So fun I bought a season pass... Great value! The rides are well maintained and the best ride there is the Wicked Cyclone, a hybrid steel and wooden coaster that merges the best of both coaster types. The food is amazing but a bit pricey. However, all parks and entertainment venues are priced similarly.

This park is way better than when it was Riverside Park a decade ago!

Excellent thematic park, wonderful roller coasters, spectacular water games, very entertaining to enjoy with the family, just lack maintenance in the bathrooms toilet.
To repeat the place, good attention from the staff.

My best friend has a membership pass so she got my day pass for only $21.99. Totally awesome. Plus with her membership pass we got lunch, and a snack and dinner for free. Great savings. Can't wait to go back

The rides were fine but the food service was terrible. Keep in mind it s school vacation week and the food stands around the park were extremely understaffed. I was in Johnny Rockets and it took me 45 minutes to place my order, which they messed up, and another 45 minutes to get my food and drink. My sister went to one of the food stands and it took her a whole hour for her to take her order and the chicken was dry and flavorless. It s a shame to give this park such a bad rating because the rides were extremely fun. My favorites were Superman and Riddler Revenge.

Food and drinks are expensive but you can get out to eat and re-enter if you want

Sat in traffic for an hour than just to get to the perfered parking where there is handicap parking and there is only one person working both sides of the window. We finally got to the window for her to say there was no parking. Seriously you couldnt put a sign up or close the entrance to get in instead you make people sit in a long line just to find out they cant park. My mom pays for our membership monthly and we are defiantly considering canceling them after today. WHAT CHAOS AND COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME!!!!!!!!

Amazing rides! But overall way too pricey for the food. I suggest getting the meal deals even if ur going for one day. You also aren't allowed to bring your own food at all. The food we got was so bland and some people in our group couldn't even eat it. That's kind of the the only real drawback.

irresponsible lost & found team they have. Our prescribed spectacles were fell down inside ride area. We can literally see them and it was reachable. Since ride was running, they didn't allow us to pick them (which I agree). But, they said they will courier us next day after they pick them. They asked us to write a complaint. We showed the onsite manager and staff around glass's location, we described clearly on paper. They gave a customer care number and a complaint number for reference. They haven't picked the phone a single time. And after a week I received a mail saying, they tried their best to find them and couldn't get them. They are really irresponsible. Can't do one simple job assigned.

I love this park! I drive out of state regularly to go here. The park has a great water park with a HUGE wave pull, kids bucket brigade and an array of waterslides. There are a decent amount of coasters as well, not as many as Six Flags NJ, but still good.

Worst trip I have ever had. When I arrive I was asked by the parking attendant if I had a seasons pass with parking, which I did. They scanned the mail I was sent (as I had not gotten into the park to get my card yet), which clearly indicated I had a gold pass. It would not scan, so they charged me 25 dollars to park in handicapped parking anyway. Great start. Get into the park ok and went about our 1.5 days there. for 4 people we spent about a thousand dollars, this is for food for 2 days, flash passes for 1 day, and horror nights VIP for 1 day (we had to have both flash passes and VIP because we had a member who could not stand in lines, otherwise I would not recommend these in general, they are far too expensive for what you get). While on a ride someone took one of our soda bottles, a purple one that has free refills for next year as well, these are very expensive (it came with one of the meal plans we purchased but i think individually they charge like 20 for them). We go to guest services because we hope they can provide us with a replacement, we knew it might not happen but I Did have all my receipts and at the end of the day these things probably cost them 3 dollars and customer satisfaction drives sales. What I did not expect was the guest relations person to have a slumped posture, tilted head, and no personality or empathy. Explained the situation, she stated 'we provide lockers, if your stuff gets stolen it's not our problem' - note they do not 'provide' lockers, the 'offer' lockers for 5 dollars for a 2 hour rental. She was so uncaring about this I had to ask if they even cared about theft in the park, she actually shrugged and said 'not really'. I found this to be outrageous, I mean behind closed doors they can think what they want, but customer facing service should be better than this! I told her I probably wasn't going to be coming back if this was their attitude with guests, she replied 'whatever'. before I even got out of earshot she turned to the other guest relations person and said 'another *expletive* scammer'. I was livid and that was the end of my trip. and pretty much any future trip. There were some great actors/entertainers there, and about half the ride workers were nice, the other half and pretty much anyone working the food were less than stellar. Overall the park just doesn't seem to care about you, only your money, which is fair I guess but at least pretend. This used to be a yearly trip for us, and they have gotten thousands out of my pockets over the last 5 years or so, but never again. I already drive 6 hours to get there I might as well tack on a couple more and see if New York or New Jersey have better parks since I already have the seasons pass for next year as well.

Best part about this place was the cooling station. The water was colder than the pool. It's sad how they literally tell you there's a storm coming just for you to get out of the water area. The prices were way too high. Unless you're a membership. The bathrooms were all disgusting. The pizza tasted like cardboard. And the heat made the experience worse. Six flags is NOT what it used to be.

Drove an hour & a half only to get to a closed park. We made sure to check online before leaving to be sure they were open. We even went one step further & called ahead. We arrived to a sign that said closed today go online to get park hours. Absolutely unacceptable! There has to be a better way for people to find out that the park is closed then having to drive 3 hours round trip.

My daughter is special and was given a paper so that we did not have to face queues with her, but we found it absurd because the rule of this "benefit" was to give 40 minute intervals between each toy ... not to mention that the employees of this park are not trained for this service ...

Came at the right time to not have to deal with lines but they closed the water park early and didn't announce it or put signs up notifying visitors that it was closed. Closed the park early with a lame excuse of weather and the sun was shining on our way out but did get to enjoy all the rides we had planned.

I LOVE rides and theme parks however this specific sixflags has a serious problem with the way they handle issues and speak to their customers. Definitely ALLOT of room for improvement/training of Customer Service and gate area people. I would give zero stars if it were possible due fact that having an issue with buying things they sell online and their customer service being Rude/Unwilling to help as you're just arriving trying to force you to spend Another couple hundred (and kids being upset if you don't) because their customer relations people are useless will kinda set you up for a bad start to your visit.

A very fun park with an awesome water park. It is very expensive and you are not allowed to bring any outside food or drink in like at other parks. It can be a 300.00 dollar day easily for a family of 4.

Very sad this New England park has gone to the dog...

Very sad this New England park has gone to the dogs, literally.

I am 59, I have been coming to Riverside, now Six Flags, since I was 8-10. I promise i will not be back, ever, not ever. We tried to go today, 5-26-2018. We stood in 5 different lines just to get the souvenir cup my Adult son purchased with his season pass and food pass. We got to the park at 1115am, we got into the park by 1130am, I did not see my son until 100pm, without his cup, stating he would try on the way out. We got to go on 4 rides, because of lines being light. At 300pm we decided to get a snack on my sons meal plan, we were #1 in line, it took 20 minutes to buy water, water. Why you may ask, the employee that was waiting on us was told we wanted the 2 for $7 water deal, my son was charged $19.+, he declined, but, what are you people employing here, the employee said "sorry that what it says, $19+," I mean really?

Guys I know its memorial day weekend, but you never stopped the 28k of people coming in overloading the short, untrained staff you had there. It was ok to keep charging and filing them in like cattle, literally. All that seemed to matter is $$$$$.

My son and daughter in law work all week they wanted to relax, they spent $200, to get NOTHING, NADA, NOTHING, NOT ONE THING BESIDES GRIEF.

Do your self a favor, just don't go, you are better served finding a nice hotel with a pool and hot tub, and get a nice dinner, take in a movie, this will cost you the same, but at least you will get something for it and have as good time, or with until August 24th, go to MGM Springfield, at least again that $200+, will be well spent and who knows you may get lucky.

You will not get lucky at Six Flags, total waste of money, but due to poor or l lack of any kind Managment.

What's more scary here, is they will promote the employee from food to rides, I am sure her quick wit and savvy will end up killing someone. I question how the ride operators were trained.

Have fun ripping people off, I'd rather spend the real extra money and go somewhere that actually understands CUSTOMER SERVICE.

LOVE THIS PLACE...... IT IS THE BEST!!!! ALWAYS something to do and see. They are constantly adding rides and shows. If you go early April or May, it's not that busy. Get the season pass and it will pay for itself.

Rides were fun and the lines moved pretty fast, but customer service wasn t that good. There aren t enough people working at certain places, as when we went to get lunch, pretty much the only person working there was new and it was his first day. I understand that he s new, but there should ve been more people to help him out. For dinner we went to a cafe where the lady working there talked so only she could hear herself, and wouldn t raise her voice if I couldn t understand what she was saying. She didn t understand what I wanted/didn t want in my wrap. When I asked for lettuce she said okay that s all then and gave me my food. More importantly, the cafe had a huge ant problem. There were tons of ants crawling around on the counters where there was food sitting there in the open. There were definitely ants crawling around in the food, but nobody seemed to care. The only good part about our visit would be the rides.
