I ordered a shirt April 17, 2015...still don't hav...

I ordered a shirt April 17, 2015...still don't have it or a refund....there was tracking information avail at first, the order was sent to an address 400 miles away from me. When I emailed the company asking where my order was they said it would be resent to the correct address...now the tracking information is blank and I still have not got my order or a response to any emails since.
