I recently celebrated a birthday here and WILL NEVER DO IT AGAIN!!! BIG MISTAKE!!!
For the money they charge, 2 hours its very minimum, I was being rushed for all that time. The party guests could not go into the party room while the kids were jumping and had to be sharing just a few tables they have in a very noisy area. I do not understand why parents can't wait in the party room. The staff didn't accommodate all the kids I invited properly. If I'm paying for 25 kids to jump they should be able to be in that area whenever they choose to and not have to wait for other parties to finish. Although management took more than 20 minutes to solve this issue, that is 20 minutes my guests couldn't jump. At the beginning the staff was reluctant to solve the issue and this took a very heated argument with managers. The servers in the rooms were very SLOW and immature. They serve two little soda and lots of water against my request and took forever to go get more soda for my guests. I was very dissapointed!!!!!
