Okay so I get that the Singtel staff here works hard and they ve had their fair share of verbal and even physical (saw an old man hit a Singtel staff here months ago) but Singtel itself is a nightmare and the systems they have in place are incomprehensible. They advertised via a direct mailer recently for a 3-unit wifi system for below $60 a month, so we went down to the Singtel store at Waterway Point thinking that we will be able to get the full set as we called to check and they had it in stock . Fast-forward to us coming all the way down and signing off on this at the store, SingTel staff tells me that they can only give me 1 of the 3-unit wifi mesh system and that I would have to go down to Orchard to collect the rest. Now, I m only human to expect that I should get all 3 because the devices only work when there s all three right? Why the inconvenience? Why advertise it this way when it s inaccurate? I know a huge corporation like this must have many channels and levels to go through before a protocol is enforced in the interests of the customer and company but this inconveniences both. Why isn t there a system in place that benefits both parties more efficiently? This is a WASTE OF TIME AND
RESOURCES. Singtel, GET. IT. TOGETHER.
