I was charged $270 for data roaming which I didnt subscribe to. When I went to dispute my bill, I found myself talking to an iPad robot! Talk about the indignity and dehumanisation of customer care! I wanted to show them evidence that I could not have subscribed to this but of course the robot couldn't examine anything! In the end she 'only' charged me $70 even though I didn't use any data! I find this service appalling

I visited Comcentre today n was given a queue no. N waitedfor my turn to terminate a service . When my no. Was called, There were 3 Customer service at the Long table . I approached the nearest customer service officer. a big size indian lady who was chatting with her colleague. I was welcomed with a GLARE on her face when I approached her . Very uncalled for .....thumbs down for her !!!!
At least give a SMILE when being approached ! It makes a world of difference , CSO!

There was then this salesman code P1321064 immediately called out to me n was very attentive to my needs n certainly deserve a very good review for his exemplary service , attitude n with a ready smile . Thank you n you made my Day !

Well renovated. Calm and pleasant atmosphere. No physical queuing system. Have to log on to their wifi to get a queue number. If u are there to enquire abt your bill, they will direct you to a ipad teleconference area to talk to the agents located in India. A weird experience but the agent's service was very good. Toilet was very hard to find and u can't get to the toilet if it's raining heavily.

Well. Forced to go as we have business facilities with them. Nothing special with their sevices here. Lomg wait queue and prioritizing iphone x buyers and normal customers to go "pop up" store which is basically a container. Tell me about it.

One of the worst companies ever to exist. Not only is their service overpriced, the calls are often dropped and the cellular coverage is terrible.

It took me hours to talk to a customer service representative, and because of the bad cellular service that SingTel has, my call was dropped... The customer service representative did not call me back.

Oh and they love to hit you with hidden charges, especially for roaming!

Don t use singtel. Go with MyRepublic which is only 35$ per month.

pathetic setup by Singtel....ridiculously pathetic.....they offered some kind of rewards on the mobile top and when reached there.....there's a big damn queue of 1000 people to collect it....crazy morons....selling the new plans...and mobile in Air-conditioned office but while distributing rewards stuff....customers had to stand in the heat outside just to get the token.....and finally when you get the token....the wait time is another 90 mins to receive the gift.....don't ever go there!!!!!

Trying to be modern in service rendering. Made me talk to a call centre staff using video conferencing even though I was in the shop. There were other customer service staff standing around. Wrong use of technology. Experience was bad as I could not hear the call centre staff. I walked in to a Singtel shop to talk face to face . Not to make a conference call

Called customer service. A Chinese speaking person who could hardly speak English was on the line. Could not get anywhere with her. It was Customer Disservice! Thank goodness M1 has Customer Service agents who speaks excellent English.

I hate this place! You wait in line to be put into a teleconference phone booth for support from some far away support center. And they won't even let you pay an invoice unless you have every form of ID under the sun. Grrr. Infuriating experience!!

I've had mostly positive experiences out here. The only so-so experience I've had was on my last visit when it took 30mins to get a copy of my phone contract, which wasnt ideal. If you don't want to wait endlessly, avoid going on the weekend, lunch hour & post work.

The best time to go is weekdays, right after lunch. You can expect to be in & out in under 30mins.

Tried to purchase a Ojoy watch for my child. Went to the store and the store attendent went to talk to her manager. Store attendent came back and told me that her manager would sell the watch only if i purchased a two year contract with singtel.

If that is the real policy that is fine. But the watch is sold online at the Singtel website without a contract.
Told the store attendent that it is available online at Singtel. She just told me that if i wanted to purchase in store i need to buy a 2 year contract. Doesn't make any sense.

If someone from senior management reads this could you please talk to your employees about disparity from Singtel website and Singtel Store and aboit how policies should be consistent.
