Not only are their products fabulous, but this was the best experience I have ever had with an online purchase! The customer service was unbelievable! Tony went out of his way to assist with a shipping issue. He was even willing to ship out a new order prior to the mix-up being fixed. Can't thank you enough! Whatever date they "estimate" your package to arrive, add a week. And when you contact their help desk....expect them to tell YOU to contact the postal service. Then they'll offer you free stuff and a different shirt instead of fixing the problem. Then, the day it's delivered...they'll email you to see if your package arrived a week after it was scheduled to. I like their different options for the type of tee, long sleeve or hoodie and seems like good quality. But, their customer service is lacking. I ordered, I paid...its their job to get it to me. I shouldn't have to hunt it down.
I am very happy with this company! I purchased a size that was too small as a gift for my grand daughter for Christmas. A larger size was sent out so as to arrive in time for Christmas before I even returned the smaller size!
What a great company to consider the needs of the customer!
I do quite a bit of shopping online and was excited to find something I thought would be really special for Father's Day considering we have a new addition to the family and one on the way. I placed my order on the 12th of May. The website estimated delivery by the end of May...no problem as Father's Day was June 21st. As of the first week of June I had not received my package. I contacted customer service via voicemail and their "help" email address. Several days later I had not received any communication in response to my inquiry. Shortly thereafter I received an automated notice with my tracking info. It is now June 12th and the package is still with the shipping partner with no anticipated delivery date. I have contacted customer service via phone and email several time (by the way you will always get voicemail and never someone that actually answers the phone even though they say their business hours are between 9am and 5pm) and have yet to get additional information or help expediting the package considering I now may not get it before Father's Day. Their customer service is atrocious and I would not recommend them for any purpose.
I am speechless about their customer service.. I made a mistake and didn't realize that the shipping was so delayed on my package. I emailed customer service, and "Ben and the Skreened Team" said that they updated my shipping to a priority service with no additional charge. I am in awe, love, etc. with them.
Great service & wonderful product. The unisex tees are so soft, printing is perfect and the team is 100% dedicated to your satisfaction. Use them!
If the tee shirt I wanted was $100, there is no conceivable way I'd spend what Skreened wanted to send me a tee shirt, in this case it is literally twice the cost of the item just to send it. I called them and asked about the shipping costs because I like their product (I think) and really wanted to get it for my girlfriend. The 3 day cost was twice the cost of the tee shirt (tee shirt $27, the shipping...$42.50). I may be a cheapskate but that's excessive considering the shirt could be stuffed in a regular envelop and sent to me for $1.50. When I called, I was told the cheapest delivery was 5 days and that cost is $27. The explanation...It takes us three days to print the tee shirt (two days, 22 hours too long) and then they have to overnight it from California (despite their location in Columbus).
I'm just not interested in doing business this way and have no interest in paying 2x, 3x, 4x or as much as 10x the cost of shipping to send something that I've arguably overpaid for to begin with....
If I could give less than one star I would. Whatever you do, don't order anything from Skreened if you have a deadline!
I ordered a shirt on December 4th to give my sister as a Christmas present. Come 12/23, when I hadn't received my package, I called them to see if I could get a tracking number or something. Turns out the shirt was back ordered until NEXT YEAR and no one even contacted me!!!
They didn't have any trouble sending me my confirmation email, or the thousands of sale notification spam emails they pump out each week, but they couldn't manage to notify me that my order wasn't coming? If I hadn't been out of town I would have checked with them sooner, but one would think that 20 days is a respectable lead time to order something for delivery.
I am beyond disappointed with this company. I will NEVER order anything from them again.
I received a shirt that was slightly damaged, I got such a fast response and my shirt was replaced just in time for me to wear it to an event I was attending out of town! AMAZING customer service- thanks for everything!
The customer service assistance from Hillary was GREAT. Greater than great. I can't say enough about how awesome and helpful the Skreened team is! I emailed for help about an order I'd just placed, and the response I got from Hillary was above and beyond anything I expected. For real. It's not often that you come by a place that goes out of their way to demonstrate that they actually *care* about their customers, but that's exactly what happened. It wasn't my first time ordering from Skreened and it definitely will not be my last! Truly awesome products and truly awesome people.
They make fake knock offs, steal authenticity and are the worst imposters ever, like cheap cologne stands in a mall. If you see them report to the BBB or kick them in the teeth
I have no idea whether they produce high or low quality products as I never even got that far. I tried to contact them for a week, I left 4 messages and not a single person ever called me back. I was looking for a small batch of shirts so we could get designs approved and then order several hundred shirts, but apparently my business is no good here. Happy to take my money elsewhere.
Amita is phenomenal! I purchased a handful of shirts and although the order form was correct, when the shipment arrived, one of the shirts was the wrong size. One email to their customer support is all it took.
Amita promptly apologized and had a replacement shirt sent to me FREE of charge and she told me to keep the other shirt for my inconvenience. WONDERFUL experience, fantastic customer service and I will be a repeat customer.
I am so impressed with the customer service at Skreened. They went above and beyond anything I ever expected. I received a Skreened credit for the full amount of the item I purchased. The item seemed to have a manufactures defect on one of the seams ( not noticeable unless you actually put the hoodie on - so this is not something Skreened would have seen before shipment). My daughter had already worn the item and they still offered a replacement or a credit. No hassles at all!!!! Sara at Skreened was amazing, professional and very easy to deal with. THANK YOU SKREENED! We are definitely customers for life!!
Im an artist and some of my artwork has liberally borrowed without my permission and put on sale on the site.
I suppose if you want awesome product, they do have some of my most popular arts....
When I contacted them, they returned with a stiff lawyer-y email asking me to provide several pieces of data, when easily, my email and artist name could be googled to see that I was the original artist.
So, Im publicly shaming them for being dipshits.
I order some items for the fourth from them and missed that I needed to select Priority shipping to ensure it would get to me (my fault- there was a bright red banner at the top of the site) and when I called to make the change, they upgraded my shipping for free. Really nice customer service.
I wish no stars was an option. I'm so disappointed to have to write a poor review for Skreened, but I'm completely disgusted. I have used Skreened many times over the years for custom t-shirts, but not since printing moved to California. I ordered two custom onesies for a baby shower a month ahead of time. Never heard a word, other than my order confirmation email. I contacted them when I had expected my order to be delivered and they went back and forth with me for over a week. Long story short, I had to resubmit my order. Got my order over a month after I originally ordered it and the placement of the graphics do not match what I submitted. I then tried to contact customer service again and have not gotten a response in over a week. I'm so disappointed. Guess it's time to try a new vendor.
I ordered a shirt (I will be re-purchasing in the future, just on a time crunch!) and the fit wasn't exactly what I was looking for. I emailed Skreened and Amita, (I was so lucky), responded back to me in a timely manner, explaining my options for returning and exchanging. I accidentally ordered a unisex t-shirt instead of a juniors. OOPS! If I wasn't on a time crunch, I would have definitely done the exchange! She stayed with me through my long explanation and gibber-jabber and couldn't have been more helpful and easy to talk to! If only, if only customer service could be like this everywhere! Will definitely be ordering from Skreened in the future!
I ordered shirts in $150 more than a month ago. I didn't get them. I've contacted the customer service 3 times in the last month and the simply didn't answer.

They took my money and didn't shed the shirts.
That's a shame. Be careful! This is apparently a fake business or they simply can't really deal with customers.
I have used other sites to order shirts but I was always disappointed. I chose Skreened this time because they carry American Apparel in a HUGE variety of styles, sizes and colors. My favorite is the Athletic Tee but I've also been really happy with the Organic Tee. They just get softer over time. The ink is printed with almost 0 thickness, meaning the softness of the shirt is retained and not mucked up with thick screen-printing ink.
The prints are 100% customizable and you aren't limited to a certain set or number of colors. You literally just upload your own design, or they have a tool you can use to make your design. I haven't used the tool (I use Adobe Illustrator) but I hear it's really powerful and intuitive.
As for some of the negative reviews, I think this can be attributed to to poor choice in shirt and design combinations. If you choose a dark design, don't put it on a dark shirt- use common sense. The ink takes on a vintage-washed look after SEVERAL washes- but for me that just improves the look. (And the alternative would be heavy ink, which is just a bummer IMO.) In the end, read everything before you buy and use good judgment and you will be very pleased with the results. I am!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Even the phone number listed for it is bogus. You will not get your product or your money back. It is a sham and a scam and you can t even contact them. All you get is an email saying they will contact you within 24 hours and you guessed it they don t contact you. I will be seeking legal actions against them. They are supposedly located in Columbus Ohio but I don t know if that is bogus like the phone number. One star is way too much for these scam artists.
Decided to try this company after having been ordering custom screened shirts for years.
...and the first time, I was burned. Out $32 and they couldn't care any less.
I ordered a tee clearly advertised as 100% Cotton - I can't wear any other type of t-shirt. Two weeks later the shirt arrives and it's a POLYESTER with cotton blend. - Calling the company to ask in a friendly way what happened, I was told that they had begun getting new (i.e. CHEAPER) shirts and "just haven't updated the information online yet".
I asked if they would replace the shirt, and I would mail them back the first one. NOPE. YOU send us the shirt first, we'll send another one which may or may not be right. i.e. , YOU trusted US, but we don't trust you. Of course, they wanted me to ship it back at my own expense. - Oh, and all of Skreened's shirts come in those cheap, flimsy American Apparel tapered and athletic fits, except for one, the cheesy heavyweight poly/cotton shirts. So, guys with big arms and chests? Sorry. We only offer shirts for skinny, under-developed hipsters because, well, we're way cool and, like, this IS Ohio and all... *eye roll*

Terrible, print quality is awful, my order was almost two weeks late and they only sent one of the two shirts I ordered!

I ordered two shirts as a gift for my boyfriend, who has at least 15 other Skreened shirts in his closet. He loved all of the previous shirts, and they were CONSISTENTLY printed on the same type of American Apparel tee that fit him well.
The shirts I was sent are printed on different types of tees that do not fit as well (tighter around the neck, not as long) and aren't the same thickness (one in particular is incredibly thin and stretchy and would be better suited to a women's shirt).
They repeatedly refused to let me return the shirts for a refund, offering only to reprint them on the same unacceptable shirt types, or give me a store credit--why would I want more of the same cheap product that was so disappointing??
Horrible customer service. Long time Skreened buyer and will NEVER make that mistake again. Do not waste your time or morning on this unethical company. They don't stand behind their policies and certainly don't have the customer's best priorities in mind. SO disappointed in this once great company.
They don't even deserve one star but unfortunately I had to give them one just to post it. Their customer service is appalling and the way in which they handle orders is disgraceful.
The custom shirt I received excellent. There is nothing more I can say Skreened awesome. It was easy to purchase and the service was great, everything came on time with no problems.
I ordered a shirt April 17, 2015...still don't have it or a refund....there was tracking information avail at first, the order was sent to an address 400 miles away from me. When I emailed the company asking where my order was they said it would be resent to the correct address...now the tracking information is blank and I still have not got my order or a response to any emails since.
Don't be tempted to order from this company - there are MANY other better custom T-shirt companies out there, and a simple google search will provide a few. I placed an order, my card was charged, and I never received an order confirmation, shipping confirmation, or the product, and this is two weeks later. I've contacted customer service, but have also not heard back from them. Like I said, find a better printer - this one is too much of a gamble.
The customer service provided by Mehgan with Skreened was BEYOND GREAT. I ordered a shirt and it was lost in the mail. I originally contacted USPS who STILL has not responded to me but upon contacting Mehgan, she arranged to re-ship the shirt and provided complimentary rush shipping so the shirt arrived just in time for the concert I planned to wear it for. Cannot say thank you enough!!

This company completely exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond in several ways. After ordering the wrong size, the Skreened crew happily reprinted a new shirt, free of charge. They also helped with some shipping issues, took 20% off my order, etc. I could not be more pleased. Quick and thoughtful responses. This is how businesses should function - personable and service-oriented. I will definitely be a return customer.
Ordered a shirt. Was charged instantly. Waited a month. Emailed them. (no response.) Went on their facebook page. Had a response within an hour. Was asked to email them. (no response.) Called them and was told my new shirt will be here in 2-3 days.
We will see about that. Next time I will shop elsewhere.
After having placed several Skreened orders over the years, I am continually impressed with the quality of the product, and the customer service.
My most recent order found my shirt arrive in a timely fashion, and looking great. There was just one issue: after eating right, and working out for a few months, I found myself needing a smaller size than the one I ordered. A good problem to have, right?!?!
After e-mailing them to see how best to proceed, they informed me that they would print another, and send it to me - PRIORITY MAIL - at no additional charge. Color me a happy customer!!
Paypal messed up the address so my shirt was accidently sent to a German street in Sweden!. But there was no argument from Screened, they just sent me a new one. Amazing!! Thanx!!! <3
I am having the EXACT same experience as Matthew Gordon. I ordered a shirt on the 7th and received neither a confirmation email nor a product in the mail. Nobody answers the phones, nobody returns my emails. But they did manage to charge my credit card right away.
On the bright-side, this company has officially gone out-of-business (it just sucks to hear that in-the-process they Skrewed [on-purpose typo] all of the artists who had online shops there by closing them down followed by shutting-down the website entirely = would like to know where all of that $ went that these artists had in their accounts since they won t be getting any of it).
