We contracted Thomas Irrigation to install our in ground sprinkler system and they did a great job! The team was on time, efficient, and passed city inspection the first time. I only mention passing the inspection because the inspector said he had rejected all the other ones he looked at that day, lol. Highly recommend this company.
Service after installation is horrible. Even if they give you a time and date that they will be there to service your system. They don t show up nor do they called. I have paid someone to stay at the house to wait for them they never showed or call. It is also very hard to get someone on the phone at this company.
I've been contacting this company for the past 3 weeks because my irrigation system is from them, the calls are always answered by a lady who responds with kindness, but they fail to provide the service they promise: similar answers every week: "you will be contacted for an inspection this week" , "sorry, our inspector will definitely call you on Monday" , "sorry, he will call you at the end of the week" Almost 4 weeks and I'm still waiting for a phone call, this is disrespectful, unacceptable, and a total lack of professionalism.

Nothing but good things to say about Thomas Irrigation. From the service crew technicians to the office management, everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. The service crews are very reliable and can be counted on to do their utmost work while always notifying the customer of all issues. In terms of pricing, they are fair/manageable and always provide valid explanations on any billing questions. Thanks a ton for helping me keep my grass green boys!
Great service. This company got my sprinkles done about 3 months ago and they are working perfectly. There has been no trouble so far. I recommend Thomas Irrigation. 10/10
Issues with the products and service. I refuse to use the service after 1 year and I am now contemplating removing the hardware entirely due to ongoing issues and cracks. Avoid this service.
