Very disappointing. Went to collect $50 hi!tourist twin SIM pack purchased on line. Was told they don't sell this product any more although still shown for sale on their website. After 45 minutes told they would refund the purchase price in 3 plus weeks time. Not a happy customer!

Cool, chill place. Has a nice concept here, iPads or some Android tablet able to use while you wait for your turn. Has a large showcase of every phone and accessories selection as well. Best SingTel customer service around, other outlets are trashy.

The effort just to return the SingTel box is atrocious. Access to building is difficult if you are parking. Their time taken to just complete one return box is bloody long. Buy easy but return really difficult. Seriously will consider swapping internet provider

I have seen many telecom providers in my life, some have been good, some satisfying, and then there is a veeeeery loooong gap, and there comes singtel... They can be glad that they have a monopoly here in a protected market, otherwise they would be broke in a year max... I have never seen a comparable rip-off anywhere in my life! They make use of the short time you switch on roaming and want to purchase a data package, and directly charge you 100 dollars roaming! Happened to me 3 times now, and there is no opportunity to avoid that... Usually, even when you disable roaming, you should be able to open the app and purchase a data package to surf for a reasonable price... At least thats what 99.9% of the telecom companies do in the world... Leave your fingers from this provider!!! I am using my foreign provider now, costs me so much less money than singtel in its own country!!!

Pleasantly renovated...again. Seems that everytime I come to recontract my line, the place has been renovated anew. Place feels more like a cafe than a service centre.

Service was prompt and friendly. There are ample staff readily waiting in the wings to assist customers who step into premises, especially now that they have converted to using the e-queue system via customer's own mobile devices.

I recommend the Hi! tourist SIM-cards, if you need good internet access during holiday or a business trip. I used it in my laptop and also a dual-SIM phone. Better than most WLAN in the hotels.

Okay so I get that the Singtel staff here works hard and they ve had their fair share of verbal and even physical (saw an old man hit a Singtel staff here months ago) but Singtel itself is a nightmare and the systems they have in place are incomprehensible. They advertised via a direct mailer recently for a 3-unit wifi system for below $60 a month, so we went down to the Singtel store at Waterway Point thinking that we will be able to get the full set as we called to check and they had it in stock . Fast-forward to us coming all the way down and signing off on this at the store, SingTel staff tells me that they can only give me 1 of the 3-unit wifi mesh system and that I would have to go down to Orchard to collect the rest. Now, I m only human to expect that I should get all 3 because the devices only work when there s all three right? Why the inconvenience? Why advertise it this way when it s inaccurate? I know a huge corporation like this must have many channels and levels to go through before a protocol is enforced in the interests of the customer and company but this inconveniences both. Why isn t there a system in place that benefits both parties more efficiently? This is a WASTE OF TIME AND
RESOURCES. Singtel, GET. IT. TOGETHER.

No person to person eye contact just talked thro an ipad. The staff online behaved like she was talking thro the phone. The cubicle was so small. I had 2 spine operations & have not fully recovered yet so i found it difficult to get in & out of that cubicle The table top also so small cannot place my documents properly. Very poor service quality.

Went there to get a iphonex and service is quite good. They provide some entertainment such as tv channels to watch while waiting. There are also sample phones for you to try before purchasing them. Large space to prevent the place from getting to crowded. Went there during a Saturday and the service is slightly slower than usual.

Waited over 3.5h for my replacement sim card to be activated and still waiting, was told to take 10min to activate. The 1688 hotline is not helpful, called 4 times, long wait to get to talk to CSO every time, keep saying talking action but nothing happened. Apparently, the are supposed to get "backend" to activate, said they don't even have "backend" number, follow up by writing email. What a joke! Any other higher channel or authority from Singtel can be called to complain and resolve this?

Interesting user experience they're putting out here. Waiting time was half hour on a Sunday afternoon. Couldn't figure out how to obtain a priority queue as a Prestige customer but the normal waiting time is acceptable. Agree with a previous review that the less tech savvy customer will find it a bit difficult to navigate but there are enough staff to assist.

Poor coordination between staff and customers. I asked for a queue number but was told that I don't need one and to just approach the counter. The guy at the counter then asked for my queue number, and when I went back to the first staff, she then said yes you need a queue number!!

Singtel is not the best service provider but that's just my opinion.
