Bathrooms were messy, you pay almost 20.00 for a cup and the machines run out of beverages, with bees swarming around the machine. Due to the weather(which I understand) the rides shut down so our evening came to an early close.

The roller coasters in this park are great, but the way the staff runs the rides is ridiculous. It's like they are doing it so you don't get your money's worth. Also we waited in line for the new coaster three times and half way through every time we waited, the ride shut down for a half an hour and they didn't give us a reason. All in all this park was a waste of time. I've been to three other Six Flags amusement parks and they are all 100 times better than this one.

One of the best places to go during the summer. It can be quite packed but nothing beats there membership program. If you live close-by I would suggest getting the membership over the seasons pass. You get a lot of rewards participating in the membership program. Great food, and great service.

There needs to be a way to indicate which ride don't work from the app. This would make it a lot easier so people don't need to walk all over the walk. I really do enjoy coming here and want to continue coming back but there also needs to be better staff training. Simple questions often take 2-3 people to answer.

My father is handicap and there s was no spots in the top lot, when indeed there where other spots after handicap section was told couldn t park there those are for 30.00 paying customers. Told us to go park at the drop off parking lot got there was told couldn t park there. Had to go down to the other parking lot where all the handicap spots where gone, so my poor father walked all the way to the tram and up the ramp to get in the park. But I m glad they could leave all those other spots open for maybe someone that would pay. But a handicap man could not use and had a nice long walk ahead of him. How disrespectful

I tried to cancel my membership after year as it is stated on their "agreement", was not be able so. Noone takes calls , and support is super slow. In the end I was charged extra month and they refused to pay me back my deposit, because I removed my payment method, and paid it 2days later to get my deposit back, which they said you paid it late so the "system" forfeit to pay me back my deposit.

Disgusting, everything is filthy, the staff is rude with few exceptions, and the bees. Oh my good god the bees were everywhere. There is a serious bee problem here and it kind of ruins your whole day when you get stung 3 times. They really need to fix the bee issue. Seriously i could not spend more than ten minutes at the water park because of how bad the bees got. I may seem to be overreacting but seriously it s awful. I do not recommend you spend money here. I have nothing positive to say about this park.

I was hit with a pole at the haunted house told a security hard and they said oh yeah what do you want us to do. Then my looker locked me out and it wasn t even an hour epileptic and needed my medicine they told me there was nothing they could do that I would have to wait for the park to close. Then 3 of there staff dressed in costumes yelled at my bf and I threatened to f us up and then get us kicked out caused my bf to bug out and they the guards are basically calling me a list cause my bf got mad and ran off. Then they didn t even put in a complaint they exscorted me out of the park I m epileptic and getting hit on the head with a pole is very bad for me my head is in pain I have to go to the er and my left eye is blurry I can t get in touch with anyone at the park. It could of been a little kid that got smacked with the pole. This will not end here I will be seeking action.

Excellent theme park very clean and modern the thrill rides are state of the art..I found being a larger sized guy I did not fit in the superman coaster seat belts were not long enough and the coasters I did ride were tight I'm 5'8" 245 pounds use this as a guide line...over the years they have made amazing improvements and have spent a lot of money and it shows

The lines are ridiculous recently they have started fixing some of the rides that have gotten old and beat up from patrons, some how there computers messed up my pass wouldn't allow me to park for free but parking is included in the fee I paid for my pass also the outdoor kiosks to get soda from are not cleaned properly I found black mold all over the ice dispenser of said soda dispensing machines I pointed it out to staff members and they had no clue what I was saying I had to get a manager cause of course employee running this kiosk no speak the English

The place is great, but the lines is ridiculously long, it will consume your time plus some stalls are closed can the management at least post what are stalls that is not operating for that day.

I couldn't get over the prices! It ruined the first couple of hours at the park. I did not realize it would cost 70$ for a ticket, and then 6-8$ for a dippin dots. There was a johnny rockets milkshake advertised as a special of ONLY 7.99. Other than that I enjoyed the waterpark section but not much else as I am prone to motion sickness. I do have to say it is great for smaller children and has a ton of kiddie rides. If you love roller coasters this is the park for you. I would like to see more theatrical type rides like at Disney and Universal.

You come here expecting Johnny Rockets, u leave wondering what had happened. This isn't a true JR.. the burgers are of low quality. The prices are high. Simply put, the burgers here are no good. The saving grace here is the milk shake. Have the milk shake, then leave.... quickly.

Many of the staff did not know how to handle people on scooters to get on rides. At Johnny Rockets at lunch time they had only one of the four registers open for orders. The map of the park was confusing and hard to find many of the rides we were looking for.

I have been religiously getting a season pass (and parking pass) for about 17 years now, and loveeeeee all the rides new and old in the main park and the water park!! I wish New england s warmer weather season was longer i d go year round if l could!

One of the smaller Six Flags parks. Nice layout with 2 different areas for families with young children. Several medium and larger coasters to fit enthusiasts. Food is the same as the other parks. They try to give healthy options along side typical pizza and chicken tenders. Waterpark is towards the back right and not a separate park. 4 out of 5 stars because they didn't seem to have enough staff or locations to accommodate dining and snacks. Also if you have the dining pass the hours are different and the staff were rude about it. The cashier threw my tray of food away because this parks dinner hours weren't until 430...and it was 10 after 4 (my home park dinner on the pass is at 4). Purchased cotton candy from a stand, not only was the package difficult to open but it was rock hard. Staff said there wasn't anything wrong with it when I asked to have something else.

Can't go wrong with a Season Pass, especially if you purchase them the year before. Our family attends both the Amusement Park, and the Water Park frequently... not to mention Fright Fest!! :)

I went there yesterday, lots of the foods and drinks were over priced and most of the rides were not kid friendly, and we walked through the pool zone and it literally smelled like sweat and feces, don't recommend going to this place

Signed up for a membership in 2018. I've attempted to cancel several times, but they are still charging me. They have designed it to be complicated so that they can steal your money. I will never return to a six flags ever again!!

Most workers there are rude. The park and everything in it is very expensive. The least the employees can do is make you feel like you didnt waste your money while being there. And that's what they did. From the rides to the food; They dont smile, they aren't friendly at all to you or kids. They seem bored with their life.
I feel if you work at an amusement park with kids and where families go to have fun, you should smile and be happy DOESNT matter if you're not having a good day. DOESNT matter of it's too hot out. It's your job to be friendly and smile. That's what you're getting paid for. Not just to push a button.
Six flags hired better employees at being people person like 3 or 4 years back. Ever since then, they've been slacking.

For the most part the park is clean and taken care of. The rides are exhilarating and the waterslides are refreshing. The food is average, but it hits the spot after a long day of amusement. Overall great amusement park.

Experience was awful. The woman behind the cash register taking orders should find a new career path. Horrible attitude and service. Upon getting the food the tables/seating area was disgusting with ketchup stains and flies everywhere. The place looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. Food was mediocre. I do not recommend this place to anyone who has taste buds.

Awesome park, really liked it there. There are several great rollercoasters which we enjoyed mutiple times. The expensive parking fee is stupid, much better to park over the road at private houses for 5 dollars. You can also save up by buying the tickets online in advance. I missed more thrilling rides, it seemed there were either rollercoasters or children rides, not much in between unfortunately. For a group of friends it was a perfect day.

Always a great time! A full day spent with all my cousins...we had a blast and even though I'm not a huge fan of rides, I enjoyed the water park and there is just so much to do I was never bored. I also just love seeing others enjoy themselves, so many happy faces. :-)

If you love roller coasters, this park is for you....

If you love roller coasters, this park is for you. At least in New England. The downsides are, like all amusement parks, the food is expensive, lines tend to be long. Unlike other Six Flags parks this park is a bit small. It took over "Riverside" amusement park which was I assume slightly smaller. However, I will say this park is DENSELY packed. They crammed as much as they could in. This does mean less walking, it also means more dense crowds as the "streets" are a bit smaller. It is extremely clean in the park and if you live close by Season Passes are really cheap when they are on sale (which is most of the time). Even if they aren't you can upgrade your single day pass for a slight discount. They offer a ton of "season passes" for food, ect. Consider their price carefully and how much you will go and when. The food pass is ONLY worth it if you get the most expensive thing on the menus and go to the park at food hours 4 times. However, if you plan on frequenting the park it might just be worth it.

We lost an item, could see it, but staff told us it was irretrievable. When we followed up they said they had not been able to locate it. They outright lie. Rides are fun, staff and management poor.
