Very much enjoyed Sketch. The restaurants atmosphere is sophisticated, cozy, and inviting. We dined for 5.5 hours and all of these hours were very enjoyable. The service was very good, with the exception of a sommelier who had an attitude. The food was very creative and delicious. The ingredients were excellent - you could tell from the dishes. They brought out a truffle mushroom for us to smell and look at before deciding if we wanted to supplement our tasting menu with that. We loved it and will certainly return! P.s. we dined in the lecture room - it s the more sophisticated one. The first 2 pictures are from the other room. I preferred the lecture room and glad that that s where we dined.

Worth visiting once, but way too "posh" if you ask me. Cocktails are about 18-20GBP, and taste very watered down. You're paying for the ambience, which in my opinion is the best part of Sketch. Don't forget to take your bathroom mirror pic.

We had hoped to go for tea but it was sold out so we went for lunch. Food was good but not great (chicken was too smoky and needed a sauce but the mushroom appetizer was excellent) and very expensive. There are plenty of servers but none made our visit feel special. There were two girls standing at the front door when we arrived and they told us to wait over at the side but didn't explain why or when we'd be seated. The atmosphere of the restaurant itself is why you go here and why I would recommend it but the food and service left us disappointed.

Definitely an interesting place. We had dinner in the library (no books?) and were welcomed by at least 10 different staff members on the way to our table. This was a bit overwhelming but nice. Waitstaff all had thick French accents which at times were difficult to understand but worked out just fine. The menu was simple and offered options on the more exotic end. The food itself was good. At this price point I usually expect the food to blow me away and this didn t, but it was good. That would have been the difference for 5 stars for me.

All in all, it was a good experience but a bit much. If you re the type to likes to go all out and be a bit showy, this place is for you. If you prefer a quieter, elegant high end meal with outstanding food, might consider looking elsewhere.

The whole experience was picture perfect! With delicious sandwiched, scrumptious scones, tasty teas and colorful cakes, Sketch is a must see resto!

Terible food, overpriced for what it is and they kick you out in 2hours. The only good thing about this place was desert.

Cool environment, the egg shaped toilets don't have any signs on, there is a cleaner that is dressed as an old French maid that appears from behind the egg shaped toilets and tells you if you're on the wrong side or not. Staff were friendly in the bar. Drinks were expensive. A nice place to go for a quirky experience.

Not as good as it used to be, they removed lots of quirky features in the bar like the surround listening that gave the bar a unique atmosphere. Cocktails are no way as good as they used to be. Bring the old sketch back!

Loved the atmosphere, multiple bars and vibes throughout the one place. Each themed today different and unique. Loved the cocktails and met some great friends that I still keep in touch with today. Not to mention this is the place with the infamous bathroom led pods!! Super cool

Good service and great cakes.

Try the blueberry and coffee tart with their coffee.

Coffee was pretty much Nespresso capsules so that was a bit of a downer.

Decor is unique and amazing.

This place is hit or miss. They have a booking system that sometimes fails and resulted in our group waiting for two hours despite having actually reserved a table. Really good drinks. The food was ok. Starters were good, mains and dessert not so much. The place itself has a unique and particular style that makes it worth the visit

Hidden gem. Went for Friday lunch, service was a bit on the slow side but food was excellent. The tea room had violin players and the bathroom was quite interesting although the pods could use ventilation . Loved the place

We went for the afternoon tea in the pink room. Our personal waiter was lovely and kind and the food was tasty. We paid for the champagne option which was incredibly disappointing as the champagne was flat and lacking substance. First meal was excellent being eggs and soldiers with caviar. We had to wait 45 minutes for the high tea to follow after having to prompt our waiter to see where it was, turned out it was sitting 2 metres away from us, waiting to be served, going stale for 30 minutes ! Then was served too us with the promise that the quality wouldn't be effected. Overall service was severely lacking for a high end restaurant and was not worth the 73 pounds per head plus sneaky 12.5% service tax for an aesthetically pleasing venue. Money would be far better spent elsewhere in London.
