I was a two year deluxe season pass holder. The second year I wasn t able to find time to go at all during the year. Finally on December 28 I was able to go. At last I thought I ll be able to use my pass and it won t be a complete waste. However after driving 3 hours the park closed after 2 hours. It was closed for inclement weather even though it stopped raining, was above freezing, and everything was fine. When I complained all six flags said was sorry we can t control the weather. No thanks for all the money you wasted or even 1 day free next year, absolutely nothing. Just a warning, if anything whatsoever goes wrong with your pass don t expect any help.

Every time I come here I have a fun time. Great rides! Flawless waterpark! Overall this is a fun place to go. But if you want good food the only place with that is JB's BBQ house (Next to the bumper cars and Goliath). Six flags parks never have the best food in the world.

A lot of fun for families and individuals! However, they are out of ice, Italian ice, and many other items quite a lot. Most of the food areas are dirty and the employees are somewhat rude and unprofessional. It's still a lot of fun when they get their act together. It could be amazing and with 5 stars, just not right now. Needs work but I still go almost every day!

Poor service comparing to its price, and especially to Universal's parks or Bushgarden. Spent whole day and visited only one children's ride. Most of the lines had estimated waiting time 1.5-2 hours.

Food courts' services are terrible as well - 1 hour at least to have a lunch. Never come back to visit it again, even for free of charge

One of the jewels of the Six Flags chain, SFNE has a great mix of thrill rides and seemingly receives major upgrades annually. The park is showing some signs of wear & tear in places, but it's not obnoxious.

The cost of a season pass is extremely affordable, although to properly enjoy the park you should invest in things like Fast pass, etc. Parking is VERY high if not included in your pass.

Rides we went on were awesome. But the park was continuously shut down throughout the entire day due to "incoming inclement weather". That would have been fine if it hadn't been for the majority of the day. They do offer complimentary return tickets but they seemed to hide the fact that they did. After leaving the park it is impossible to get them and so you must get them while still in the park. Aside from wasting an entire day and 8 hours of driving, the rides were poorly managed and there was very little communication to the guests about what was happening. Attendants would give no instruction during rides and for the first hour of waiting, they never told us why we were just sitting.

The place was clean and the rides fun but,
After that it goes down hill. The lines for any type of food or beverage are just plain ridiculous. The first time I attempted to get food was painful. I was line for 10 minutes and we never even moved. It was a fast service chicken tenders and french fry only location. I got off the line to go somewhere else and other people followed me. anytime I wanted to get food, beverage or stack it was easily a 20 minute or longer wait. The sad thing is I would have spent more money on food but, the ridiculous wait times made me pass. They have to do something about this!

Awesome thrill rides. Mainly for older people but had a few rides for younger kids. The water park is huge with alot of sides. The wave pools are great for relaxing. Food is extremely overpriced. Take full advantage of leaving the park and bring your own food and leave it in coolers in the car.

Good amusement park, rides for all ages, lot of options for food however very costly... go for membership however make sure you correctly choose your home park... Goliath and Superman ride is the most thrilling and exciting... Plenty of Kids rides...

I want to thank Ashley, Kevin and Meghan for going above and beyond today. My friend dropped his phone and they helped us at the end of the night to recover it. They didn't have to do it at the end of shift and we truly appreciate it.

Very upset at the fact of my daughter and her friends phone was taken out of the basket at a ride they were on granted it has been reported and they are looking for it , but my issue is doesn t the ride attendant watch people s belongings , if they expect our belongings be left with them then someone should be watching things to ensure everything is safe and the correct owners get their belongings back,
their entire day was ruined, not to mention my daughter also lost $27.00 with her phone, both are expensive phones, not so sure they will come back

Very untransparent about pricing during fright fest. The website says stuff like, "haunted house, no extra cost", but on the days of fright fest, apparently if you buy the fright fest ticket to the park that doesn't cover the extra $35-50 per person for the haunted houses.

Overall pretty sick rides though. Food and drink is very expensive so eat before you arrive and keep a water bottle/extra food in the car for when you're done for the day/don't get tempted.

The park was very nice, and the people working in the park were very nice also, so why the one star. My daughter lost an item in the park. I called the number Six Flags NE has on there website, and receive and automated response to complete a lost an found notice. I did, and then waited, about 2 weeks went by, and I was aked to be more specific, I was. I thern recieved a call, and spoke with a young women who told me she would mail the item to me, she took my name, address, email address and i received nothing. When you call you can never get past the automated system to speak to a human. The item had sentimental value to my daughter, and can't be replaced. As of this writing, I have called a human at the Six Flags corporate office, hopefully I will get the item back.

Well very expensive! I received a raw piece chicken in my family chicken bucket. Wicked Cyclone is a very dangerous ride for the little ones. They close down every ride for very idiotic reasons.

We go a lot and the rides have been closed or shut down more frequently than were used to. I love our season passes but it's ridiculous they have to be picked up by a certain date. It would also be nice if there were stations to self fill bottles with water instead of slushy and soda.

Be sure to order your passes in advance, there is a significant discount to be had. The meal pass is definitely worth it and comes with a refillable bottle, there are plenty of places to get drinks all day. When you park there are ample shuttles to take you from the lot to the park. The park itself is very clean and well operated.
