Had a lovely breakfast in the front room. Great service and tables well spaced apart. There's also a non invasive temperature check when you come in. Delicious food but on the pricier side.

Done Afternoon tea twice now. What an amazing treat.

Lovely-looking venue, but food was nothing special and service abysmal. Arrived 30mins early, but were forgotten about - and only sat down at our table after an hour...and having asked a few times. Staff seemed clueless. One even admitted there was a high turnover. Shame.

Have a look-in - perhaps for a drink. Get your instagram nonsense done, then leave.

Fun Alice-in-wonderland chic decorations. Service is super attentive and welcoming. Food wise, we had a beautiful tagliolini and caviar dish, and a fun trio of uni and scallops. The dishes were all very competently cooked, though in my opinion, some were a little of balance. But nonetheless a super fun dinner in a out of this world environment.

Decor: the pink walls with novelty toilets is fun. but one random trinket, with no table cloth...not exactly luxury.

The most unique place I've been to. Great food and an extremely unique atmosphere. The toilets sparkle, or are shaped as an egg. Do not buy the expensive coffee though. Not worth it.

Nice, friendly and welcoming atmosphere. I went for a late lunch food and drink I ordered was very nice. Nice and unique spot visit for all. Not to sure if it is wheelchair friendly in all areas. Will defo go again and visit another room.

Gorgeous restaurant! Definitely make reservations ahead of time so you have a guaranteed place to sit at.

The afternoon tea was delicious and they even allowed take away of extra cakes. Beautiful setting and very friendly staff. Love their work uniforms too!

Beautiful setting with impeccable service.
* We tried a selection of teas. The oriental style teas apear to be of superior quality to that of Darjeeling, Ceylon & Nilgiri.
* The sandwiches were good.
*The pastries were good as well.
* The scones were average. I have eaten a lot better and for the price paid I expected better.

Overall a good experience.

What a phenomenal place. Every detail is considered and every detail makes the whole experience.
The food is amazing and only 60% of the experience as the rest is the wonderful staff, the ambiance, the decoration, the minute details that great major details.
If anyone is unsure of going here the answer is always yes. It is worth every penny spent

Very great experience overall. We went for the afternoon tea and it was delicious! Decoration and atmosphere was amazing in The Gallery. The only reason why I don t give them 5stars it s because the service was quite slow, they lost our tea order which took a while to get to the table and we were left with our empty dishes for a long time before they realized and brought the next one. Apart from that, I ll be back!

A very funky and hip place to eat and socialise. The Glade has a great bar and food, and humorously, the toilets are a must see.

Don't need go to this place. Very DISAPPOINTED. Went for an afternoon tea and the food tastes very bad, like what you get in a very (very) cheap place.
Sandwiches are really awful, sweet stuff is just ok.
Tea selection is not good either. I don't recommend this place to anybody, mainly considering the price. It's only for pictures, but not even worth the money or using your time to make reservation. I would say it's a waste of time and money.

We went to gallery for a special occasion. Ordered a glass of Merlot. The wine was nice. Then ordered prawn qinuoa as a starter. They were not prawns, they were small bland shrimps on a very bland base and over fried crispy topping. This More

An original setting, with original and refined food and cocktails. The staff at sketch is also very welcoming and professional. One of the best restaurant/bar I have ever been to!

Great atmosphere and decor but don't come to the main restaurant for the food. Its a place to be seen and have cocktails - the upstairs restaurant is more geared towards fine dining. Circle bar at the back is pretty cool tho!

IN. CRE. DI. BLE. I've never been to a place as beautiful as Sketch ever. From the entrance to the walkways to the toilets to the staff, every design detail was considered and executed so beautifully. If you want to fit in, follow their dress code about being "art smart" and get that gram, girl!

My friend booked us a reservation for brunch, so we sat in what would be their cocktail room in the evening which was themed like a moody garden. Food and drink are more on the expensive side here, but worth it. Service is impeccable. Also if you want to see an amazingly quirky washroom, go even if you don't have to.

This place is incredible. And incredibly unique. So many strange rooms and interesting people. Go here for a completely new experience.

We went there for breakfast. This place is amazing, well designed and it has few halls that designed in a different way but its all amazing. The breakfast itself was good too but the service was poor. We waited a lot for the waiter to come and take the order and after they did each one of us (we were 3!) got his dish separately.
I believe that these kind of restaurants that looks amazing and the price is a lot higher than the average should pay attention to their service!!
Don t miss the toilets - u will not regret it

So disappointing! Only worth to go in and have a look at the place. They want to seem very upscale but in reality the service is not good at all. I kindly asked for them to add a third person to our reservation of 2, they told me it was not possible even though I asked a few times. I arrive there and they seat me at a table for 3 which was extremely frustrating. Apart from this... we were rushed for the whole time with the food, the waitress removed my mother's plate before she even finished eating. I sent an email to complain, and didn't even receive a reply or apologie. Very sorry but I would definitely not recommend this place. It's not worth the money.

The afternoon tea is a great experience, but a bit pricey. The ambience is very nice, and the restrooms are a must-see. Food was good. I really enjoyed the sandwiches, but I found the sweets a bit too sweet. On the other hand, it was disappointing that we had to wait for about 15 minutes to be seated, even though we had a reservation.

Enjoyed a lovely birthday brunch here. Staff were efficient and friendly (fab dresses!) and our food was good. The decor in the room we were in was interesting and quirky and I loved the tea cup/saucer that my tea came in! And of course, a visit to the loos (pods) is always a must when you come to Sketch!

Great place if you like modern contemporary interiors. However food on the pricier and small portion side.

Been to the Lecture Room. One of the best two star restaurants we've been. Food was delicious. Service excellent. Atmosphere warm and elegant . For degistiv we went down to the left bar, which we liked most. Gin Mare was excellent.

It's fancy and costy. Since you are in london, you should try this very best English afternoon tea. There food and tea are all unlimited, just these sweet will make you full quickly. Before you leave, you must go to their toilet , also bring your camera, it is the fun part.

Having lunch at here. The food was not bad but the service was poor. Been wait for nearly an hour for the main course.

I first dined at Sketch for my anniversary with my partner - incredibly impressed. However a more recent visit was incredibly disappointing as far as service is concerned.
Recently we had a friend visiting from Hong Kong. She told us that she would love to go for a nice dinner in London, immediately we suggested Sketch and booked ourselves a table.
We entered the restaurant and as soon as we sat down one staff member was laying on the menu to the table another staff member was telling him off for doing the wrong thing.
We ordered the wine and main course no problem except a waiter came over and asked us if we wanted dessert - we replied no thank you we haven't eaten anything yet, however he put two plates down at myself and my friend and then walked away and spoke to another table. He then came back and put a steak knife for myself and my friend - we were quite confused. The waitress who had told us about the menu came back and removed the plates (no explanation).
The mains arrived (plated to the wrong person because the waiter had put the knives in the wrong place but quickly corrected) - two of the mains came with a sauce separate to the plate - as the waitress arrived she was smelling sauces looking concerned. I had steak with a truffle sauce my friend duck with a chocolatey sauce. I quite enjoyed my steak although the sauce was quite unusual (I knew that sketch had a strange menu but it was a quirk I enjoyed from the last visit) towards the end of the menu my friend offered me to try her duck. I accepted this request and found that the duck had my truffle sauce which meant to my embarrassment ...I had been eating Sirloin steak with a chocolate sauce...although I did think it was a bit weird it wasn't too bad but I know it's not what the chef wanted and its not the dish I paid for - the waitress had swapped the sauces.
There was a sudden sense of disappointment for us - we had brought our friend here and we felt like we should complain, not for a refund on our dishes but just to make a point that we were not satisfied with the treatment thus far - however service was very bad no one approached us for a long time so we called someone over who had not been looking after our table.
As soon as I told her I wanted to make a complaint she smirked at me and sarcastically said 'okay, what's the problem?' I told her the scenario and she said 'okay...do you want dessert?' I repeated again and she asked the same question, this happened three times. I must admit I was intimidated by this response - I really didn't expect that I would be greeted with such hostility. Her asking us if we did want dessert sounded like 'if you don't like it then eat more or get out' or at least that's the way we interpreted it - it was already very late so we did (I must admit feeling intimidated by the situation) order a dessert.
After this she told us she is sorry this has happened and will go tell the manager (but it wasn't exactly in the most apologetic of tones).
Our friend from Hong Kong was incredibly shocked by this customer service and we were incredibly embarrassed we had brought her here.

The manager approached us and apologised to us about the waiter who had messed up the plates and knives (no mention of the waitress who had mixed up our sauces) and offered us our desserts and service charge on the house - I explained that mistakes happen, that is okay, however the sauces being mixed up we felt like we should say something because it's not acceptable to pay so much for a dish which is not how the chef intended, however what really shocked about was the waitress we called over to complain to was so incredibly rude to us - I have eaten in many different restaurants and this is first time I was spoken to like that. I must admit that as friendly as the manager was, he did not seem to appreciate the gravity of the situation and how disappointed we were.
Ever since our anniversary we have looked forward to dining at Sketch again and since this experience we don't think we can return. And this is purely at the fault of the service.

Very cool atmosphere, definitely worth a visit if you've ever wondered what it'd be like to dine/drink within what is essentially an art exhibit. We only had drinks here so can't judge the food. The service at the bar was spotty, hence the 4 stars

Really cool concept. Sketch has 4 different room/dining experiences. Make reservations ahead of time. It was definitely worth the wait.

VERY cool place to stop in for some drinks. Restaurant is very unique and the bathrooms are like nothing I've ever seen before. Place isn't cheap so bring your wallet. If you stop by the bar on the way to the washrooms ask for the St. Lawrence shot, it was good. It's also located in a very cool part of town, nice to walk around on the way there. Was easy to get a taxi home late at night too.

Such an exciting place to get a few drinks!! The Glade was so beautiful and the drinks were delicious, the staff were so friendly.
We were given nibbles on the table which were complimentary! Also I had heard about the bathroom beforehand but it was such a surreal experience!!! Definitely a must to get a selfie in the bathroom amongst the pods!!

the food was expensive for what you get but the friendly staff and intriguing decor made it worth the visit! really mesmerizing in all details! ps definitely book a few weeks in advance

Beautiful place! A bit over priced, nice for one time experience, especially for tourists but honestly you can find cheaper and better dessert somewhere else. Go and try the loo, so impressive!!
The hot chocolate was biter, not sweet as im used to drink, i guess they are using quality of ingredients!

We all know this is not a cheap place but the experience is worth the price. Would definitely recommend if you like interior design!

Always a London favourite, you may need to que so be prepared. Door entry is strict when it comes to ID, so please dont even try.

Everything about sketch is great to enjoy. Be it the decor or the drinks.

My girlfriend was refused entry just because she is Asian, all the white people in the group got in without any trouble. Think twice before supporting this racist venue.

Booked a reservation in the Gallery@Sketch because my wife loved the pink decor. Went there early for their bar and was greeted with greenery carpet and candles light from the ceiling.

At Gallery, we ordered the sea bream as main and oysters as starters couple with a nice wine. Fish was very fresh and nicely done. Oysters was crunchy and we'll seasoned.

Service was great and ambience is definitely suitable for young couple. Not to mention the interesting egg like capsule toilet.

Great food, excellent selection of wines but the real draw is obviously the decor. It's like Clockwork Orange: the dining experience.

This place is beautiful! Food is fantastic and the decoration is impressive! Make sure you booked a seat online.

Very nice food, excellent service and very friendly waiters who seemed very knowledgeable about what they were serving which of course, is to be expected from a high end London place. However, I did make numerous birthday requests for my girlfriend and they completely forgot unfortunately. Otherwise, had a very good time.

This place gets top marks from me. The service is brilliant. It s very busy and for good reason. The quality of the food on offer is high and the dining experience is quite unique. We had the fish and chips and curry mac and cheese which were both delicious. Waitress was attentive throughout and the wait time was surprisingly quite short. I d definitely come back here!

I had Jack Rose Martinis in this place which was awesome. The atmosphere here is different than any other palaces! Great experience!

Great cocktails. Various rooms to choose. Dj music was awesome! Tuesday and Thursday were great days to party, we stayed till the end. Egg room is favorite

An experience to be had by everyone. Expensive. But just once, do it! Even the toilets offer a different "experience"....

The atmosphere, decoration and attention of the staff are 5 stars. However we found the quality of the foods a bit deceitful. They pack take away bags for any unfinished foods but they left out part of our order which was annoying as obviously only discovered at home. It s very very pricey copared to what you actually eat...

Unpersonable welcoming, cold and sharp service.
A posh place doesn't mean abrupt client approach.
A bartender at the bar counter even sucked off a straw from a cocktail before she served it.
I thought she had a drink herself or she was on a break, but it wasn't the case.
It's not nice to do it in front of the clients by the counter.
I've been several time at the Sketch, and I always has a pleasant experience.
I remember a tall gentleman at the entrance with friendly and polite manners, and a lovely tall blond lady with an enchanting and approachable smile.
That's all gone. Shame!
There is a number of Italian staff all talking in their own language by the clients.
It feels uncomfortable as you never know what they may comment on.

This is a very interesting place and I will definitely be visiting again. They have a few bars in here and a restaurant. I visited the bar The East Bar, very cool and a nice take on a bar, it's a circular bar where the staff are on a slightly lower level which is fun especially when you've had a few. The drinks are good, service is pretty quick but seating quite limited. I would recommend visiting this place and I'll definitely be returning to check out the other bars and restaurant.

Great for dinner, or just great for drinks. There are three bars. I prefer the garden bar, the other at the back is a little noisy (I m only 35).

Staff are very attentive and super friendly. Good place for a date night and looks like youve put a lot of thought into it chaps.

Absolutely fantastic venue in London. From the funky decor and quirky uniforms, to the different 'areas' and array of offerings this is an all in one sensory experience. Can highly recommend the cream tea (in the gallery). Food was fantastic, staff can't do enough to help and atmosphere is electric; aided by the live music. Add it to your 'must do' lists!!

Lecture room tasting menu with wine pairing is is fantastic! You won t notice how 5 hours will pass by. Their staff is really great too (except for one sommeliere who thinks he is too busy)

Over here on holiday and this was our most memeroable dinner. Naturally a bit on the pricy side but overall worth it for the experience!

The place is stunning! you must go just to live the experience, the staff it's great, they make you feel very welcome and the service it's fantastic, the desserts are delicious but the food at the Parlour it's very disappointing!! tasteless. Very bad! :(

Phenomenal experience. The food and drinks were incredible. The servers felt like they had been produced by a Wes Anderson film and every other detail about the establishment felt like it was hand picked with care. Nothing about this place felt like a detail that was overlooked... plus egg bathrooms!

Quirky and amazing. Fantastic decor, great service and a lovely afternoon tea selection with some hits and some misses. Tea infused champagne is worth a try and make sure you visit the bathroom while you are there.

Absoulety stunning place. The best salmon I have ever eaten! The staff were so friendly and helpful. Had champagne poured for me by waiter which is lovely! Highly recommend a visit. The toilets were like a piece of art too. Very interesting. Art everywhere you look!

The place is beautiful and definitely special and the food was good. However, we had a very unpleasant experience when, after 1h hour of being there and having just ordered another coffee, we were asked to leave as there was someone else waiting to take our table. The waitress was very pushy and didn't even let us finish the coffee. She said that the tables are only guaranteed for 1h but we had a confirmation email stating that our table would be ours for 1h30. We were very surprised by the treatment and it definitely ruined our experience at sketch.

When art meets dining experience. I only could try the tea time experience and from the moment you walk in until you get out is quite something interesting.
I like the fact that you can try all the tea you want during the tea time , the toilets are worth visiting.
The food was ok. Not too fresh, a bit dry out.
The teas was excellent.
The atmosphere quite chilling and cozy.
The place is busy so it is better you book in advance.
Will come again just because it is a nice environment with good tea :)

A very nice place. You will be pampered by them! Great service, wonderful staff and great arrangements. Had little difficulty in locating the place, however, Google map was helpful. Easy access through public transportation. Overall a wonderful experience. Looking forward to go again!

Cocktails are pricey but you re paying for great service, delicious cocktails in a location unmatched in London.
