The store is nicer now that its been remodeled and the staff is always friendly and semi helpful but I personally feel like this store is overpriced I know healthy eating is expensive but 2.50 for a lb of apples i think is excessive

Very friendly the butcher was great did the cuts exactly the way I wanted them with a great attitude thank you would definitely shop here again.

This is my neighborhood store, I've been shopping here for over 20 years as they've changed companies and I will continue to shop there because of the workers.

Above-average lucky store. Very bright and clean. Relatively friendly service. Best cookie section I've seen lately. Weird 1970s disco music playing on the PA system. Do the Hustle??

It has been remodeled on the inside. Everything was stocked. They had 1 gal. crystal geyser water on sale, $0.79. I was able to get 15 bottles. No limits, in the weekly ad. Very friendly and clean.

The staff is either way, excellent to rock bottom in knowledge and service. The deli and hot table is low average to scary poor .it would be nice if Lucky would upgrade the talent level in food preparation. The salad and sides in the display cooler are bland tasting and seem to be just a mayonnaise distribution point. Hot bbq items consist of fried chicken and bbq chicken. Over frying is common, how about trying ribs more often. Or brisket? With a wings and salad restaurants within 100yards you'd think upping your game would be a good move for the manager. Just get and PAY 1 great bbq expert to whip up the staffers, weed out the dead heads, and make great healthy choices #1. It can't get worse sorry to say.

I shop there almost every day...the the employees are all so nice and helpful.

Food store, friendly people, fast lines, great produce. I shop there all the time. Better dated produce than Foods Co. And only pennies more. Worth the drive.

They are finally revamping part of the store. That is the Plus. The down side. They raised prices...example: 1/2 up a Full $1.00.... That's messed up.

Good price and sales once on rotating items. Whole chickens are awesome.

Their store is cleaner than Walmart. It may be smaller than Walmart, but at least it isn t loud like Walmart. Love the prices and the people there. The cashiers are so nice, they make some small talk with us. It s like we are a family!!!!

When you have employee training, emphasize clean conveyor belts at the registers. Consistently they are filthy. Dried meat blood, dried milk, ice cream, what have you. This is not where people want to set their groceries. This is a health concern, seriously!

the music volume is nice and loud, need to open more lines regularly.

Stopped in here to get some groceries and ice while driving through to get to Yosemite and everyone working here that I encountered was very nice and personable!
Patrick in the deli market was awesome as well as the cashier Lola and the gentleman (I forgot to check his name tag before leaving) that was helping bag up the groceries!

Wanted to return something this Sunday (bought one too many rotisserie chickens) but arrived at 6:40 to be told that customer service is closed.

The manager was kinda rude and some what sarcastic with me when asked how his day was when that's all I ask him.

I got there on a Friday and they were having a sale on a lot of items! There is a decent selection of things and I saved a lot of money!

Cashierwas so rude and oddly enough almost every customer was very rude also,overall kind of a bad hectic experience

Lucky is a good place to get your groceries. Typically lower price than others. -1 star for serving Spanish speakers first.

This store is clean and well stocked. The staff is always friendly Lisa checked me out today. She is fast friendly and good at her job. They struggle a little bit with the in flux of customers. They page "3's a crowd" overhead but the additional staff don't seem to be in any hurry. When they do come up one girl tells the other she was going to call in today.

This store is great. The selection is pretty good, the produce isle is well stocked, it has a good bakery, and all the staff are friendly and helpful. It's a much cheaper alternative to Nob Hill across the street. The only downside is a confusing parking lot, but it's mostly a non-issue. Five stars anyway.
