$350 for my grandkids, THIS grandma not happy and we drove from Granbury. We are a working family.

Well wearing a mask to engage is aquatic activities is really ridiculous. We encountered a team supervisor by the name of Tyrone who portrayed a character of a tyrant because "you have to wear a mask in his line." It would have been different had he of asked me to put a mask on instead of demand. I bow to none other than our Lord Jesus. And for everybody that thinks the Covid is going anywhere, think again. It is like the flu or any other illness which DOESN'T GO AWAY after being introduced. Overall the park was amazing even being our third time to be there. I rated this a four star and not anything lower because of Rae and the Hurricane Bay. Cool as a breeze and a TRUE people person. Thank you all for our great experience.

For me it's all about my children and they had a blast!

Hurricane Harbor is really great! Definitely get the season pass when you go, otherwise parking is $20 every time.

Overpriced food and drinks, long lines, difficult and pricey parking, poor service.

Always mobbed and they're experts at separating you from your cash. You can't bring food or drinks in anymore and the fast pass will keep you waiting longer as more people skip the line. Go when the park opens and find discount coupons. Parking is $25.

Horrible , untrained, rude staff. One life guard basically called a 145 lb lady fat. Park is a giant waste of money. Have season passes and will never buy again. Don t expect a fun family day at park! What a waste.

So fun. Had so much fun with my nephew. Just wish all the attractions were open.

They really don't want you hanging out in the wave pool. It runs for 5 minutes then it's off for 15 minutes. They kick people out of the pool during every break. My guess is they want you stuffing your face with their overpriced food and drinks.

Like Six Flags, this park is dirty and needs a coat of new paint.

If you go, bring water socks / rubber swim shoes. The concrete here is EXTREMELY hot on a summer day. You will burn your feet.

Like Six Flags, the staff her is underpaid so they don't care.

I am not associated with Hawaiian Falls. I live in Plano and I've been to the Hawaiian Falls in The Colony. Hawaiian Falls has superior customer service. They are proof that you can have great customer service at a park like this. It's also a lot more clean. And you can bring a cooler in so you don't pay ridiculous prices on food and water.

Had a fun time. Best to go early it really packed in the evening

Staff are OK however watch out for emergency people if others won't move they will push you with your Lil ones.

Customer service is always awful. But everything else is always fun.

Six Flags and Hurricane Harbor season passes with the dining pass and they parking pass is the best way to go I love both parks they are fun for all kids of all ages as you can see my grandkids my son and me go all the time all year round holiday in the park in front best is awesome I give them 10 stars for Fright Fest is great and holiday in the park is also wonderful thank you Six Flags and Hurricane Harbor for keeping your prices down on your season passes and the food that they serve you is well worth the money once again I love both parks and go all year round

Get on da slide dat you gotta get in da tube and the bottom come from beneath you

The water park itself is lots of fun. Expect lines, but still plenty of pools and water attractions to cool off. My biggest problem is the women's restroom. Every time I've been it's filthy. No toilet paper, no soap and used feminine products on the floor of most stalls. Six Flags needs to step up the cleanliness. Food sucks and is overpriced.

I went with my friends and we all enjoyed the rides

It is a great park sadly not for me, if you are not interested in crowded places and expensive food, which are the biggest issues of the park, you might not want to go.

Fun rides, needs some updating in the cosmetic area

Worth it if you get a membership with free parking. They usually have half of the kid slides at hooks lagoon closed. In fact after being the 4 times this summer I have never seen the taller ones open. Also the lazy river has been shut down for half the day once. But for a membership price allowing me to go there 4 times I guess it's worth it.

Nice if you can go on a day when it is not overflowing with people. Park gets far too crowded. Prepare for tons of teenagers in toddler arm floaties and giant life vests...in the lazy river that is 3.5 feet deep. Giant intertubes and floaties everywhere. They don't pay any attention and slam into little kids faces. I also got sucked up against the filter in the lazy river. So don't let your children hug the walls. Life guards act as if it is an inconvenience to even have to have a job

Service for drinks and food is really slow. already spend an hour for rides in line. There should be a few places for refill drinks only or lines for just that, you pay for it. Most attendants are not wanting to work there, or be there, service is bad.
Some times is just too much people.
30 minutes before general entrance for session of holders is 10 minutes for them.

Been waiting in line for almost an hour for food because they dont have all the restaurants open. Went to Hawaiian falls a few times earlier this summer and will definitely be going back there and not here. Too expensive and spent most of the day waiting in lines.

A lot of fun but a little bit of a dirty place. Seems like it could use a massive scrubbing and repainting. Definitely super busy for the size.

Close to Plano and fun rides... Always take left from the entrance for thrill ride or right to relax with family!!!!

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible! The drink and food with highly overpriced, the lines were way to long, and the staff was very rude!

In the greedy tradition of Six Flags not only are they over-priced, they nickle and dime you to death, with customers having to pay tube rentals. Also why sell water-shoes if patrons can not wear them on/in water fratures... it is DISGUSTING to have to follow hundreds of people all barefooted! Of course food & photos way over-priced. If you live within 50 or 100 miles or plan a few days in the area, season passes or memberships are way to go. In all honesty HURRICANE HARBOR SUCKS! If you are a little kid or teenager that doesn't know any better it's a great place...what waterpark/pool isn't great for a kid in summer? But if you're a parent or adult the value for your dollar doesn't exist here! With that said I'd give 5-Stars to Schliterbaun in New Braunfels! As far as water-parks go it is a MUCH BETTER VALUE....Get a 2-day pass and you can split the days as you wish in the season, lots of shade, low priced lockers, absolutely fun place & you can take own food. And if you want just to tube down the river, go down the street to 444-TUBING for a great time of floating down the Guadalupe! Anyway, I REALLY DO NOT RECOMMEND HURRICANE HARBOR, & I WOULD TOTALLY AVOID IT ON WEEKENDS & HOLIDAYS! NOT WORTH THE PRICE!

Absolutely LOVE this place!!! We have season passes and look forward to going every weekend.

I love getting myself wet and dry plus the food is fine.

We had a blast! There are thrilling rides as well as slower, fun rides. We also enjoyed the lazy river and and the wave pool! We had a fantastic time!

Having allot of fun in the sun employees were very helpful

People love to complain about long lines and expenses, but Hurricane Harbor provides families and friends with a day full of excitement. Although it comes with a high price, the water park is the largest in Dallas-Fort Worth and offers plenty of discounts. I think it is well worth a visit, you'll have a great time!

The rides where all open ,and they where not as packed today.

My family and I had a great time. We went on a Saturday. If you go early and arrive when they open their gates, you have about 45 minutes of front of the line rides. After that, it begins to stack up. To rent a locker prepare to spend about $15. It is best to just bring a cheap bag and towells with water and put them on a chair or table. We hid our car keys under our bumper. This way you can save on the locker.

We enjoyed ourselves well enough the rides are fun & water temperature is great, I m giving two stars for that alone. But the staff & customer service is awful. It seems like everyone who works there is miserable and hates their job, all the way from the people working the ticket window to the lifeguards. No one smiles, no one answers a question with any kind of enthusiasm or pleasantness. How can working at a water park be that bad?? It feels like I m an unwelcome guest in someone s house and my visiting is inconvenience.

I've seen a lot of redundant complaints on here! One is about how the park is "too crowded." Really? What do you expect? Especially if you go on the weekend and it's 100 degrees outside! Yes, the park employees lots of teens because it's a great summer job. I wouldn't expect someone with a PhD to be employed there, would you? As far as the price goes, yes it is expensive but you knew that before you even decided to go so don't act surprised. One thing I will agree with is how I miss the days when you could bring your own cooler in. Other than that, we have a great time here and are looking forward to going back again this summer!

Crowds are getting out of control and they close rides when sun is shining sometimes when a cloud looks near

Recommed to get there when they open so it's not so crowded. After lunch is when the first wave of people come then about 5 or 6 another wave comes. At that point it's not enjoyable. And the food pass is so worth it.

Great place to come to. It's much less busy on an overcast day

This place is the bomb! Good family fun all day long.

Lots to do for all ages. 2 small children areas that are great.

First of all, parking. It costs $15 to park! That's rediculous!
Second of all, admission. 34 Dollars!? I could use that for 1 week
of food! Third of all, everything they represent. At first it looks fun but
it is too crowded to do any fun! Total waste of 49 Dollars!

The staff is terrible. Its a bunch of kids with attitudes that are just trying to holler at girls and the girls are just flat out rude. My family had 3 bad experiences in 1 day.

Love this park! So much water to go around. The water slides are a bit dated but still so much fun!

What happened to the fruit stand! That was the best food out there. Very dissapointed. I wanted my pina colada!

The lines for the rides are super long! The food is good but the staff isn't very knowledgeable, helpful or friendly. I almost drown in the wave pool and the lifeguards just looked at me while the waves kept going over my head over and over again.

I'd give it zero stars if I could. Absolutely filthy. Standing water in the disgusting bathrooms. Grime everywhere. Too many people. So many it was no fun. Never again. And we have season passes.

Ah ok, it always a toss up between the misery of a crowded over priced park and the fun of water rides.

Fun and relaxing just doesn't have many rides so lines or long.

Waterpark is separate from amusement park was only downfall.
