift keeper. They started our party late so we didn't get a full hour of jump time. And they refused to give me a credit for their mistakes. Never going back there again!!! Not to mention they sent me an email saying that they hope we had a wonderful experience and thank you. I responded with all of the issues expecting their team to contact me about all of the disappointments throughout that night and they never responded to me. Zip, nada, nothing! They just don't care about customer satisfaction.

Instead it is clean. Not very crowded. Really comfortable for these days.

Everyone was nice and friendly and on top of everything my friend lost his key and a wonderful employee by the name Christopher Lee helped us find it.

The best fun for kids and adults in a safe environment

It is a place where children can enjoy jumping, climbing some obstacles, throwing balls and falling on a mountain of sponge cubes. There are spaces reserved for small birthdays, in addition to a catering service for these cases. Negative aspect: low variety of options, in addition some of the jump points were unsupervised and in two cases I felt the presence of an adult to guide the little ones was necessary.

Pay my fee for 1 hour and the employees did not allow all the games to be used because they were exclusively for a children's party .... then they would have closed the Sky Zone and not charge the entrance and not let it be used
