Absolutely horrible experience with this company. Bought a red dot/magnifier combo. Three dead red dots later, I finally asked for a full refund. The first response from my sales rep was an email that he could only send me another red dot and that I could sell it if I wanted (seriously, he said that!). When I asked for a call, he committed to trying to get me the full refund. I told him that the negative feedback I was sure to give had to be worse for the company. His response was, They won t care about that. He had to word things with his people a certain way, but I finally got my full refund weeks later. I wouldn t trust the Sightmark product, even if I could get one for free. Terrible product and even worse customer service. I received three different red dot optics. Two of them never turned on and the third lasted six rounds on the range before failing. Not performance I would trust with my life.

Absolutely some of the best customer service out there. We had an issue with scope, sent it in and the promptly diagnosed and replaced the faulty product. I can t say enough good things about my experience dealing with sellmark and Meg, at the returned dept. this company has sold me on customer service alone. Keep up the great work, Sellmark!

I had bought a n550 digisight from Cabelas. I had some weird problems with it after 10 months and I dropped the sight off to them in Mansfield. They normally only deal with dealers but they took it anyway. The next day I got a call from Neil, he said come pick it up because it was ready. I showed up and they actually gave me a new one. Amazing service on their part. This is what we all knew years ago as customer service. They are a great company and they believe in customer service. I will recommend them to anyone. I appreciate that y'all took such good care of me.

Could not believe the excellent customer service. Beginning with Tech rep Lucas who followed through every email to costumer service rep Corina who returned every phone call and chased down a replacement unit for me. Do not hesitate to do business with this company!

About two years ago, I bought a night vision rifle...

About two years ago, I bought a night vision rifle scope on Amazon. It was inexpensive but a good value. It starting having trouble just recently - pretty sure it was the image intensifier tube, as is pretty common in Gen 1 Night Vision devices. I went to Amazon.com and checked, realized it had a 3-year full warranty, Sellmark sent an RA#, and I shipped it back. I turn around, and today arrived a new scope. They replaced my 2-year old scope with a new one - and a better model. Thank you Sellmark. You went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. You've earned my trust, and I will ensure I let others know about that.

I bought a scope from Sellmark, that had a problem. I contacted customer service "Meg", who gets an A+ in customer relations. They are taking care of the issue no questions asked and I would most definitely
buy again from Sellmark and refer to my friends....It's nice to have this experience in today's world.........
