Zero customer service skills, from "management" in...

Zero customer service skills, from "management" included. Most experiences here have made it clear that none of the employees enjoy their job and none of them want to help you. There are a few friendly employees who do a good job, but they seem rare.

EVERYTHING is as dirty as it can be.. the water was BAD. Bathrooms are terrible. Trash everywhere. The place is also in serious need of an update. The concrete burns your feet and it's painted stupid colors that only make the issue worse. Your feet already get raw walking on concrete. Why aren't there more sprinklers to keep the ground wet? There are areas where the ground is soft, like the bridges..why isn't the whole park covered with this stuff? Get it together guys. Put some of those ticket sales back into your park. It's looking sad and rusty.

One day we were here, a lifeguard told my brother not to swim to the bottom of the wave pool because he "can't tell if he's drowning." Lol... really? Idk maybe you aren't all that qualified to be a lifeguard...

Only one side of the black hole was opened multiple times that we went. Lines can take up to an hour. (Better get ready to shell out 25$ per person for flash pass to bypass lines) The first time we went was a Wednesday (may 30th), not all school's were even out and it was still very crowded.

As a final warning, DO NOT wear anything valuable, even if just valuable to you. I lost a couple of bracelets that had a LOT of sentimental value. I wish I had taken them off but I never have before- so it didn't even occur to me. It's like second skin to me. I spoke to an employee about it and they told me to ask someone at the end of the day, that they dive to get lost items then. We were not planning to spend all day in the park.. but we did JUST in hopes of getting my bracelets back. At the end of the day, a woman, who someone else referred to as "kind of a manager here," who had also told me earlier that they would dive to look for items at the end of day, refused to look for my bracelets, claiming she had dived in the area to look for items "30 minutes ago," and had not found anything matching the description. However I had been sitting in the area near the place I lost my bracelets for around an hour and a half before the park closed. I knew for a fact she had not been in there at any point recently. Instead of helping me or looking, she directed me to security and guest services who she said would have items she turned in. I went to guest services who sent me to security who then claimed NOTHING had been turned in. Another employee I spoke to actually said "well, it's hurricane harbor, people aren't wanting to make an effort" when I told him that security said nothing had been turned in after he too, claimed things had been turned into security. I never got my bracelets back.
