I love Scarlet Door Salon, it's amazing. The staff is wonderful and I like it is a one stop shop.

this is really very bad place i hade massage there and was discusting and the lady look like she dont now what the massage is the room was so colld and the bed also and they use cold oil also for the hot stone massage

dont go there its brety from inside but the people without excperince

I just received the BEST massage I have ever gotten by Olivia. I explained to her some of my issues and she KNEW EXACTLY what I was talking about. I will be back to see her. She was fantastic and very experienced. What a gal!!!!

I was passing through Amarillo and in need of a hair appointment. I read the reviews and decided to take a chance on scarlet door - I m so pleased I did! Sandi was my stylist and she was great. Very friendly and competent hair stylist. She did a new cut and highlights for me, I m very satisfied.

I went there for a package yesterday. The massage was nice but when i got to my pedi and mani. They didnt have the proper stuff. They had to run to sallys beatuy supply and get what i wanted which was solar nails. Than i asked for a desgin they didnt have the proper tools so they couldnt do it. So i also got a lunch well where they get it from was closed so they figured get it from somewhere else. I felt like they were not prepared. Didnt feel relaxed. They were kinda rude. Sorry but wont go back.

The place is great. The staff is friendly and helpful. Everything was so fancy and professional. And my hair looked amazing. I highly recommend stopping by the scarlet door. Plus they have some of the cutest clothes.

I wish I could rate this place less than poor! The robes were ratty, not at all nice and plush like a nice spa. Then the waiting room didn t have water, tea, or coffee and there wasn t any music playing so it was weird. And then my jacuzzi was scalding hot and there were no signs or anything to instruct how to change the water temperature or anything and I opened the door and no one was around to help me and then there was no call for help button or anything. So I was only in the jacuzzi for around 3 minutes. And then the towel was all stained and gross. There wasn t a place to sit in the jacuzzi room, so I was sitting on a towel on the floor! They said they would knock on the door when they were ready to do my massage. Someone knocked on the door and I walked out and no one was there!! So I was wondering around trying to find someone and finally asked a passerby where I was supposed to go so then I went back to the waiting room. No one asked me if I wanted a drink. I went back to my locker to get my water out of my purse because I thought I was going to die after that jacuzzi. And then I waited 45 minutes until someone got me for my massage. I walked in and there was a bag of McDonalds food in the room and I heard the crumpling of a wrapper during my massage, so Olivia, the therapist was eating in there!!! And then she sat on the massage table while she was rubbing my legs!!! And she talked the ENTIRE time. The whole thing was HORRIBLE. Also, instead of smooth strokes like how a Swedish massage is supposed to be, she rubbed me like she was trying to rub in lotion the entire time, and she didn t even use any oil!! Pretty terrible for Amarillo s most luxurious spa.

Great website & friendly staff that assisted over the phone as well.

I went to The Scarlet Door to receive a facial from Amanda Malone. It was absolutely amazing and well worth the price. She was very knowledgeable and told me step by step everything she was doing during the process and how it benefits the skin. I left with my face looking and feeling ten times better than when I had gone in. I WILL be back.

Warm and welcoming staff, excellent massage therapists! Clean and comforting environment. Would recommend to anyone.

LOVE Sandra Bowden! I can not say enough wonderful things about her. She listens and ensures she fully understands what you want before she starts anything. She takes her time to make sure it is right! She did an amazing job on my and my mom's cut and color!

I went in to get serviced and the receptionist told me they were booked and like 4 staff members were just having conversations. I looked around the boutique. I was never asked if I liked anything or needed anything opened. All the time the workers there were chit-chatting.

I bought a men's package a while back to treat my husband while I was away on a trip. The package was a bit costly, but it was supposed to cover everything from a massage and pedicure to a lunch served with champagne. My husband arrived at the set time and no one knew what was going on. They were very disorganized. He eventually got around to everyone for the services that we had paid for, but there was quite a wait time and he never received the lunch. I would not recommend this business to anyone. I feel that I paid a lot of money for inadequate service.

While the staff were very friendly, the color I asked for was not provided. After 3 hours I finally left with something that doesn't look remotely like what I had in mind. I even had several photos to use as examples. Midway through another stylist commented that she wasn't doing what I'd asked for and the woman working on my hair responded that she was being "artistic". I get it. You want to have fun with your job. But please don't use someone else's hair at your project. $120 + tip later I've got hardly any grey, weird random bleach spots, and some freshly fried hair. I'll be looking elsewhere to get my hair back to as normal a color as possible. Sadly I'm going to be stuck with this ridiculousness for a while as I don't want to risk losing any hair.

This spa doesn't deserve a 1 star, my mom and I made appts 2 weeks in advance for my birthday, we each got the luxurious spa day, very pricy. We get there and they didn't know we were supposed to be there. Our spa day was suppose to be 7 hours, I'm sure the majority of this was waiting around for someone to help us, they were unorganized didn't know what they were doing, my massage was good but my mom got this very talkative person she spent most of her time talking and not even touching my mom, also she used some kinda of fish oil at least that's what we think it was because it smelt like a dead fish, we had meni pedis total of 20 minutes didn't run our feet or anything. We were suppose to get our hair and make up done but we waited for 45 minutes and finally we both said I'm done. We went to check out and it took them 30 minutes to check us out, when I called to make our appts I gave them our gift certificate numbers, but when we went to check out they didn't have our certificates so I had to pull it up on my phone proving that we bought it online, our champagne lunch consisted of a sandwich and a Coke, this place I would not recommend I was so disappointed, we drove an hour and half for that. Terrible

I have had 2 massages at the Scarlet Door and have found my new day spa. I recommend Bobby. He listens to me about my target areas and makes sure to relieve my stress knots! I can hardly wait until my next appointment!!

Received the ultimate escape as a Christmas gift, my face still has scars all over from my facial although the manager did refund me for the facial treatment it doesn t take away any of the scars on my face that I didn t have prior to going..
The manicure was very basic I feel you could spend less at several other nail salons in Amarillo and receive better service and higher quality manicures.
There are no waiting rooms so you will sit in the hallway with a robe on waiting, while men and women enter the facility.
Lastly the massage was great! Bobby did an amazing job and was very professional.
All in, I would not recommend a facial maybe see a professional who knows what they are doing. Nor would I recommend a manicure there are great salons all over Amarillo who do better jobs for less.

Ariane Watson is a fantastic stylist and I love going to the Scarlet Door to see her! It's a nice, calm environment. I'd recommend her to anyone needed a good cut and color.

Worst experience ever. Was told to be there for a prenatal massage at 845am to have time to fill out paperwork. Got there no one would even speak to us or even acknowledge us. Tried to ask someone where we were suppose to go and just got ignored. Finally caught someone answering the phone and she said I don't know why your here so early massages don't start till 9Am. I filled out the paperwork circled prenatal massage wrote down that my lower back and sides were where I really needed work. Finally a lady said it was my turn she had NO IDEA I was pregnant and messed with the damn radio/cd player for the first 15-20 minutes of my massage then went and got a body pillow that she hadn't put the pillow case on. So halfway through my massage she had to stop and go mess with the pillow case. Didn't even get the backs of my legs touched! My lower back got rubbed for a second and my feet barely got touched. The whole massage was my shoulders. All 30 minutes of my hour massage I paid for. I highly suggest anyone who thinks of going to this place reconsider. Complete waste of time and money. Worst customer service I've ever experienced.

I was duper skeptical whenever I first came here, but my hair has never looked better. This is the cheapest/best looking/PROFESSIONAL ballyage in amarillo. Ask for Sandra she will not disappoint!

Ownership strives for client satisfaction in every facet of the business. Paulette is beyond sweet & very accommodating as she efficiently runs the front. ...doing a lot of everything! She & Debbie, the owner, compliment each other with their skill sets. They work hard to please the client & their staff. I feel like Norm on Cheers whenever I walk in:)

I am a disabled veteran and have been going to the Scarlet Door for about 5 years. I have special needs because of my military injuries and the spa allows me time in their nice jetted tub or sauna to relax and loosen my joints so I don't hurt and enjoy my monthly massage and occasional day spa treatment. I like the one on one personal attention and the warm inviting atmosphere everytime I come in. The staff are always helpful and kind. The management staff always attend to anything that may come up from time to time and offer great suggestions that always help my spa experience.

Set my wife up with a surprise visit to the scarlet door for eye lash extension. She was extremely exited. They are well priced. Her lashies looked amazing and the staff is extremely nice. We have been back every two weeks since.

My first experience had some good and some bad. My husband and I did a couples massage for my birthday... He had Bobby, who was wonderful and kind! However, the person I had barely touched me.

The Scarlet Door followed up with me and went above and beyond to make up for my first experience there. They put me with Amber and she was AmAzInG! She worked out my knots and was very sweet! I am so grateful for the opportunity to try them again! I highly recommend Amber and Bobby! Thank you for such a lovely experience!

The services I received were fabulous! The hot stone massage was amazing! Very relaxing and very professional. My facial was wonderful! She explained every step she was doing and how the products she used worked. My manicure/pedicure was excellent. I was very impressed by how detailed and careful each step was performed. It wasn't a rushed procedure...it was done very well and I was pleased by all the treatments I had. I will definitely go back again.
