Shut rides down changed kiddie pool to splash pad less rides makes longer lines. Kids working pizza area did not honor diamond elite discount. Advertised family chicken strip dinner, but they said they did not do that, yet they had individual strip dinners. Young man laughed at me as I talked to him and tried to ask the reasoning.

I brought my family here to have some fun and I don't feel I had a good day. It took almost an hour to park, while parking attendants were yelling at us. The tickets we bought online didn't work and my husband had to have them call amex to tell them the transaction id for the credit care. The lines were huge and the park is just kind of old and gross. The food may have made us sick and the people selling it were very rude. The lines were insane and even the bottles of water were insanely price. It's very difficult to make Disney look cheap and these guys pull it off.

.. So many people. Long lines for everything. Perhaps they should hire more people. Very crowded. The bathrooms were in horrible condition. FILTHY and SMELLY! I'm pretty sure a code of some kind is being violated. Other than that My kids and Grandchildren had a I had a pretty good time.

Our family has season passes to both parks and we have not been due to six flags being overcrowded all the time. I hate that I assumed Hurricane Harbor was the same as it was not. We went on a very hot Saturday afternoon and our family of 7 had a great time. Parking was way easier than what I anticipated and getting in was super smooth! The lines to some riders was moderate and others went by very fast! I plan on going back every weekend until my kids go back the school.

Not worth the purchase price of a season pass. They are extremely disorganized when entering. The only way to exit park is through a store in hopes that you'll purchase something. They no longer allow coolers inside park. They make it very clear their only objective for this park is money. Never again. Waste of money..

The slides were fun but long lines severely limited hiw much we could ride. The place smelled bad, bathrooms were absolutely disgusting, and the food wasn't all that good. Id rate it a 2.5 but i cant so i was generous with the 3*

Today was horrible, I understand for our safety we should wear masks, but you go up to get some water they turn you away cuz you're not wearing a mask. BUT food handlers are not wearing gloves!! Gnaw on that one for a minute!

Fun park. Terrible guests. You found all the Texas drivers all at one place. Several times I had to keep people from purposely running over my 2 year old or yell at them when they do. Kids these days need to be taught more discipline and how to be courteous to their fellow man.

My family and I are diamond members. Couldn't get a reservation for parking or seating AT ALL for several days prior. We go anyways because we are paying for it. There are no lockers, no places to sit, over crowded, DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY bathrooms. I didnt even want to put my stuff down. We looked at all the locker locations and ended up leaving within 15 minutes of arrival. Pretty funny to show up and see the diamond member parking lot and seat areas empty....yet we were unable to make a reservation. I'm going to give this place one more shot before I complain about what I am paying for our passes. I notice there are lots of reviews the same as mine in regards to this facility. I just hope it's better next time we decide to go.

Horrible and rude service

Horrible and rude service
And the water is warm not refreshing at all I understand water park is mainly for kids but me and my group wanted to have a beer and relax in the sun..
Bar across from wave pool HORRIBLE!
Waiting for 15 minutes for the girl to notice us
It was not busy at all
She helped everyone else and kept skipping us
She continued to clean the bar and not acknowledge us
My husband had to go on the other side and get her attention
Please hurricane harbor hire Better employees someone who actually enjoys their job and isn't giggling at us cause she knows exactly what she was doing.
I gave one star for the fun rides.

The rides and the lines are what you'd expect. The only real problem is with the staff in the fast food lines, and drink refill stations. They all seem to be teenagers, who have their speed setting on slow. Also some of those employees tend to be a little condescending, or at least have a little bit of an attitude.

We had a great time...It's best to get there early for any chance of good parking,it's a long hot walk when your tired and hot...The food is in need of a make over it's all just bland and tastelesssm.....

This is my 3rd to come to hurricane harbor and everytime i come i always had a blast time..my favorite part of the park is the lazy river, the wave pool, and the rides..but i recommend to pay extra $ to get the wristband so that you dont have to waste your time in the line,we just went there yesterday with my friends we stayed over 4 hrs and we just rode 2 rides because the lines was so long..its ridiculous and we paid $40 each person

FUN!

Zero customer service skills, from "management" included. Most experiences here have made it clear that none of the employees enjoy their job and none of them want to help you. There are a few friendly employees who do a good job, but they seem rare.

EVERYTHING is as dirty as it can be.. the water was BAD. Bathrooms are terrible. Trash everywhere. The place is also in serious need of an update. The concrete burns your feet and it's painted stupid colors that only make the issue worse. Your feet already get raw walking on concrete. Why aren't there more sprinklers to keep the ground wet? There are areas where the ground is soft, like the bridges..why isn't the whole park covered with this stuff? Get it together guys. Put some of those ticket sales back into your park. It's looking sad and rusty.

One day we were here, a lifeguard told my brother not to swim to the bottom of the wave pool because he "can't tell if he's drowning." Lol... really? Idk maybe you aren't all that qualified to be a lifeguard...

Only one side of the black hole was opened multiple times that we went. Lines can take up to an hour. (Better get ready to shell out 25$ per person for flash pass to bypass lines) The first time we went was a Wednesday (may 30th), not all school's were even out and it was still very crowded.

As a final warning, DO NOT wear anything valuable, even if just valuable to you. I lost a couple of bracelets that had a LOT of sentimental value. I wish I had taken them off but I never have before- so it didn't even occur to me. It's like second skin to me. I spoke to an employee about it and they told me to ask someone at the end of the day, that they dive to get lost items then. We were not planning to spend all day in the park.. but we did JUST in hopes of getting my bracelets back. At the end of the day, a woman, who someone else referred to as "kind of a manager here," who had also told me earlier that they would dive to look for items at the end of day, refused to look for my bracelets, claiming she had dived in the area to look for items "30 minutes ago," and had not found anything matching the description. However I had been sitting in the area near the place I lost my bracelets for around an hour and a half before the park closed. I knew for a fact she had not been in there at any point recently. Instead of helping me or looking, she directed me to security and guest services who she said would have items she turned in. I went to guest services who sent me to security who then claimed NOTHING had been turned in. Another employee I spoke to actually said "well, it's hurricane harbor, people aren't wanting to make an effort" when I told him that security said nothing had been turned in after he too, claimed things had been turned into security. I never got my bracelets back.

We enjoy going daily to Hurricane Harbor. Seems like they could do more in the off season to fix some of the cosmetic issues, like rust on the sides, broken plaster on the bottoms, etc. Today was opening day for season pass holders so it isn't like it has had time to be torn up yet. Same stuff torn up from last season. Food plate sizes have gotten smaller, maybe because dining passes have gotten more popular. The $10 burrito is now 1/2 the size, but same price. My kiddos still love it & we still have season passes so we will continue to go daily & spend family time there!

STAY AWAY IF YOU WANT TO BE SAFE AND NOT GET THINGS STOLEN
Several of us guests who went to Hurricane Harbor on Saturday Aug 18th 2018 had our things stolen. One of the families noticed a large white guy with Tattoo all over his chest walking around and picking things from folks chairs when they were out at Rides.
I had cloths of my 4 and 7 year old kids and the thief decided to take their cloths, along with my car key and membership card which I forgot to put in the locker. So that means now these thieves can enter the park any day and keep stealing.
Please watch out for these thieves and ask and stop anyone who is walking around sneaking out to steal bags and cloths and other stuff. Post pictures of these thieves and call 911 immediately as these guys needs to be in Jail and not Hurricane harbor. Other family we met at the security office lost all their belongings including identity cards.
Horrible job by Six Flags , Hurricane harbor for keeping your parks unsafe from these thugs and thieves. Please call 911 and get the cops in as soon as you notice anything suspicious , don't waste your time going to the park security which is full if incompetent staff

Awesome

I like the family friendly atmosphere and the park is generally very clean. I would give 5 stars, but I think they need to watch the lazy river better. There is so much horseplay in there that it becomes a safety issue.

An average of 4 Stars, How! I dont get it. This waterpark is the most disgusting waterpark I've been to. Certain areas smell like S***. Management needs to train their staff on how to CLEAN every inch of the park. Walking without water shoes is absolutely revolting. I approached 3 staff members in concession stands and every single one had a "you're bothering me" attitude. Management please train on customer service. Lastly, huge floats are allowed and when you have hundreds of people in the lazy river or wave pool it's almost impossible to move around. A child can easily get trapped under these enormous floats, a horrible tragedy can and will occur.

It was alright. Definitely use app to order food or its a 40 minute wait in some cases. Waiting in line took forever. Still lots of people. Of course we went on a Saturday... my recommendation, is to go during the week
