Fantastic spot. Was great when I was 12 and is still great! Love taking my kids out here.

Well, I don't want to start this review negatively, but I have to. When we got into the park, we instantly witnessed an elderly gentleman being dragged out, both naked and screaming, which was not a great first impression. Later, on a slide, I tried to stand up to stretch my legs, and was slammed in the head due to poor construction! Wow! Later the same day, I had to go to the bathroom, which was an instant mistake. As I entered, the stench of a corpse met my nose as I witnessed a poo log in the urinal, with a cigarette bud still burning inside of it! My family and I will never return to this horror circus!

Buy the Family Pack Season Pass for both Parks w/Parking. You reap the benefits in the first few visits, it offers numerous opportunities to take a friend for free, discounts on food and drinks, and lots more. Well worth it!

I love this place to have fun its pools are very fun a good place to cool off in the heat and suitable for children and adults and live together as a family

This is awesome. The only issue is with dining passes. The kids ages 11 and older go to get meal passes and the staff tells them they do not have a pass but you as the parent leave your space snd go and you receive a different answer when you get there. When you know you are charged your monthly dining pass fee. But outside of that it is great to bring family and friends very relaxing.

Weekdays during summer is perfect with a fast pass! 15min wait max!

Save $200 on a cabana! Simply place a towel on a free chair and it s yours for the rest of the day. You can leave the chair unoccupied for as long as you want, as long as your towel was there security will remove anyone sitting in it, just like the cabanas! This isn t a written rule either, but they sure will enforce it. On the other hand, if you can t get to the park at 10am to put your towel on a chair, you will have no place to sit all day :)

This is my summer happy place! Staff is excellent and it's a guaranteed good time EVERY time

It s a great water park with lots of rides for adults and for kids. They have sitting area and worth getting a season pass if you like going to water parks. Best time to go there is Monday to Thursday s and it s jam packed on weekend, average wait time on lines can be 45 minutes and up on the weekend. My favorite rides black hole , tornado , and can t remember the name of the tallest ride there. It s fun if you go there with a group of friends , mostly sole rides are boaring. Area of opportunity for the park , this park needs attention in reference of maintenance, paint , grass , dirty restrooms, and might want to add a baby changing room which I didn t see there while I was there. I would definitely recommend this park.

The park is awesome butt the parking could be better it's to far to park out by the Highway and walk all the way to the front they need some kind of transportation to pick people up that park that far out

Bought 4 flash passes and didn't get my cash deposit back because they claim they didn't have any cash at the end of the day.

Has decent slides but that's about all. The park itself has not changed since at least the 90's. Food is gross!

Over priced, very dirty. Been to a lot of water parks all over the country, this one is far worst of cleanliness. Smelt extremely foul.

Had some wonderful family time!! Thankful we had season passes, otherwise I would have been upset to pay full price with only 75% of the rides functioning. And of course wild children being unattended.....but that's just about anywhere you go anymore. NO ONE teaches their children respect these days.

They are not ready for summer. Took forever to get food and cashiers are still lost. Not enough cooks to get food out while still hot. Would rather go to pirates cove

We literally had a blast!! I have a crew of 4 and from the baby to the oldest they had a great time! The girls absolutely loved the lazy river and my boys were crazy about the wave pool. We will be back as soon as another off day comes around! They have life jackets, you can bring your own floating devices and yes there is a air pump to blow them up. Absolutely love being a member!

Rudest service ever the park was fun but the workers were rude

I love the scales haha. Thanks maybe place the scales on the entrance nvm you will lose money but maybe ppl will go to the gym don't need the fast pass anymore,thanks for making this place safe.

Long lines for rides, hard to find a parking space , long food lines

Im glad I got the season pass it was my first time uauing the dining pass and they were very helpful to make things clearer for me to understand

My family bought passes to Hurricane Harbor last summer and it went great. I love this place and my family loves it too! Now summer is starting again and we got passes AGAIN! it's so much fun, you wont regret going. Yes the lines are long, but that's just how it is with any park you chose to go too.

Update: 2nd time getting the season passes. This year we had more of a trouble, 1st of we couldn't get inside the park because are passes weren't working so they told us to buy a ticket if we want to enter. We weren't the only ones waiting they had a big line! People were waiting for hours and all they said was buy a ticket. We got the passes because it should make things easy and faster but it didn't! We got 5 and only 1 was working.
The only improvement they have now is security so bravo for that.

I worked at hurricane harbor in the summer of 2015 and it was the worst job I've ever had. I went a couple of days ago with some friends and the staff were so rude especially the supervisor. They sent me to security for the bathing suit I had on which was a one piece that wasn't inappropriate at all and told me to take it off or cover it or I'll be escorted out. By the way the bathing suit was red with hurricane harbor written on it. If I were you don't waste your time or money on this disgusting place .

Fun place but I didn't really like it because of the really long lines and if you want to ride a lot of rides without being there all day I suggest you either get a pass or a come before opening.

Honestly, it was great! It was great people who worked there and it was so much fun! And it is a great place to hang out with your family and have a good time.

Horrible customer service we pay for a monthly pass but didn't get to use most of our benefits the food lines are crowded and after a certain yime the dining passes don't work for different items even if you waited 30+ times in line I was More

Always to hard to get in. Fun inside but hours to just get through security gates. Not worth it

We had so much fun! Can't wait to come back. The staff is helpful and friendly. Food was great and over all it was an enjoyable experience!

It was pretty awesome, the kids have a lot to do. I wish they had a few more slides for adults, but it was still pretty awesome.

Family entertainment. Lots of water rides for all ages.

A new sprinkle park was added which was very nice and quiet big. A little more umbrellas for shad around there would be great. There was parts in the lazy river that stunk like sewer which was unpleasant but other than that it was keeped pretty clean.

Employees are rude.. need to clean lazy river more often from leaves , hair just gross!!

This place has really gone down hill. The paint is peeling and there are rust and rust stains all over. At least a half dozen water features in the kids area don't work. In places where families used to sit at the pool side and watch the kids play there are ropes and stanchions instead. The food is cheap in quality, but not in price. They do these strange "safety breaks" every hour for 15 minutes at the wave pool during which everyone has to leave the water. There are better water parks in most of the burbs now. Maybe that is why this place is so run down.

Tip:Bring your own tubes!!! They do not provide them for the lazy river. You have to rent them or buy some. Stands are always out of ice, coke or popcorn.

The park is a pretty good size with enough to do for all age groups. It s a bit of a maze in areas but you get your bearing after walking around for a bit. There is a lot of seating but not enough cover from the hot sun. The lockers are great and you ll be lucky to get one as they sell out quick. I thought that the 15-min break time in the wave pool is a great idea for both the swimmers and the lifeguards.

If you ve never been here, know that you will have to pay to rent tubes for the lazy river and wave pool. Or you can bring your own pool noodles or small tubes. They sell some there for both babies and bigger swimmers. We didn t know this but it probably would ve been too much trouble to keep up with rental tubes we paid for, or our personal floaties so they don t get stolen or taken by others while we went on other rides.

Probably we visited the park on a crowded day, but the pool and the river had trash floating all over.

Parking is horrible, they have no organization to give preference to Diamond or Elite memberships, they have spaces and they won't let you park, they say wait at 1 and when you come back they just apologize and say 3.
We don't go in because we can't find parking.

Awesome place. However the lockers fees are a bit pricey around $15. Consider purchasing non-slip shoes. The park has them for about $20 a pair. If you have a membership you will get a discount off. The park has life vests but you will need to purchase a tube if you want it. Enjoy

I bet Hurricane Harbor will be the first place when someone plan to water park in summer. Biggest, many things to ride, unlimited lunch & dinner, all good. Wave Pool got upgraded, more powerful.

My kids and I were in line for the Six Flags as I felt sweat dripping down my arm.. "Screw it!" I said, let's go to Hurricane Harbor. Best decision!! The park was full but the lines were moving quickly. There are many attractions, to the very cautious and the more adventurous riders.
