The head office of SingTel. I visited their store earlier this month (I reached just before the store opened) to re-contract my line, and to get an iPhone 7, but had to wait nearly 5 hours till i managed to speak to one of their reps.

I later on learned that the reason why I had to wait so long was because the staff had to clear their "Prestige Customers" first.

So for non-Prestige customers, do come prepared to wait!

Parking fee is outrageously expensive. Service from Singtel was very very slow. Had to wait 2 hours to get an sms for my turn to be serviced by which time I had already left. Instead of giving you a queue no. from a machine there is a staff teaching you how to get a queue no. From ur wifi.

1. Seeing staffs standing around while customer continue to wait. 2. When doing the video conferencing, difficult to communicate due to background noise from both end. 3. No privacy when there are others seating beside you. And most, contributing to the background noise when they talk over their phone. Very bad experience.

Poor customer service from Singtel Shop ComCentre. One of the staff was impatient to attend to my phone's screen insensitivity issue which I collected the phone with the screen protector from Singtel Online Store a few days ago. Insisted me to refer to the Mobile Phone Service Centre because they could not make a one to one exchange for my screen protector. I felt it was not right,so I seek help from another Singtel Shop in Tampines branch. The staff did a check and offered an exchange for the flawed screen protector to another item with the same amount. All I can say is that both Singtel branches are busy with customers, but they handled customers differently.

Location and environment is not bad but one bad experience is enough. Went to solve my sim card issue but ended up created more issue. The manager service is worse than any staff I encountered. Ask for timeline, manager ask me to call 1688 as there is nothing she can do from her side. If not, she can help me to call and I can ask them myself. What kind of service is this? Overall the place itself is good, but better not find until the manager unless you want to spoil your day.

Decent sized Singtel Shop, with a good selection of sample phones to play around with. Getting support to modify your contract involves you queuing for an hour or so and then speaking to Singtel representative via a video conference device.

Extremely poor service at Singtel. Am experiencing a fibre (internet) drought (no internet) for about one month as their appointment team (nonexistent apparently) is unable to appear during allocated appointment timing. They didn t even call (even my date could ve called and give a lame excuse).

Really have to fix the speed of customer services. Went there to talk to customer reps, was told and given a queue ticket and was told I have a waiting time of 93 minutes. Never come on a weekend.

(Eventually number came up around 2 hours 40 minutes later but I was of course long gone.)

Could give zero stars if possible. Many foreign staff who cannot speak proper English. Long waiting time as everyone not buying phone is directed to one counter only. I was there for pre paid card matters and the person who served me was so rude and unhelpful. Kept giving excuses just to not get my card matters settled. My recommendation is don't bother making a wasted trip here.

Had to go here today to request/setup a Singtel landline (new customer). It's very disappointing that Singtel have so few (approx 8) locations on the island where you must go to register as a new customer. So 1 star deducted for that... (Why can't this be done online, or even in the "exclusive retailer" shops spread across the island?).
However, the sales/support agent (Royston) was extremely friendly, helpful and professional. Top marks.
