Silver Eagle Relocations Review

We have recently relocated from the US to the UK. Our experience working with Eagle Relocations has been excellent. Despite a very difficult and lengthy problem with our US Mover, our Move Co-ordinator at Eagle Relocations, has been so professional and great to deal with. Despite the US Mover holding up the release of our shipment for over 6 months, our Move Co-ordinator has been in regular communication, working with me to get the problem with the US mover resolved. Unlike my bad experience with the US Mover, I could not have had a better experience working with Eagle, which included the extremely helpful delivery driver today. I would not hesitate to recommend, or use, the services of, Eagle Relocations, again.

We emigrated from UK to Sydney and Eagle were excellent. Clear communication throughout and flexible options, including air freight for the essentials. The UK packing team were exceptional. The goods arrived on-time and all 100%.

Eagle were excellent. From start to finish, we have had first-rate service. The whole team were brilliant. Always contactable, always very well informed, always involved, always giving peace of mind. The packing team in the UK were amazing. And here in the UAE.....well, the guys couldn't fit our table into the lift and they walked it up 25 flights of stairs, which says it all really! We can't recommend more highly. And when (if!) we return, we will use Eagle again.

The worst moving experience ever. Please avoid them at all cost. I moved with them from London to New York. The majority of delay I found out wAs because they did not pay their US partner for weeks. And two of my goods were broken- because they did not pack right.

Please don t get stressed as I am...and use any other moving company and pay extra. They are nice to you on the phone but does not get things done.

I eventually got my goods delivered after 11 weeks, they said their initial guideline was 10-12 weeks.

BUT the problem was not the time but the communication. I shipped things on 13 Sep. they arrived in Miami on 27 Oct. Initially I was told that I will get the delivery week of 12 th Nov. Then only Thursday that week, Eagle s US counterpart, Nobel Relocations, could not release it because Eagle did not pay them. Then everything kept getting delayed, both Eagle and Nobel could not tell where my stuffs were, and could not tell when it will be delivered. They keep saying they cannot find the driver. It eventually got delivered on 28 November.

I cannot believe how stressful this move has been all because I made a mistake of choosing this company. Please don t be a victim like me.

I used them to move my house from UK to Pakistan. My shipment is delayed by over 1 and half month. I am not getting any update from these guys that what cause this delay. The are not giving me anything in writing. Every time I am asking for this assurance that can they check if my stuff is safe and on its way I am promised a call back but no one calls. Very unhappy.

Eagle Relocations were extremely professional, and for our move to Singapore, from the UK, everything went smoothly. The UK guys packing up our flat were friendly and efficient, and the customer service was always helpful. We mainly chose Eagle because they had a better price than others, so that is also a plus. All in all I would use them again, and recommend to others.

This is the first time i have moved and of course i used my own company, i cannot thank them enough.

Professional team, came on time, packed with great care and marked each box carefully. On arrival they placed each box in the right room and left us after a very long day to go back to Watford.

Re-location from UK to Malta - First class service from start to finish. My first contact with Eagle Relocations was with Casmiro, who was extremely helpful and understanding to my needs and requirements. The delivery crew were fantastic, very professional, friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble and went well beyond what I expected. Caroline, my contact throughout the whole process was superb, she was there whenever I had a query or just needed reassurance for what would have been a very stressful time that re-locating can cause. Even after the move, Caroline contacted me to make sure everything went well, nothing was ever too much trouble. The shipment arrived much earlier than expected and again the delivery process from the overseas agent went very smoothly with no breakages and everything intact. The whole team are hard-working, friendly and efficient - very keenly priced too. No hesitation in highly recommending this company - Thank you Eagle Relocations.

All in all our experience with eagle relocations was superb. Onkar was very helpful and reassured us that all would be taken care of on our behalf. After the initial video survey, there was almost no work done by us. Everything was handled from A to Z, and at a competitive price compared to other companies. Will definitely use them again!

Had to move from Los Angeles to London within 10 days. I don't know how they managed coordinated it all but Eagle did. This is 2nd time I used them for going across the pond and they're consistantly professional, helpful and amazing flexible. Thank You.

We used Eagle Relocations after doing a lot of research and they provided the immediate feeling that they would take care of our personal possessions as if they were their own.

From packing to pick up and shipment through end delivery and unpacking and placement there was constant updates on progress and all items arrived in a properly packed manner and I couldn't have asked for more.

This was very impressive considering that we moved to the other side of the world!

Cannot recommend these guys enough.

I used Eagle Relocations whilst moving back to India and must admit that they are complete professionals. They backed their rates with good services although my shipment arrived a week after the date they said it would be here. Packers reported on time, packed well and i received my shipment last week just in the same condition they were packed. All I can say is that I got value-for-money service and would definitely use them again.

Be careful when they come to pack up as they might steal some of your possessions as what happened to me.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. After moving 5 times around the globe in the last 14 years, finally I have found the company that meets the standards I require for a stress free move ( and I'm not the easiest woman to be pleased :) Recently used Eagle for my house move and they were just fantastic! They just take all the stress out of moving and turn it into a great experience.Excellent service from the move coordinator but the efficiency and the skills of the packers was the most impressive step of the move. They arrived always on time during the 3 days of packing, were very friendly and helpful and so surprisingly efficient. Not a single scratch on my family belongings ( over 300 items in a shipping container) ! Never again will I be stressed about moving ! I can't thank them enough! This is how a 5 star moving company should be! Thank you very much!

Excellent service. Felt personalised. Meeting the staff was great to know who I had been talking to for a number of months. They also transported my gear to it's final destination safely and in good time. Packing staff were great too. Very communicative people which is what one needs when filling up a 20 foot crate with car and furniture. Even the option of dropping the car closer to sailing times! Can't recommend this company enough.

They are not an honest or trustworthy company, they first quote a price and when everything is paid for, they go on to quote a different price. They first sent me a quote with a price, which I then sent the company that was paying for my relocation. Once everything was paid for, they charged me extra for an amount that was not in the quotation they had sent me. I will make sure not to recommend their services to anyone and I am really surprised they are allowed to operate in this manner.

Originally they used the wrong quote form so they adjusted to $2k more but knocked off $1k as 'goodwill' - not that I had time to go to anyone else. I'd been told it would take 12-15 weeks for my shipping to arrive in Cayman - plenty of time for my full work permit to come through; it's arrived in 4 weeks, which means I have to pay 20% duty on the value as it clears customs because I'm still on my temporary permit as the full one hasn't been processed yet. I've been asked for paperwork by them even though I sent it in with the crew who collected my belongings and when I asked to see if they had it - no response, I've just been asked again for it by the delivery partner company on island. There just seems to be no organization and I've been the one asking for updates. The crew packing up my things were great but I will not be using or recommending Eagle to anyone due to everything else!

Eagle Relocation are the "Super Star" of all packers and movers.....moved us on the 5th November 2017.
Our family have moved house 6 times in the UK and twice to Jersey, therefore have experienced many different elite companies.
However Eagle, on our biggest move ever to New Zealand out shone all of our 8 moves in the U.K.

The guys were fast, efficient, professional, fit and worked non stop, No tea breaks!
Each person packed to a high standard, so much so everything was intact in every box....

We had a crazy amount of delicate mirrored pieces, complex deco mirrored tables/dressing tables, huge lamps/shades, crystal/chrome chandeliers,surprisingly all these items arrived to our amazement in one piece. No chips/dings or dents.

All our goods were driven down our steep drive, into the 40 Cubic container, shipped over seas to NZ, off loaded into other vans until they reached us in Auckland.
This opened up endless potential damage opportunities!!!
What an amazing move all round, from start to finish on both sides of the world.

Our house is now complete in Auckland and each day I smile with delight......

This is the second time I have had the pleasure of using Eagle Relocations for an international move. I have nothing but praise for Joshua and his team and the professional service they provide.
From start to destination, they kept me informed and aware of all stages of the move. This last move I had a full packing service which was fantastic done with speed and efficiency -meaning all my goods arrived at destination in good order. The destination deliverers were also fantastic and my delivery was completed within days of arriving in the Country! We had five companies lined up for our survey. Eagle was the first one and I chose them immediately because of their surveyor Derek, who was very old school, professional and kind. This led to a relationship of trust, commitment and total decency, while we waited for our sale to be completed. The staff must have been hand-picked because they are all wonderful with an honourable owner, Onkar, at the helm. The administrative staff, Oscar, Mary and Shannice, were extremely supportive, patient and kind. The movers, Del, Richard, Richard and Tracy were fantastic. They were trustworthy, professional, jovial, hardworking, and careful and made an extremely stressful period an easy one. They provide excellent value for money and I am happy that I did not select a company that offered me a too good to be true relocation cost by email, without even having visited our home. They are market leaders, in my opinion, and I will be forever grateful to Eagle Relocations.

When you are moving things are frantic enough and having a professional removals company like Eagle handling the logistics of the packing and the move even if it was only 60 mins up the road meant that we were able to focus on all the other bits that need to be take care of while our house was professionally packed up.

Del, Richard, Richard & Andrew did everything - even insisted on making there own cups of tea & coffee.

At the other end everthing was delivered and unloaded to where it needed to be an the furniture rebuilt.

Fanstastic team, fantastic flexible and responsive company.

I went to loads of different relocation companies and struggled to find any that I felt I could trust with all my belongings, and also that was a reasonable price. After speaking with about 8 different companies I could see clearly that Eagle were going to be the best.
As soon as I got in touch with them they were really helpful, super friendly, and I felt like I could count on them.
My husband and I were moving from London to NYC and they worked with the timings I needed for collection, and were very communicative with when my stuff would be arriving.
Nothing was damaged and they moved everything down 2 flights of stairs and then up 4 flights of stairs in Brooklyn.
I've recommended them to everyone who asks and will certainly be using them in the future.

Multiple items broken and incorrectly packed. Several soft furnishings uncovered arrived very stained. Very poor customer service and every response is denial and unprofessional.

You can see by the company response that denial is their only option. Several untruths in the response by them which I have continually pointed out to them. I have also been in touch with them and their customer service many many times ...and same story...denial. I also pointed out that I was insured by another company who charge normal rates, not inflated and unreasonable rates. The damage was caused by poor crew at UK end. The very expensive piano was broken, packed up (in some paper and a thin cardboard box...a piano...!!) then sent on it's way. The person who broke it knew it had been broken and simply tried to cover it up...as the company are trying to do. Very disappointing and totally unprofessional. This was a catalogue of damaged items which they tried to sell me as being a good performance by them...well at least we got 90% of your items there undamaged. That's like saying that the airline got the passengers 90% of the way to their destination safely...

Very poor response yet again from this company. Avoid if possible...if you get the service I received you'll you'll hit a brick wall at every attempt to get the truth from them. Having an interesting dialogue with the Furniture Ombudsman next.

Dealing with Eagle Relocations has been such a simple and pleasurable experience. Right from the time Joshua called me to discuss what I needed to do right up to Annette's follow up email now.
Extremely professional, I was kept informed at all times and given enough notice about how they do things. The movers were extremely slick when they came around. It was all done in under 30 minutes!

Very happy to recommend this firm. Professional pre-move experience - the estimator spend longer with us than either of the other two firms that we asked to quote. Removal crew top-notch, on both packing and moving. Had to deal with shocking weather (snow etc) but stayed good-humoured and worked really hard to make the process as painless as possible.

Eagle relocations shipped our goods from the uk to dubai. The cost was very reasonable and their service excellent. I was very impressed. They were in contact when i needed and answered all my questions. My goods were in a shared container and everything went to plan re timescales etc. I would definitely use them again

Eagle handled our relocation from UK to North Carolina. We ve unpacked all our items and not one piece damaged I was expecting some collateral damage especially with long stemmed wine glasses but not a thing broken.

I owe a massive thank you to Eagle and Noble (the US removal agent) for making this move so easy for us. It s been smooth and professional from quote to delivery with plenty of communication along the way. And the price was the most competitive quoted amongst a number of UK service providers.

So thanks again for taking a big worry out of our hands.

After submitting a request on a removals comparison site, Eagle were the only company to get in touch personally vs sending a leaflet in the post. They were really adaptable, being able to provide an accurate quote using photos / videos of our house rather than an in person survey as we weren't living there. Then when our completion date moved 3 times, they were patient and accommodating in rearranging. The team who helped us pack and move were incredibly professional, friendly and efficient and a real pleasure to deal with.

Nothing but praise for Eagle Relocations. Our move from Hertfordshire to East Yorkshire turned out to be unexpectedly complex: our completion was delayed by 3 days causing confusion over the move date, the specialist piano remover fell ill and had to be replaced at the last moment. Eagle took all this is in their stride and calmly sorted everything out. The crews handling the move worked incredibly hard and with unfailing good humour. And all for a very competitive charge. Brilliant and highly recommended.

I booked Eagle Relocation for the 3rd September for removal from Wembley to Dunstable. The removal men came promptly and was very helpful to us - they loaded the van and left. Things did not go to plan and the van went went back to the depot with all our things for the following day. During the process Jo was very helpful and kept in contact with us.

Joshua the Manager was very help helpful and efficient (and persistent), which is what I needed during that very stressful time.

I was happy with the service, and would certainly use them again and/or recommend them.

Premium service. I always felt there was someone taking care of me from the beginning to the end. The movers turned up on time and were flexible enough to adjust to all my requests. Undoubtedly they will be my first option if I move again. Highly recommendable!

Eagle handled my household contents in a 20ft container coming from abroad, which we split between storage and delivery to a London flat. I received very helpful advice on the preliminary paperwork from Eagle's office, and the delivery to the store and my flat went really well. The crew were marvellous - couldn t have been more efficient, friendly and constructive. All highly recommended

Definitely avoid at all costs. Extremely unprofessional, and you end up dealing with additional companies who have a lot of extra charges. Huge hidden charges with no justification. You will be promised things from the Sales team at the time of booking and never hear from then again. We have been lied to by this company multiple times. Worst service ever. Paid for the highest level of insurance - complete waste of money. We should have read the other negative reviews before committing. Avoid avoid avoid.

Eagle relocation helped in our relocation process from London, UK to Bangalore, India. From the initial enquiry had a very responsive communication with Eagle. The team were very cooperative in responding to our queries and did multiple reviews of our quote. The service itself from packaging to delivery was excellent. None of the items were damaged. The team that visited for packing were highly professional and did a fantastic job. Our consignment had sailed whilst India went into lockdown. The team was responsive and helped reduce our anxiety. BEWARE - AVOID THIS REMOVAL COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! I had a move with Eagle relocations from the UK to India and everything went pretty well up until the point of my belongings arriving in India. Almost all the items were not professionally packed (despite paying for a "full pack service".) My belongings were mostly all damaged with one side table missing and when I tried to take this up with them, they ignore my email and phone calls and didn't even bother to return any of my calls. They have the worst customer management possible. The managing Director Onkar Sharma, will charm you at the beginning but once you have paid your money, he doesn't want to know. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! PLEASE, FOR YOUR OWN GOOD, DO NOT USE EAGLE RELOCATIONS!

A great team! Arrived like a swarm of friendly locusts to our house which was totally unready to move and packed all within a day! Friendly, reliable, stayed longer to help finish putting up awkward beds etc. Could not have made the long move without them, especially with pets and a young family to look after. Thank you!

I relocated from Dubai and Eagle Relocations where my agents in the UK. Once my goods arrived they withheld delivery for 3 weeks because the Dubai Removers had unpaid invoices from 12 months previously. All my shipment costs had been paid in full therefore Eagle were acting illegally by using my goods as leverage to get payment. They knew they had outstanding debts with the Dubai company therefore took on this contract with this ploy in mind. I had to seek solicitors advice and approach the British Association of Removers (BAR) in order to get my goods released! No conscience or moral value within the management of this company! Definitely one to avoid!
However I will add that the crew that did eventually deliver the goods were great! Very professional friendly and hard working.

I m afraid the overall service is poor. The initial contact was all very positive (up to the point you make full payment). We were moving from London to Nairobi, and were impressed with the efficiency of the packers (and in fact the unpackers at the other end).
However, there were severe delays with our container arriving. We went with Eagle because they assured us it would take 6-8 weeks, but the reality is that it took much much longer. They informed us that it was out of their hands and due to congestion at the port. No doubt that was true, but what frustrated us the most was the total lack of communication. We were the ones always chasing and checking the numerous changes to the tracking. For a premium price, you d expect a decent service, but we were left following up and emailing, calling the handler at the other end.
When our container finally arrived, there were other people s boxes in our (supposedly) exclusive container. We had paid more to secure our own container (and therefore to increase the speed in which it should have arrived), but they had used it to ship other stuff. When we complained, we were just fobbed off. Not only that, but our car battery was completely flat because they didn t ensure the battery was disconnected. We had to buy a new one at the other end. In addition, there was damage to the interior of the car - it looked like something had been pushed into the car and then dragged out. Again, when we asked what had happened, we were given no answer. Only the details of how to claim on insurance.
The two stars is for the good packing and unpacking. But my overall advice is to avoid this company.

Eagle relocations took on our move from australia to the uk (from the uk side). We landed just as the uk lockdown hit. They were very good communicators, kept us in the loop the whole time, we couldnt get our stuff straight away but the whole country was locked down so nothing short of amazing that they stored it safely and for a very small fee, lower than my original storage price elsewhere. I honestly cant rate these guys enough. would definitely recommend to everyone

Eagle moved my family from central London to Bath recently and I cannot recommend them highly enough. They answered our questions, reassured us and were on hand throughout the build up to the move. When the day came, the team were friendly, professional and careful with all our treasured possessions. There was no grumbling about a 70kg bbq being carried up a flight of stairs and the music played during the packing and unpacking turning what should have been a stressful day into more of a party. I just used Eagle Relocations on 3 separate occasions. I moved from Hendon to Borhamwood, Borhamwood to Storage and then to Bali. On each occasion I found them to be extremely professional. Annette and Jo were both extremely helpful and knowledgeable, the packing teams (I had 3 different teams) were all very polite and packed my items up with great care. At each delivery, nothing was broken and everyting arrived in perfect condition. Thank you all at Eagle for a super job each time. I ve already referred 3 friends to you.

Horrendous service. Cannot understand how anyone would book with them given how terrible their customer service is, as evidenced by Joshua. I requested a quote and received a call. I told the gentleman (Joshua) that it was not a convenient time to talk and could he please email me the quote to look through. He refused to acknowledge the fact that people may not be able to speak to his convenience and just continued talking. After a few minutes, I had to just tell him (again) that I couldn't talk and hang up. I did not receive ANY emails post this call with the information I asked for, Several days later, I got another call (probably in response to a generic request for quotes I had asked) from the same guy.- I explained that I was receiving too many quotes and couldn't keep track of all the different info so could he pleas email me the info (same request as before). He then said "you aren't interested in a quote are you" and hung up HOW RUDE. I mean he hadn't even bothered to ask if I was free to talk when he called and people are known to be at work between 9-5 and thus unable to take personal calls... AVOID

We used Eagle Relocations to move from London to Sydney earlier this year. The sales consultant who visited was thorough and answered all our questions. When we received the quote, Sarah was very helpful in answering all my questions back and forth. I would recommend reading through all the terms and conditions, even though it seems tedious, to make sure you're aware of what you're signing and there aren't any hidden costs. There weren't on our contract but I felt better having confirmation back in writing.

When we had our move date confirmed, the packing crew turned up a little later than expected because they were running behind on an earlier job (not their fault but not relevant to this review). There were 3 on the job and we found Tracy and Richard to be superb! They packed everything like machines and within a few hours had most of our 2 bed flat packed up. When they left, I realised that I had left my handbag with my wallet and keys on a pile of clothes that was meant to be packed! Panic set in but I called and spoke with Sarah who got hold of Tracy and confirmed that they would bring that box back the next day. They did too and I was amazed that Tracy knew exactly which box to bring back. They have a brief description of what's in each box but all it said was "clothes" and there were 4 identical boxes! Anyway, crises averted and I got my handbag back.

Tracy and Richard continued with the pack the next day, hardly even stopping for lunch. All our furniture was well wrapped and loaded onto their truck. We waved our personal belongings goodbye for the next 12 weeks. Our move manager was successful in loading our shipment onto a ship sailing for Australia the very next week so we didn't waste any time waiting for a ship. Our final shipment volume came in under the quote so we got some of the money refunded.

We were able to track the status of our shipment while it was on the ship. And then when it arrived in Australia, the local agent took over. OSS were professional as well and they delivered our items as quickly as possible. The 2 guys who turned up from OSS were professional too. They were efficient in unloading the truck and putting boxes/furniture in the correct rooms. We didn't need them to do a lot of unpacking so they were gone within 3 hours or so. They did leave a few scuff marks on the wall so they could have been a bit better.

When we unpacked our items, all fragile items were intact, not even a chip! However, there was some damage to a couple of chests of drawers and our TV had a big scratch on the screen despite us paying 75 quid for a custom made wooden box (waste of money!). We put in an insurance claim for this damage which was approved and paid out promptly so we were satisfied with that process. I would definitely recommend getting the insurance as it was a relatively small cost for our peace of mind.

I would recommend Eagle if you're looking to move from the UK.

Very poor service to the point of dishonesty. Horrible to deal with. Incompetent staff - Caroline Hinks in particular. Undisclosed costs. Inaccurate volume survey. Broken items. Fragile items left out of specifically purchased additional wooden crates while robust ones pack in these crates.

The removal guys actually packed their rubbish (including pizza boxes plus left over pizza, dirty soft drink bottles etc. - which I had bought them out of kindness) in the removal boxes for us to discover at our location!

Using this relocation company would be a costly mistake.

Eagle Relocations were very helpful and professional in all our dealings with them. Whilst our boxes were in transit, we changed our minds as to which county we wanted to settle - no problem for this team. They organised storage until we eventually found a place to settle. We chose Eagle Relocations for our move from the UK to Malta because they were very competitively priced and quickly answered all our questions and allayed all our fears about the move. We decided to pack the boxes ourselves but the crew from Eagle who loaded the container couldn't have been better. A real professional job and they wrapped the few few remaining larger items really well. We were kept well informed about the shipping and at the Malta end things went just as smoothly with all the import paperwork taken care of and the delivery by Cube in Malta was perfect. Great service, wish I had found them before...

They did a move for me in Feb 2016 from UK to India. They did a great job.

Not one item of glassware was broken, the two people who came worked really hard to pack everything well and were really helpful - the unanticipated extra volume was a challenge but they took it in their stride.

The insurance was reasonable and the local handling agent in India helped me and did a good job too. And the UK office staff were helpful, responsive and kept me informed.

So much better than other firms I have used, wish I had found them before.

Very professional and efficient. They stick to times given and all cargo was delivered without any damage. I would highly recommend them.

Eagle Relocation handled the UK portion of our relo from UAE. They kept us up to date on shipment progress and provided very accurate dates for port arrival, customs clearance and ultimate dispatch. Also very important for UK newcomers was their step by step guidance through the TOR application process. All items were delivered without damage by a courteous, professional staff.

This is the WORST moving company ever ! They came late to remove our items and fragile pack . They did a rushed job which made unpacking a nightmare as there was no logic to the way items were packed. Upon delivering our boxes they knew we were getting keys after mid day (as all house purchases work this way upon completion) yet they started to call from 10am to say they were here!? Makes no sense. Due to the the general incompetence of the staff from the top down, they had packed an item that was meant to be left for our tenants to use , as a result this inconvenienced us and our new tenants and majorly stressed us out during our move. They denied being instructed to leave it - naturally, but this just adds to my complaint . I am warning family , friends and you not to trust these people with your treasured possessions! I will also be contacting the BAR and recommending that this company should not be part of their association.

I used Eagle Relocations to move my stuff from London to Dublin and I found them really good. They were reliable and the cheapest I found online. All of my stuff arrived safely, the staff were helpful the whole way along and I would definitely recommend them.

I moved from Canada to the UK. Eagle Relocations dealt with the move from the UK side. Rebecca went out of her way to ensure the whole process went without a hitch and in the most cost efficient way possible. The moving crew were very friendly and attentive. Overall, great service. I would go with them again.

I can not recommend Eagle Relocations highly enough. We used their services for a domestic house move. They were fantastic from the first quote to the final box being delivered. They were highly professional and explained every part of the removal process in detail and kept in touch in the lead-up to the removals. The crew on the packing day and removals day were exceptional. They were friendly, professional and highly competent and they made the stressful process of moving house so much easier.

This was an international move from UK to Australia made easy by Eagle Relocation. On the UK side the interaction was pretty straightforward, estimates pretty good, etc but the worrying thing is always the "far end"
I needn't have worried. OSS were great too! Everything arrived totally safely - not a single thing broken or damaged after 15000 miles on a boat.

A move out of London to deepest Kent which from start to finish proved to be a very good experience (or as near as moving ever is). Richard and his team were calm (thankfully!), good-humoured and very efficient. Would certainly use Eagle again, but hopefully not for a while!

The service from Eagle from beginning to end was streamlined and professional and relieved me of a great deal of stress in an otherwise stressful experience moving from one side of the world to the other. I can't praise enough the good humour and efficiency of the people involved in arranging the move, packing, transporting and finally storing and unpacking at the other end. They certainly provided a 5* service and I would highly recommend them.

The worst ever relocating company I have dealt with during my whole entire business relocations (34 years of relocating).

To start with, there were far cheaper cost companies that have sent me their written offers.

I was naive enough to chose Eagle Relications because in my mind, the more you pay, the better professional service you obtain.

None of the above was provided in my case.

Mixing the departure time at the start, and ended up by instead of earlier, to be later.

During the whole process, have only been faced with surprises, either financially or executionally.

We grow up professionally with a concept that says: Client is always right, even if wrong!

Dealing with this company, it is absolutely the opposite!

The level of frustration during the process has been gradually increasing.....not a single apology from their side.

Sent an e mail, expressing part of my frustration.....no reply from their side.

Execution has taken 2 days, first day was finished by slightly above 3 pm and second by by slightly below 8 pm....they charged me extra time which never happened with any of previous relocating companies that i dealt with

Claiming in writing that they had to use the stairs with one of the sofas, as if they serve buildings only with lifts

Am now writing in the middle of the experience, don t even know what will happen with my cargo. Am I expecting further surprises?

Absolutely yes!

However, a piece of an advice:

1. Never use this relocating company
2. Or use them, but make sure it is not a hassle free and experience full of surprises!

They had straight forward and clear pricing / available options. Easy to organize payment and schedule collection. The team, who came to collect the items being shipped, were professional and efficient. I would defiantly recommend them to anyone relocating.

I used eagle relocations for local move recently and I was very impressed with the service I received. Everyone was very polite and helpful from the beginning and the whole team made the process much less stressful. The crew took great care in packaging and moving my items, with all arriving safely.

Very nice team and good service, they packed my shipment (20' container) from the UK to the USA, it stayed in their storage facility for about a year and they were on top of the paper work for customs... the delivery team and unpacking team in the US was also very good.
storage was expensive but that is expected in London.. they should look for better rates though.
All and all is very good service and i highly recommend them.

We had been let down by another company, Movinga, who over the course of 4 months could not give me a shipping date and just gave me vague assurances that everything was in hand. 4 working days before we were due to fly out from the UK, our campervan still wasn't booked to sail. I then contacted Joshua again and he stepped in - sorted a shipping date, all the documents we needed in the space of ONE afternoon! They were brilliant. Annette took over once everything was booked and she was extremely efficient. She always replied to my emails promptly and helped with any queries I had. My only regret is that I didn't go with Eagle Relocations first. It would have saved me a lot of stress. If we ever need to move something from country to country again - they will be my first port of call.

I would happily recommend anyone i can for Eagle Relocations, the sales person Andrea was very nice to talk to, she was able to speak my mother's tongue to me (Portuguese) and that really made it shine in my eyes. I was looking to move house from Kingston to Bruges and she helped me throughout the stress of moving house and home. I was then handed over to Caroline who despite nearly everything going wrong my end (including the horrible delay of someone not buying your house) was able to be patient and even though we had to delay the move 3 times! They where able to get a lovely crew out to deliver me to my new home.

Eagle Relocation made our move so much easier. Right from the start they were extremely professional and helpful.Sarah & Onkar were the first person we spoke to and she went out of her way to provide us all the services we were looking for. Caroline our move coordinator was always prompt and worked around the schedule to meet our requirements on the logistics front. The packing crew took a lot of care (we had a lot of fragile goods) and we felt confident. All our goods arrived intact and in excellent condition. What made it even better was that all our shipment arrived ahead of time. Can't recommend them enough and will certainly consider them for our next move. Keep it up!

On the ball since day one. Thorough and detailed. Rebecca was my rep from the start and was always helpful and informative along the way. Excellent job in helping to make sure I had all related and necessary documentation completed and/or available when needed to be. When it came time to delivery of my goods, Graham Baker, Kyle Bowman and Michael Wright all did a great and efficient job in offloading my motorcycle safely and getting boxes and other items in their designated locations throughout the house and garage. Really appreciate the whole team for assisting in a pretty smooth move and transition from one country to another. Thank you all once again.

It was a pleasure to deal with all staff - from the estimator who came to survey our house/contacts, to the sales executive and the office manager who handled our move. The teams who were on-site for the packing/loading and for unloading were also pleasant and professional at all times. I would highly recommend Eagle!

I recently sought quotations from Eagle in relation to a move overseas. Matters were advanced to the point at which i was going to formally instruct them to ship for us following some initial quotes. The agent i was dealing with went away to check some final points to try and see if we could reduce the price previously quoted to us.



I could not recommend Eagle Relocations to anyone. They appear to be content to operate on sharp practices, and i certainly wouldn't entrust my goods to a company that operate in the way that they ostensibly do.

Very helpful service. Managed to move me when I was stuck with just a weeks notice! Team were very friendly and efficient and nothing was broken at all.

We used Eagle Relocations for our home move at the beginning of the month. We cannot praise their service highly enough. From the off they were extraordinarily organised and systematic in their approach to the job, meticulous in their packing as well as exacting in their disassembly and subsequent reassembly of our furniture. The removals team had an incredible 'can do' philosophy and wouldn't be defeated by seemingly impossible challenges of getting oversized furniture through smaller Victorian door frames and windows. Our move required 3 trucks to transport literally 1000's of items. Absolutely every one of them was delivered to our new home intact, unscathed or unbroken. The removals team could not have been more helpful or friendlier. Well done guys!

Fantastic service from the moment I was contacted! Eagle Relocations took over my shipment from FlatRate movers in the US. They were extremely proactive, getting all the paperwork ahead of arrival to the port so that there were no issues. They ensured a speedy clearance through customs, and helped with a seamless delivery. Everyone at the company was top-notch, responsive, and very friendly. Thanks again! I contacted approximately 10 removals companies to assist me with my relocation to Canada. I chose Eagle Relocation Ltd because of their surveyor, Derek, who is a lovely man, and very knowledgeable, and also because of the friendly nature of all of their staff, including Mary who kept in contact with me over the three month period that it took for my house sale to complete. The removals team were brilliant, professional, and cheerful. They took all the stress of packing up a house away from me. I cannot recommend Eagle Relocation Ltd enough. The price that I was quoted was very competitive, all the staff were wonderful, and if you ever need to use relocation companies, I would choose this company.

Eagle Relocations are the most professional company, i have ever had to deal with. From their sales team, to the guys who packed and moved our items, everyone was a total gem. We were delighted with the removal service offered by Eagle Relocations, from the initial enquiry to the pre-move preparation and move day they were a pleasure to deal with. We had a 6 week old baby at the time of the move and the movers were excellent and couldn't have been more accomodating and helpful.

The team at Eagle were very polite, prompt and professional. The fact that I was movimg to the 5th floor of a block of flats didn't phase them at all. It's a shame they don't provide an unpacking service because I am now surrounded by cardboard boxes but hey ho you can't have it all! Many thanks to Dave and his team
