Bought a pair of skis about 1 year ago. Never beat on them. Always took care of them. Sadly, found some damage to the bottom of my ski. It was a little bent and the blade had disconnected from a part of the ski. However, I called and they told me to bring the skis in. I drove about an hour up to their store. There was no questions asked and the ski was fixed, both were waxed and sharpened. No charge. It was nice to be taken care of in such a way. Very respectable act by them.

These guys mounted my skis in a flash while I was on a trip. They were knowledgeable too and inexpensive. Also sweet race gear if you were a racer.

Picked up some boots today at the Ski Depot. I am returning to downhill after many years of nordic skiing. I purchased some Atomic intermediate skis on line and needed boots. The staff at the Ski Depot got me fitted up with some Atomic boots at a great price. We talked a lot about downhill equipment and I got a great primer on skis, boots and poles. Very professional, knowledgeable, enthusiastic and patient! I could not have asked for a better experience.
