He was very professional n quick made me feel very comfortable I would highly recommend anyone to see this clinic

Here now with my 4 year old child. It is 11:19, his set appointment was at 9:30. I asked what was going on at 10am and was told the dr. Hadn't arrived yet because he was 'stuck in traffic' we came from Rockford, that's a 2 hour drive with traffic and made it here ten minutes before the appointment. My son has not eaten since 7pm last night because he is having oral surgery. Finally got called back for procedure at 11:30. The dr. And nurse are polite but my frustration with the timing is why I have written this review

The most Rude Receptionist I have ever encountered. I called to ask a couple of questions and she hung up the phone on me, I called back and she told me to go in Mondays or tuesdays if I have any questions. WHAT A JOKE!!

The only thing I didn't like, waiting for 2hrs Everything else went great

Dr. Brady was so awesome!!! It was my first time getting my tooth pulled and I was nervous as hell he came in did what he had to do I was out and I really didn't feel anything. I'm glad he was gentle.

Took me literally 6 months to even get through to talk to anyone. Got referred from our dentist because my 3 year old had 4 teeth that had cavities to be filled. Called every day and left messages for 2 weeks then called at least once a week after that. Went to my dentist for my sons cleaning and his hygienist called and had the same result. Looked up the practice online and found a different number than the one on the referral slips. Got us in 2 weeks after the call. Cappy looking building in the middle of the block in Humboldt Park in Chicago. Women do not go alone, have a guy with you. Parking is rediculous, pay with quarters but the won't give you change at the dentist or the coffee shop next foor. Our appointment was at 9 am, got there 10 minutes early, didn't get called back til 11. The waiting room was packed, no eating or drinking allowed. No wifi. One tiny tv up in the corner. Receptionists are too busy looking busy to talk Todd you. The hygienist looked at my 3 year Olds teeth for two seconds and declared that they would have to pull them. They were great with my son, had toys for him and didn't rush him or me while giving the medicine and and everything. Had to do laughing gas, wouldn't let me stay with him while they administered IV sedative or for the procedure. Told me it would take N hour and 15 minutes so to go ahead and go get food, sent my mom and brother and they came and got me 20 minutes later. He healed great and overall they did do a great job but the waiting area and recptionists are awful. Don't leave until your child is done, be prepared to wait and ask lots of questions. Met a couple in the waiting room that weren't told their daughter was going to have teeth pulled until after she was done and then had to come back a few weeks later. They, like us, live 4 hours away and had to make another trip and weren't given the option of keeping their daughters teeth. All in all the waiting room felt like a cappy DMV, with the waiting and crowds, locked bathrooms and taking forever to get through. We were lucky that our son did so great b it will never go back.

If anyone has ever had a bad experience with the Dentis I recommend that you visit Division Dental and see Dr Brady When I tell you that this Man is extremely good at what he does is truly an understatement I had a bad experience and he really did an amazing job I truly would recommend him 2 the World Great Job Dr.Brady

Ive never been to a place that has been so rude and unprofessional. Give zero instructions before hand and then the doctor is incredibly rude when the instructions I was never given were not followed. Everyone at the front desk takes there time and are incredibly rude and unhelpful

Took my son today to get his wisdoms extracted it was great! Dr.Brady did an amazing job he is the best surgeon ever.

Although this dentistry office is known for their long wait times and vocally peculiar front office staff, I ve had some of the best dentistry care here w/ All Kids coverage, employer based PPO and without. I remember waiting hours in the general sitting area as a kid and decades later that is still the norm. I m still willing to wait, the dentists expertise and overall care make up for the wait. I ve gone to several other places that don t accept most of the clientele Division Dental takes, including the Mag Mile and not much of a difference (other than a lesser wait time). They take the uninsured, Insured, and work w/ All Kids. Still wondering why this place in HP is still standing after 30 or so years? Five stars.

I went to division dental 1/29/2019 and I have to say I loved Dentist Brady. He was very friendly and made me feel comfortable he kept asking if I was ok. This was a great experience for me. I had gotten 3 wisdom teeth pulled and he talked me through the last one that was kinda tough to pull. Also Wendy his assistant was great. The wait was not very long at all . I have been there before in 2017 and that was a bad experience for me nothing like today the dental assistant was good but the last dentist did not explain anything just stuck my mouth and went to work. I hope Dentist Brady is there for awhile.

Dr. Brady was very professional. He was quick at my tooth extraction. Diana assisted keeping my mouth dry. Dr. Brady answered all questions and thanked me for coming in. Awesome

This was the first really painless dental experience I ever had .I highly recommend Division Dental Clinic.

Horrible dentist was very rude he took me out of the room when my daughter is still a minor ...he is not meant to be a dentist he just does it for the money If he was a good denture he wouldn't of choke my daughter when taking her teeth out I would of made a police report for how had he Is take his license away

I had a apt for my daughter at 11:30 and I was sitting waiting for a hour till they called me around 12:30. This is sad!!!!! I feel like the staff should at least keep updated on what's going and why the process taking a long time, I will not be returning back!!! & not to mention it was so cold in there!!! And I only seen one heater vent! Very poor

I read almost all the reviews on here and just couldn't believe that one place was that bad,made me afraid to go there. But I said I was going to go cause there are different people with different situations and attitudes.I went today, had an appointment for 12pm the person I talked to on the phone was very polite and informative. I spent in total 2 hours from start to finish.

The dentist was very pleasant and very professional as was the technician.I think if you go off what the reviews say you will visit with a set views and attitude of the people there. And what's funny is that it was crowded but got called right away. I will be back for my next appointment.

Dr.Brady was so smooth and quick.I was so nervous and didn't feel anything.Thank you Dr.Brady I really needed this over and you took away agonizing pain from months overdue in all of 10 minutes for 3 extractions.

The dentists are good but service SUCKS!!! TERRIBLE receptionists. They are so lazy and take their time with everything! They will have you on hold for more than 30 minutes! And I know this because I am writing this WHILE being on hold. They answered after 20 minutes and said "Please hold" and haven't picked up again since to tell me sorry about the hold time. Honestly they need some better receptionists because these suck. Highly dissatisfied with them.

The place is a big joke five trips we live five hours one way each time they had a reason why they couldn't do the work .The bad part is the care was for a five year old girl they mess up the paper work they blame it on some one else and she suffers for there mess up where's the manager at the only thing they care about is money

All I can say is, you pay for what you get! You have public assist, you get treated like such! I'm not saying it's right! If I had dental insurance, there is no way I would go back here! The dentist is great, but the receptionist all needs to be replace! They are very rude, not very customer service friendly at all! I had two wisdom teeth pulled! I was not put too slee, but the doctor did a great job numbing me up! My appointment was at 2:30, wasn't seen until 5:15! If you going here, cancel anything else you had plan! This is a all day trip! Be ready too feed the meter too.... ONCE AGAIN THE DOCTORS ARE GREAT!

Let me tell u all my story.iwas reffered by my kids dentist for removing teeth which was all infected and has to be pulled out.iread the reviews and felt hopeless disappointed. somewhere else ishould go i thought.well than i gave a second thought well lets go and find out by myself.i was surprised to see. My daughter happy no pain she came happily outside walked herself to car and took me only 30mnts procedure and the docters were very polite and i love to go again and again.donot believe by reading just find out yourself.people post bad reviews but have no time to post good experience .i love these place.

I called a week ago to make an appointment and the receptionist told me they only take walk ins even though it's about a 2 hour drive for me. I could barely understand her poor english and bad attitude but I figured whatever, maybe shes having a bad day. Considering the drive and probably the wait once we got there I knew I had to take an entire day off of work which I did. They've been open for almost 2 hours and haven't answered a single one of my calls to make sure they WERE available since the receptionist didnt seem very promising or like she really cared. After my 3rd attempt to call them I got curious about their reviews and it turns out this is just what they're known to do. So now I've missed work and dont even know if they will be able to take my daughter because they wont get back to me.

Dr Brady and Diana are amazing! Nobody likes going to the dentist, but I've been here twice and they always make the experience great. No pain, no problems and awesome care!

DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!! Appointment at 9 am. Got here at 8:40. It is currently12:13 and still waiting.

I wish there was a way to describe how truly awesome Dr.Brady is but there isn't. He's a busy man, but he still takes the time to make sure that everyone he has in his office he treats with respect and kindness. He's smart, well trained, and a kind dentist. I highly recommend him to anyone.

oh my GOD this place is horrible !!! One of they doctor called Sanjeet Paramar is my worst nightmare he put it 7 metal crowns and 5 therapeutic pulpotomi( when they take out the nerv of the tooth) andddd may son of 4 years old needed only ONE recin filling !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! All becouse they dont care about us about KIDS they want money from insurance !!!! PLEASE dont go there !!!! SUPER CAREFUL WITH THE KIDS !!!!

This is the only place I'll allow to sedate me I'm terrified of needles and have a ZERO tolerance for pain they make me feel comfortable and the staff is kind and they get you in and out I LOVE THIS PLACE!

This visit was absolutely amazing!!!!!! The staff was very respectful and responsive to myself. Dr. Brady was AWESOME, I didn t even know that I had been shot, let alone that the tooth had been removed. I definitely recommended him as soon as I left. THANK YOU DR. BRANDY

I did not like how long I waited. But my doctor was very nice. He explained everything before actually going forward with the procedure. He made sure that I was comfortable and was willing to accommodate me if needed. I definitely felt at ease with Dr. Jamieson.

This was honestly the most pleasant experience I have ever had with a dentist!!! He is very personable and polite. He took the time to explain everything he was doing step by step...and even more pleasant is I felt ABSOLUTELY NOTHING I truly wish he did family dentistry because he would definitely be my family s primary dentist. The after care instructions he provided were simple and exact. If you or your children are uneasy with dentist as I am and need to go for any type of oral surgery do yourself a favor and definitely go to Dr. Brady you will not be disappointed....

The doctor there was so quick & informative & kind in taking me in due to the virus going on. Went in for a tooth extraction for a real bad cavity half broken into my tooth, doctor numbed my mouth & pulled it out right before you know it ! Don t know what the pains going to be like when it wears off but the process with the doctor was awesome ! Highly recommend, also didn t have insurance so I paid cash 300. Sucks but oh well

I am always placed on hold for 20 plus minutes just to make an appointment. Its so hard to talk to anyone. At first i thought they were just busy but ive been calling and calling for the passes two weeks same thing.

The staff was very friendly. Didn't wait long and was nice and clean

The wait was a bit long but once I got in the dentist was very professional and did a great job. He made sure I was comfortable and everything was thoroughly explained me to me. I had 2 tether extracted and I would return for more if I need them.

I went to this clinic today for the first time to do 2 extractions, I have no complaints, my appointment was at 2pm, I got there at 1:45 pm and at 2pm I was on the dentist chair already. The recepiotnists were efficient, the dentist was busy back and for but cordial and quick. Maybe some poeple like more the attention and talk, I don't, I like good and quick service, so if you are like the same than I recommend their service!

The socket only hurt for the first night. Very professional.

My sister was "suppose" to be a patient there. She needed a tooth pulled because she was in A LOT of pain. Her PCP recommended her to this office probably because the Doctors are good. So she called and on the phone the recep basically said the first 5 to make it get there emergency extraction basically first come first served, her first visit Dr. Told her that she has an infection he prescribed antibiotics for her to take for a week then told her to come back as soon as the pills are done. One week later we both were in line once again because only the first 5 will be seen; a lady lady shows up in scrubs and informs us that if we were here for emergency extraction it can not be done today because the doctor is on vacation... It's fine that the Dr. Was on vacation but why weren't we called and told that?! Instead you had people coming to your office and waiting outside since 6:30 just to be told Dr. Is on vacation and won't be back until such and such a date.

Is affordability worth 5 hrs (2+ hrs waiting, procedure) of your life, AND 4 hrs of Parking Fee?

You may have an appointment, but this Dental Office operates like an Emergency Room. Sign In. They will call you. Give you paperwork. More waiting. Did you wait? I quit.

They have great dentists here! I came to just get a consultation for my first visit, but they were willing to help remove all of my wisdom teeth on my first visit. Dr. Brady was also very kind, made sure I was comfortable, and it only took him 15 minutes to get them all out. He saved me a lot of trouble!

I called during their hours of operation and received the recorded message that they were closed. Waited another 15 minutes and called back. Someone said hello and hold, and I sat there hold for 10min. I hung up and called back and it was the exact same process.. its been 12min as I type. This is so frustrating that I forgot about the pain in my tooth.. They should not be in business!!

I had all 4 wisdom teeth pulled. There were not stitched up. I had some of the worst pain month an a half recovery. I had to travel 2 hours each time to keep refilling the rx because they didn't give me enough.

Dr Singer is the most patient and caring dentist. She answered all my concerns and taught me how to properly take care of my oral health. She put me on nitrous gas that put me at ease and recovery was immediate after the procedure is finished.

The best I been to ,all walk in are good and they treat you nice.anf they got the right price they are the best Im going Monday I will give you a update.

Called so many times after my child had dental work done last year there, to do a check up and no one answered, ive left messages til i finally went somewhere else. They told me she got bacteria infection under the crowns they put in and had to remove all tbe teeth that had crowns.

Dr. Brady is truly the best. Ive had bad experiences before which made me very nervous. Not only did he tend to my aching tooth but guided me to remove the other impacted ones as well. I was more than scared, he walked me through every step as well as talked to me through out the whole procedure ensuring I was comfortable. It has been the best experience I have ever gotten at a dentists office. Will most definitely recommend to all my family and friends. Dr. Brady I honestly appreciate your honesty as well as the way you relieved my aches. Great advice and great care for post extraction care. You are the best!!!!! Surgeon Brady reassured my husband and I before my daughter's procedure. What other consultants said would be a difficult and probably damaging procedure, seemed like no challenge to the surgeon. His amount of experience and kind personality put my husband and I at ease. I would consider the experience a safe and easy procedure.
Overall the people that attended to my daughter were friendly and highly recommend Dr. Brady for oral surgery.

Had my four wisdom teeth pulled at this place by Dr Brady and my experience was great! From the day I made my appointment, till after surgery. I had pushed this procedure for years now after watching videos on youtube (don't do this!!), until one day I decided to get it done. After getting the referral by my dentist, I decided to make the appointment. I was very scared to do this, but Dr Brady explained the procedure and felt better. It was obvious that this guy knew exactly what he was doing, and that he cared about me the patient. This guy is the absolute best! The procedure took 15 minutes! 15 minutes to take all the four teeth, and the best of all was that it was completely painless. Once the surgery was over, he thoroughly explained the following weeks to me. He took his time explaining me the guidelines of my recovery and answered all my doubts. A week after I had a question after cleaning my mouth at night, decided to give him a call knowing that the chances he would pick up the phone were close to zero, still decided to call. He gladly answer my call at the first try at 8pm and answer my question. I'm telling you this guy is the absolute best, do not hesitate to give this place a try.

Worst receptionist to ever answer an office call.(Hispanic young lady working Tueday mornings) I asked one question on if they provided oral surgery and she with an attitude said No!(they do though). Called back and she was pissed and said "Yes for normal teeth" Monday Tuesday and Wednesday then Hung Up ..

I went there today after struggling to find an oral surgeon who'd take me in asap because I was in so much pain. I needed both lower wisdom teeth removed and this was the perfect find. Dr Brady was professional and made sure i was comfortable before he began the procedure. Now they won't put you down. (You'd have to go to the county for that and good luck getting in their lucky 35 a day list.. ) but he numbs you up enough to not feel a thing. The procedure was quick, took maybe 15 mins for both after a short wait being I was 3rd. Boom bam and I was on my way with prescription in hand. I'd recommend them to anyone in the Chicago land area. Great job and I didn't have any issues with the receptionist. Some of these people are just bitter anyway 5/5..AWSOME JOB DR. BRADY

And getting my tooth pulled by Dr.Jamieson Brady was a very comforting experience a really nice guy he made sure I felt no pain and was done in five minutes a very great place in Chicago to get your teeth looked at I highly recommend this place Division Dental is the best.

I have been to this clinic a lot of times and honestly, this is a great dentist clinic. I am sure everyone has their bad days, but over all service was impeccable. The rooms were clean, the front desk staff was nice and friendly. I would recommend this place, just be willing to wait because they do have a lot of patients due to their good service.

The extraction literally took 5 minutes or less. They were great! I recommend it!

He took out my wisdom teeth so quickly in under 30 mins and he used only a needle to numb my mouth so that was perfect for me!! I really appreciate it!

I would give it ZERO stars and this is the reason why. I got referred to this clinic for my 5yr old son which needed an extraction and cavity filling, got the appointment for a month later, and a week before his appt the office called and said the Dentist had an emergency and needed to reschedule, so I did, there was another month wait for the second appt. Two weeks before his appt which was sep 28th, I received another call from the office telling me they had an opening on sep 24 so I took it. I live In the north suburbs so it takes me at least an hr to get to the place. On my way there I decided to call and let them know I was going to be 15 min late because of traffic, the girl that answer said it was fine. NOTE, my son was going on an empty stomach 4 hrs prior the anesthesia. The office called me 3 min after I called them about been late, and said... WE HAVE TO RESCHEDULE YOUR APPT BECAUSE THE DENTIST HAD AN EMERGENCY, THE NEXT AVAILABLE APPT CAN BE UNTIL NOVEMBER !!! REALLY???? That unprofessional?? My son was vomiting on our way there, his stomach was hurting of hunger, it was such a long drive for him, and for nothing? It is just so ridiculous, terrifying I say knowing how unprofessional they are and was about to trust them with my son,staff was so rude, and pretended to blame it on me saying his appt was the 17th. NOOOO IT WASNT. So I tell you all, take in consideration all the BAD reviews that this clinic has. NEVER EVER AGAIN!!

I have had the worst experience of my life at this dental clinic with Dr. Brady Jamieson.
He is very unprofessional, unethical that decide to break HIPAA law by yelling out my insurance & personal situation in front of everyone at the office. I am very upset & will report this to the authorities that handle this type of cases. Be careful you might end up like me.

Over the Christmas holiday one of my father's molars became infected, and the only place that was open was Division Dental. He also didn't have any dental insurance at the time, which is why we had to go here. First of all they told us they didn't have any openings, but when my mother called they said they could see him in an hour. When we arrived, I was completely disgusted by the appearance of this place. It smelled horrible, and there was about 2 or 3 other patients in the room. I waited at the desk for about 15 minutes and no one acknowledged me until I finally said HELLO we have an appointment? The people behind the desk were so disrespectful and unprofessional, they were talking loudly, swearing, and listening to offensive music.
If my father was not is such excruciating pain I would have left immediately, but we had no other choice. After over 3 hours waiting, they finally took him into one of the most sketchy rooms I have ever seen. When the extraction was over they told us we could take him to the car. They left him in this dirty, dark, unsanitary closet type hallway, where he was still knocked out from the procedure, drooling blood on himself. They did not give him any gauze or anything. That is when I lost it, I was so infuriated at the disrespect that these so called "professionals" were using. My father 's experience happens numerous times each day. this place needs to be shut down and the dentists need to have their license taken away. Never will I ever go back.

They really know their stuff I healed very quickly when I had my last tooth pulled I have never felt such ease of mind I use to be scared to go dentists but now I can go without a problem and I will keep coming back.

Dr. Brady is amazing! He pulled my wisdom tooth last week and the process was so smooth even though is can be painful afterwards! Great assistant as well! Had bad healing pain and went in to see him today and thank god it s okay just everyone heals differently ! I was referred there to get 3 of my wisdom teeth taken out and the whole experience sucked! The patients are herded like cattle, the waiting room is small. If they call your name a you dont hear them they move on immediately. When I finally got back the lady was rude while doing my xrays and then told me because they were under the gum line they cant do them there. YOU ARE AN ORAL SURGEON AND CANT DO SURGERY UNDER THE GUM! That is the reason why people have to go to the oral surgeon to get it done is because they cant extract them normally. I will never refer anyone to this clinic!

I am such a big baby when it comes to dentist but he assured me it was going to be fast and I was going to be ok I trusted him and sure enough I was out in less than 5 mins. Thank you so much btw if you get to read this place is getting better ps staff was extra friendly and helped me in every way to get my tooth removed I went w/o an order they rock!!!!

I took my 4 yr old son there for a root canal. I walked out of there literally crying. I got there early, which made no difference, we waited almost 2 hrs to be seen. My son was given medication in the waiting area, to "relax" him, although he was perfectly fine. I panicked in the waiting room when my son's little body went limp from the medication. I was not allowed to sit with him for the procedure. The dentist injected him in the arm with anesthesia, which bruised him pretty badly. I can't believe this office is still operating, UNBELIEVABLE.

I got my wisdom teeth removed, all at once. Dr. Brady talked me through it, and it was fairly fast and straight forward. Would go to him again if I had more wisdom teeth to remove. This surgery was about a month and half ago and I had holes from it because they weren't inside the gums. They've almost finished healing now, and it doesn't look like there were any post removal issues because of it. Pretty happy

i normally don't do reviews... but since they just signed a contract for wisdom teeth removal, the whole process (not all this clinics fault), but they told me, that no, wont schedule,wont' do anything... issues every time i try to call, to get help or service.. Finally scheduled with my insurance calling them. (not sure if i even want to go to a place like that...) I'm schedule in January fin 6 moth! with an infected impacted wisdom tooth and a cracked wisdom tooth....(2 months in and still fighting insurance and "oral surgeons!) So yes, i absolute-ly hate it, almost makes me want to cry!...

Oh, and every attempt to call them now goes to a busy signal...

Took my son here yesterday and was very pleased aside from the length of time it took. It is intimidating if you aren't from the area and you are coming from a rural area but the dentist was absolutely wonderful with my child.

Today I had a tooth extracted by Dr Brady and it honestly was a great experience. Dr Brady explained everything thoroughly, easing my fear and nervousness about the procedure. I also appreciated that he knew exactly what he was talking about as far as what needed to be done to get the tooth out. He made me feel at ease and I never had any discomfort. He was also great to talk too and played awesome music. Dr Brady gets two thumbs up from me and I will definitely recommend him to everyone.

I read the reviews and kind of hesitated a bit but decided to go in and take a chance. IM SO GLAD I DID! The wait was about an hour or two (which is expected considering how busy they are) but once I was called everything was great. Dr Brady was great explaining what he was going to do and calmed me down. My extraction took about 10 min or less. I felt a little pressure but nothing else. The breaking of teeth and drill was a little nerve recking but other than that I had a Great experience.Staff was informative and respectful. Thank you

They have a bad cervicio for some x-rays I had to wait like 3 hrs. On the day of the surgery my son broke a brake and now that I went to his dentist I was told that he did not get the tooth he said.

If I could give them zero stars I would. First of all the staff is so unprofessional. I went there to get my wisdom teeth pulled. The person who worked on me couldnt do the work and cracked my wisdom teeth and left me skin exposed without sewing me back up. She stopped the procedure and told me she couldnt do anything.I will defintely be reporting you guys to BBB. I went to another docter and they told me, i could have been in coma or worse. Instead helping me after their mistake, they told me to get out and go straight to a hospital. Please stay away from this place.

I was a walk in today and i was seen with no problem, got my tooth pulled with no pain and Dr Jamieson Brady was so nice. He reassured me that the procedure would be fast and painless and it really was. I have been to this dentist office in the past, and i must say Dr Brady is one of the best and i will be referring him to my family and friends. Also the atmosphere was nice as well.
