Skreened won't take returns and I'm stuck with a terrible product!

I ordered two shirts as a gift for my boyfriend, who has at least 15 other Skreened shirts in his closet. He loved all of the previous shirts, and they were CONSISTENTLY printed on the same type of American Apparel tee that fit him well.

The shirts I was sent are printed on different types of tees that do not fit as well (tighter around the neck, not as long) and aren't the same thickness (one in particular is incredibly thin and stretchy and would be better suited to a women's shirt).

They repeatedly refused to let me return the shirts for a refund, offering only to reprint them on the same unacceptable shirt types, or give me a store credit--why would I want more of the same cheap product that was so disappointing??
