the worst customer service ever experienced, not just for a communication company. Stay away, service is brutal and phone doesn't work. They tried to blame the problems on my router, spent almost 2 years of problems...changed companies and haven't had a problem. These guys are a joke.

They will be moving to Costa Rica soon, with no responsibilty to their customers.

Pathetically useless. Don't buy their product. No technical support. Stupid chat line in India which takes 5 hours each time and they can't help you anyway. Haven't been able to call cell phone numbers for two weeks. Spent everyday on the Indian chat line to No avail.

I ordered the device directly from the Nettalk web...

I ordered the device directly from the Nettalk website. I live in the US and was sent a Canadian device. After one full week of waiting, they closed the ticket and I am still without phone service. Every day for an entire week, I was told the issue would be fixed remotely. This is the absolute worse customer service I have ever witnessed! You definitely get what you pay for. There are no words to describe how angry I am!

Still NOT Shipped & Evasive "Customer Service"

I live in the SAME STATE where the company Nettalk is located, placed an order on November 21st, and it is now December 4th. There still has not been any shipping confirmation or tracking information sent. I've tried calling the 2 numbers they have and you just get a message "to go on the website" for customer help. Their "online chat" is rarely online even during their supposed business hours. They won't even provide a direct email to get a hold of anybody. So far my experience with Nettalk sucks and I haven't even been able to get my order filled, but they sure got my payment. I guess that's the crappy service we get for dealing with a company based out of Miami.

I have their wireless plan for 40$. The only good thing about it is the price. They advertise that it should work in Canada and Mexico too, that was one of the main reasons I purchaced it. But nope, it isn't. According to tech support chat they need to enable international service upon my request. I requested it, waiting almost a month and they don't do anything and not responding to messages anymore.

Also internet seems to be throttled compared with T-Mobile plan they claim is identical to theirs, in more crowded areas it crawls. At off peak times it is OK.

So 1 star for the price and service that at least works somehow in the US, 0 for customer support and not delivering what's promised.

This business is not BBB accredited and has a F rating, so buyers beware! I had trouble to call metroPCS cell phone numbers. Called customer service multiple times and had to wait every time over an hour to get through. After wasting about 7 hours in the waiting line and a remote control session (that requires a Windows PC that you have to provide for them to remote control the device -if you have a Mac or a Linux PC they won't do anything), my problem is still not fixed. An associate from customer service laughed at me when I wanted a refund for my annual service fee. Highly unprofessional and disrespectful.

scam company, stay way, the device works for 2 weeks, they didn't know how to fix it but, they charged me for a full year, a port the number back to comcast last year ( 2013 ), now ( October 2014 ) just got charger again for a full year service, try to call many times, 3 open tickets dispute and still no answer,
Thrust me, you will no be able to talk or e-mail to anyone from this company. STAY WAY FROM THEN, YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR MONEY.

They have the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, they say they value their customers and are open 24hours, but it's not possible to get through to customer service, I have been on hold for hours and had no luck. Their DUO works terrible, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND ,MONEY. !!!!!!!

No Customer service number to call, Chat response takes more than a Day, with no resolution. I have been dealing with just trying to activate a SIM card that I ordered for over 2 weeks, They had no problem charging my credit card when I ordered, you just can't get any service. Don't know where to click on Google to give NetTalk a negative stars

I used Nettalk for about 10 months, then the device completely went dead. While it worked, it worked well, but not nearly as good as other VOIP's, like Vonage. I used it to call overseas landlines often. However, when dealing with customer service it is a nightmare. They are way understaffed, and after talking to the Executive Vice President with my complaint, he promised it would be resolved that day--three weeks later I'm still waiting, and I'm out of phone service. I feel like I'll have to go back to Vonage, but don't want to fork out the money for it again. My device is under warranty with Nettalk but they simply don't have good customer service. The wait on the phone is a minimum of 30 minutes, and I've waited a little over an hour before to talk to a live person (who is American at least).

Unsatisfied customer.

I purchased the nettalk duo @ my local Walmart in ...

I purchased the nettalk duo @ my local Walmart in Arkansas on clearance (back in June 2014), it came with 3 free months...
To make a long story short, I have had it now for 3 years & still works fine.
I have traveled to Argentina & was able to stay in connection with family & friends from US. The only issue is if you bandwidth or internet service is choppy, the phone call will be too.. But that is Not Nettalks fault...

I purchase in April 2017 the Wireless & so fare am satisfied with the service... There are some dead areas, cause is powered by T-Mobile & in my area is not that good...
Have read a lot of bad reviews & honestly don't understand hose sometimes people express themselves that hard. The only bad thing I have to say is the Customer Service thru the chat is a very long process, but like with you Doctor, you are lucky to receive a response or a call back within a Month... So that is all I can say about the company Nettalk, good product, but hard to get in touch with them.

They sent my package to the wrong address, called them and they got upset with me and they hanged up on me... seriously????? customer support is probably based in india where they dont care about real customer service. IM NEVER DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN.

This is a company that could care less about your ...

This is a company that could care less about your money or the frustrations they cause you. The product doesn't work more than half of the time. You have to message someone wait a few days for them to either write you or call you just once and that's as good as it gets for them. Their customer service reps don't seem to know much about the product they represent. It's just frustrating and worth paying a little more for ooma or something else with real customer service and less problems. I live here in Miami and at one point wanted to go to their headquarters with my product and tell them to fix it because they were not available by phone or email for weeks. In the end forget this company they could care less about earning your business. I have been with them for 3+ years btw. Waste of time and money spend your time reporting their practices to the BBB better.

Garbage service, unable to keep the line working. "All sales final" approach when calling for support, had only 2 months of working phone service for the last year. Garbage tech support, answers are totally off a script. Online support can take hours to connect - call backs never on time, often days off when scheduled. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

After a year of service, I renewed for a year, and with in a month there was a problem with a firmware upgrade they do themselves. Emails exchanges could not identify and fix the problem. Trying to contact Customer Support on the phone is a nightmare. Hold times are over an hour long. Never did get through to them. :(

I ordered a NetTalk Duo Wifi and was excited to finally have a replacement for my home phone, which I almost never use, but my wife wants to keep it in order to speak to a few individuals. When I got it I noted that the software does not run on Windows 8, but luckily there is an Android tool you can use. I got it to work with a new number they gave me when it was plugged in, but after many attempts with Android and Windows (it worked partially on Windows 8) it would not work through Wifi. This is where it really went downhill. It seems that there is no NetTalk company. I tried to email them but there is no email anywhere on their site, nor a phone number. So I did a live chat, which is only available form 10am to 4pm, but there was no one on the other side. So I sent in a ticket which what they refer to as there new ticketing system, but even now, 3 weeks later, no reply. Thus I returned the item, which was signed for as seen on the Canada Post website and still no refund (they have a 30 day money back guarantee apparently). So I had to contest the original charge with my credit card and will wait for a reply. Avoid at all cost, this is basically a fraud. I have gone to Skype for long distance calls and my wife likes it (plus they have great support), so we will just cancel the home line.

YOU ARE THE WORST COMPANY ON THE PLANET!!! WHAT WAS ONCE EXEMPLARY SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOW THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER TOO. WE ARE STARTING ANOTHER CLASS ACTION AND WE ARE CONTACTING MY BROTHER IN LAW WHO IS FBI WITH CONNECTS IN THE STATE DEPT. THE NSA AND THE FCC WITH THE GOAL OF HAVING STRAIGHT TALK AND ALL OF ITS AFFILIATES SHUT DOWN PERMANENTLY...AMERICA HAS INDEED DIED.....
