Very unprofessional company. Lied to me to get me to the job which was different than they described.

However I did the job and the firm was very happy with the work.

I asked Sinclair if I needed to get a timesheet signed as they didn't supply one, they said 'No, just let us know your hours'.

Comes to payment, they will not pay me and using the timesheet issue as an excuse. I even have a screen shot of the message from their agent advising that I don't need a timesheet.

I had an email from Keith Sinclair, he advised me they have sacked the agent in question and then proceeded to pretend the issue does not exist and is not replying to any of my correspondence.

I would think very carefully before using this company either for work or labour.

They do not seem reputable at all and don't appear to be a member of any professional body.
