I am so impressed with the customer service at Skreened. They went above and beyond anything I ever expected. I received a Skreened credit for the full amount of the item I purchased. The item seemed to have a manufactures defect on one of the seams ( not noticeable unless you actually put the hoodie on - so this is not something Skreened would have seen before shipment). My daughter had already worn the item and they still offered a replacement or a credit. No hassles at all!!!! Sara at Skreened was amazing, professional and very easy to deal with. THANK YOU SKREENED! We are definitely customers for life!!
