Really exquisit food in an untypical restaurant with the best deserts I've ever eaten in my life! I strongly recommend so don't forget to make a reservation

Not worth Price.

The decoration is nice but not in the tea room, so if you are visiting if, as I was, for it being an instagramable place, be ready for an overpriced meal.

Had pancakes and bacon and it was prepared exactly the way I ordered it. Very enjoyable and relaxing experience. Highly recommend giving it a try.

Beautiful surroundings but a tad too expensive for lunch...

The place is hyped. I tried some kind of lemon citrust pasta which was the only they had in vegetarian and it was so bad, I ate some place else after that.

If you want to taste the best afternoon tea ever, you are at the right place! Champagne, caviar, foie gras, smoked salmon,... Every spoon is a delight! And the place is so beautiful. The toilets worth a visit.

Food was good hence the 3 stars. Ambience was also fine, other than that pretty upset with their customer service.

Quirky. Interesting decor. Interesting toilets (although good luck finding them and working out which are male and female). Attentive service. But, food is ridiculously expensive for the quality and quantity and the drinks are massively overpriced. The decor is worth seeing once. Then go somewhere better value next time.

Absolutely horrible experience. They let you in based on how rich you look, you cannot go in, stand or anything without having reserved a thing. I was basically kicked out by the staff! Will never return or recommend.

What let the restaurant down was service - absolutely not worthy of 1 Michelin star let alone 2. Food was not always presented with the usual speech , staff came with varying degrees of enthusiasm - man on the desk couldn t have been more welcoming but staff in the restaurant looked a bit miserable. Our side orders never came (luckily food was fine without). A member of staff refused to take a photo of myself and my husband?? Perhaps I just caught them all on a bad day. We are always eager to tip for service but the 12.5% added to the end of our bill - I absolutely didn t feel comfortable paying. Finally, we ordered a cheese board for one the deserts - what came was 3 slabs of unknown cheese (waitress did not explain nor was it on the menu) 2 hard and 1 blue - unusual. All other courses were so well presented it didn t fit in. The cheeses themselves tasted like they were bought from a supermarket, not a bespoke experience at all. The cheese is not a reflection on the cuisine itself which I must say was very good but I wouldn t come back in a hurry due to the staff.

This is the kind of venue where you re primarily going for the decor and the experience rather than what s on the menu and in that regard you won t be disappointed. The food on the other hand doesn t quite match up and the menu feels a bit dated. That said it was enjoyable if a bit pricey.

I have been there for the first time. Had my afternoon tea to the Pink Room. The service, staff and place are amazing!! I really liked it :)))

Love it! I will visit again and again. Different vibes and spaces under one roof. Amazing service too.

Very pricey but the energy here is fantastic. The drinks were very cute with flowers and roses in them. I would definitely come here again. Do keep in mind for the pink room you need reservations but for the other bars you are able to just go in. There were 3 bars which I was able to see. All decorated differently & very beautifully!

Quirky, snobby (just saying) Enjoy a wonderful cocktail from their menu -- then go see the bathrooms!!!! Unforgettable :-)

Really cool settings and great bars to drink at. I personally didn't try the food but the cocktail options were plentiful.

Awesome, fantastic place! Amazing service and food!

Great food, beautiful setting, but overpriced for what it is (We ate in the gallery). Manu could do with updating more regularly. We had a table booked for 7pm and thought we would only have 2 hours, but they were very relaxed and let us stay till 10pm. I had the fillet steak - it was lovely, but the real star of the show was the Mac n cheese side!

Great atmosphere, pricey but very cool cocktails. Especially bar with revolving mirrors is nice. Very stylish design, music not too loud.. 5 stars

The afternoon tea is the best I've had since the Ritz! Very tasty and constantly refilled.

The Gallery room at Sketch was the perfect place to propose to my long-term girlfriend!!!

From the moment i made the reservation, the Sketch team (particularly Donna) were instantly accommodating to making my proposal (and first Sketch experience) absolutely perfect!

Donna was going back and forth on ensuring they completely understood the proposal plan and made suggestions on the best seating, once i had explained how i wanted it to go.

Once everything was in place Donna handed me over to her colleague who would be there on the day, explaining everything so the whole process would be smooth for me.

Upon arrival my girlfriend was breathe taken by the popular London romantic spot i had taken her. The Gallery room was amazing. Every staff member were very attentive and Deziro (apologies if miss spelt) confirmed the proposal plan once he had seen my girlfriend went to check out the famous toilet pods!

The staff were very knowledgable about the artwork, drinks and food. They explained back stories to dishes and art and were all very very friendly, professional and warm.

The food was surprisingly filling as i do eat quite alot (16stn) and absolutely delicious. The oxtail starter and scallops with the lemon sober would be my suggestion. Light, flavoursome and visually appealling.

My Sketch experience overall was perfect, service, staff, food, decor, intimate, comfort everything was top notch!! I have already recommended to alot of people and will be going again for sure.

Staff were really kind and amiable at The Sketch. The tea was delicious.

Enjoyed sketch. Good food and fun atmosphere. However, when we got the bill they had added a charge for a donation to a charity. When I asked about it the guy gave me a pretty flimsy answer. Just seemed "sketch". I would rather they asked me if I would have liked to donate ahead of time. Nothing wrong with being upfront about it.

Amazing place, unique experience. Great food and great bars. Must visit if only for the unique toilets. :)

We went for afternoon tea and were extremely disappointed once we saw past the cooley decorated pink room. We paid $130 per person for pre-made sandwiches that we couldn t take more than 1 bite of, lukewarm tea (they use tea bags, not leaves), stale scones, and dessert that couldn t even save the meal. Yes, the room is a perfect Instagram post but leaving hungry and having to go get a meal elsewhere after paying so much was not what I had hoped for. Only go if you want to pay this much for an instagram photo- otherwise find a better tea elsewhere in London.

Stunning dining room. Formal service with character. Menu offers good choice. Food extremely tasty. Well composed dishes show casing excellent ingredients. Generous portions. Wine list extensive with some good value wines as well as top quality.

The atmosphere is astonishing and the entrance doesn't give the place what's really going on inside ... Highly recommend

The Gallery Room is lovely. Very rich and decadent afternoon teas

The front door staff was rude. We felt racism here. We were asking about the afternoon tea set in the pink room. We didn t know that we need to make a reservation. The guy can just tell us that we need to make a reservation. He asked us Do you know what is the afternoon tea? We answered we know, yet he said let me explain what it is. Then we said we are okay with just drink and deserts. He took us in and told another staff that we wanted deserts and tea in the afternoon. We felt embarrassed. So disappointed!

Lecture Room & Library. I went with high expectations given Pierre Gagnaire s reputation and the two Michelin stars.

The greeting was warm friendly. I loved the theatricality of the way they take you up the stairs, a lady in an old fashioned black and white maid s uniform took our coats/bags, then they thrust open the doors and welcomed us again as you move from a dark corridor into a bright space - the interior of this place is off the wall...bright colours clashing with opulent old-fashioned furniture, fabrics and colourful chandeliers.

The service was friendly and warm throughout the entire meal - staff generally can t do enough to help, although at times some of the explanations of the plates are a little rushed.

Great decor but very expensive. 23 pounds for a single lavagulin 16 scotch! I bought a bottle of amazon for 40 odd quid.

We had lunch at glade, very nice customer service and nice food. The dessert was very interesting! Toilet is amazing!

The food here was fresh and delicious. The starters and mains are all quite healthy and balanced and you have the option of a more decadent dessert. The menu is small but covers all bases including vegetarian. There was only one option for veggie starter and main which could be a little off-putting for some people but I enjoyed both very much. The service is very good and friendly here and the restaurant is quite small and cosy so it doesn t get too loud or busy. I would happily go back here many times based on my experience.

Go for the styling alone. The afternoon tea is satisfactory, but is not fantastic. It's a beautifully designed, but the food is just okay. They also ran out of plain scones, which is a bit disappointing for a high tea.

Definitely a film-killer place! The afternoon tea is a must in London and Sketch Gallery is absolutely one of the best choices you need to enjoy even you may not like everything in pink, haha! Well, there are lots and lots of modern arts you can find when you put your first step in. Prepare your camera and cell phones full of charge! Oh! by the way, leave your last bite to be packed and take away, as the pink paper bag is fabulous (sorry for not environmental friendly). The last but not least, enjoy the egg shell toilet (re-birth) before you leave! Have fun and enjoy!

It is a very cute venue, but that is about it. The food was very disappointing, and not worth what I paid. The staff were friendly and professional. It is nothing more than a place for instagram.

In love with this place, perhaps my favorite place for afternoon tea! The food is great, The waiters and waitresses are lovely! I love it, especially in the baby pink Gallery.

Fantastic setting. Food was good, but nothing amazing. Wine was very good. Staff good, but could be better.

Very hip spot in London. The Ciroc bar is a must see and the egg shaped bathrooms. I heard the food is excellent too but I did not stay for dinner.

It s a bit of Smoke and Mirrors place, everything looks cool and trendy but food is not edible, even simple salad was returned. Chips were all greasy and broken, I think they will be better in a street parlor. Seats in the bar are extremely uncomfortable, you can t stay there beyond 1 cocktail. You can clearly see all decor and idea already very dated and the whole concept needs to be re-modeled to bring this place into 21st century with comfortable seating and delicious food.

The staff here are amazing... they re so warm and accommodating. Mind you this is an expensive and swanky place but they never made me feel as if I wasn t good enough until proven good enough ... they start out with that service and give you the best treatment. That type of care and consideration makes you want to spend all of your money! Lol

Love the different bar areas and the artistic direction that has been put into all aspects of this restaurant. The holograms and installations definitely excited/stimulated my senses. The decor left me speechless. I applaud the brilliant mind(s) that came up with the concepts. I don t believe that there s another restaurant like it in the world... and that s what makes this place one of a kind.

Create a budget to make sure that you can afford to dine here without sweating bullets when you receive the check. I understand that not everyone can afford frivolous spending but it s worth the splurge. Also, put on your finest instagram worthy outfit and take plenty of pics.

Took a friend for after noon tea for her birthday and we had a lovely time. All of the teas and food were really good and the waiters made sure to ask if anything else or more was needed. You definitely need to visit the toilets as they are an experience themselves! Make sure to make a reservation though as a few people were trying to get a table when we were leaving but the place was full.

Service was very attentive and explained the menu very well. There was no situation where we felt abandoned.

Definitely one of the best experiences in London. A modern twist on a classic high tea. A place for all ages as it contains a cool quirky bar that is more suited for the men and a cool welcoming pink room for the ladies to have their high tea.

Always a fantastic experience. I first found Sketch many years ago, going in for an afternoon tea. I have been a loyal customer ever since. The establishment itself is so unusual, with the different areas decorated in such a unique and creative manner. The staff is always incredibly polite and helpful. The Parlor is excellent for a lunch stop over, serving delicious tea, lunch and cakes. In the evenings enjoyed cocktails here after work on more than one occasion. Delicious.
The Gallery I have visited only for afternoon tea, and always a fantastic experience. The Glade, super cosy and comfortable, great for cocktails, tea & cake.
Just stop by for any occasion. I highly doubt this place would disappoint.

This spot exceeded expectations!! I thought it might be hyped compared to reality, but it absolutely was not. Truly excellent from start to finish: Food, teas, service, atmosphere. One of the highlights of our trip to London was visiting here. Make a reservation!

Came here for high tea in the Gallery and WOW. Each tea was impeccable and service was incredible. I recommend it to everyone!

This is an amazing place to experience, well worth planning a trip out of your way to enjoy the fairytale decoration and the food is above outstanding. 3 MICHELIN STARS also the staff are very friendly and professional.

By far my favourite place for tea in London. Please book ahead of time. I had tea in both rooms, the Alice and wonderland themed room is walk in only. The room was magical however the seating made it a bit hard to eat. Nonetheless both rooms are great for afternoon tea.

Love this place, I keep coming back when I visit London. All the different themes is so full of imagination. Definitely the most Instagrammable place in London :)

Had dinner in the gallery. If they put half as much effort into their food as the decor it would have been fantastic. Not saying the food was bad, but it was incredibly overpriced considering I think there was ketchup on my guinea fowl. Service was great expect for the server who was hacking up a lung around everyone's food. Maybe go for drinks or atmosphere with friends, but skip the food.

Came here for a corporate event a few months back. Fantastic service - They made all our guests few comfortable and everyone loved the food and wine!

The afternoon tea is an amazing experience, the decor and ambience is really well done. The pastries and cake were amazing as well, thought the sandwiches could have been a bit better (still good). Definitely worth the visit!

Afternoon tea was 10/10 couldn t recommend any higher! Amazing tea master served us: unlimited everything - sandwiches, food, sweets and tea. Caviar, selection of sandwiches, tartes, foie gras, gruyere puff pastries, macarons! Amazing! Definitely one to attend

Lives up to the hype. Went for cocktails, and they pretty and very good. Each room has a completely different feel, tone, energy etc. All each equally picture-worthy (if that s what you re into) and true to their own distinct personalities. Worth checking out if you ve never been!

A quirky funky place with an atmosphere that is full of energy. Staff are very helpful , they accommodated us although it was packed and we didn t have a booking on a Saturday night. The menu sounds weird but all their dishes without exception are surprisingly tasty. I just LoVeD the whole experience. Accessibility measures can be improved. Thank you for making my weekend in London the best I highly recommend this place for happiness and good food.
