I do quite a bit of shopping online and was excited to find something I thought would be really special for Father's Day considering we have a new addition to the family and one on the way. I placed my order on the 12th of May. The website estimated delivery by the end of May...no problem as Father's Day was June 21st. As of the first week of June I had not received my package. I contacted customer service via voicemail and their "help" email address. Several days later I had not received any communication in response to my inquiry. Shortly thereafter I received an automated notice with my tracking info. It is now June 12th and the package is still with the shipping partner with no anticipated delivery date. I have contacted customer service via phone and email several time (by the way you will always get voicemail and never someone that actually answers the phone even though they say their business hours are between 9am and 5pm) and have yet to get additional information or help expediting the package considering I now may not get it before Father's Day. Their customer service is atrocious and I would not recommend them for any purpose.
