I LOVE DR.PAUL SHE'S THE BEST BEEN COMING TO THAT DENTIST FOR 6YRS NOW!

I m giving this place a 3 just because their secretary/receptionist Yvette has bad customer service

No waiting and great service.

I don't even want to give them 1 star. Where should I start. First they told me what my deductible was , and then later said that I owed more money. They also did the sme thing to my daughter. They told my daughter 6 months later that she owed more money for a wisdom teeth she had pulled.( she told then to figure it out). They told me that my silver fillings were coming out and needed to be replaced , so I had them done with the white fillings, and now my teeth hurt. My teeth we're not hurting before coming there. I just came for a cleaning. I think they lied to me in order to get more money, but they don't realized they lost money and clients. I feel they are prejudice against African Americans by the way the guy in billing treated me when I called about the bill I got. I called my insurance and she connect the billing guy on the line . He was so rude and said he wouldn't talk with me on the line , because I was irrational. He defamed my character. The insurance lady said she never heard of anyone doing what he did over the phone. PLEASE DONT Go TO THIS PLACE ITS A NIGHTMARE .

I went to West Town Dental after not seeing a dentist for years so I was little worried. I got general xrays and a cleaning (nothing crazy), but the dentist broke down what my insurance provided and what was covered along with costs (HR never does a good job with that). I was in and out in no time. Everyone was super friendly and professional.

Excellent customer service from behind the desk to Dr. Khalifa. Dr. Khalifa is very informative and explained with great details the next process. He goes out of his way to ensure that your experience is a great one. They are all so kind and really helpful. I m so happy I found them! Excellent service at West Town Dental Group

Had a very bad experience with this dentist office. I went in to get 1 wisdom tooth pulled and ended up getting talked into getting two teeth pulled. I was told a lower amount for both to get pulled and after the procedure was done my total was $100 more then what the dentist told me. I was very upset that they would give me misleading information. Very unprofessional.

I HAD EXTENSIVE DENTAL WORK DONE. I WAS TERRIFIED OF HAVING LOTS OF PAIN DURING THE PROCEDURE, I FELT NO PAIN-WAS ASKED FREQUENTLY IF I WAS IN ANY DISCOMFORT. GOT A CALL FROM DR. PAUL THE NEXT DAY TO ASK HOW I FELT. THEY ARE GENTLE AND CARING. THANK YOU DR. KHALIFA, DR. PAUL AND ASSISTANT KATRINA. I GIVE 5 STARS. OH, I LOVE MY TEETH

The place was clean and everyone seemed very friendly but I feel like my concerns about my teeth grinding were too easily dismissed and they didn't even do any scraping or anything with the metal instruments for my cleaning! All they did was polish my teeth. In my opinion you may get what you need here but you would be better served elsewhere.
