I finally got to unpack the boxes and discovered how badly everything was packed. I've moved countless times and this was the worst I'd ever seen. Plates were packed together without any packing around them. So many items are broken, it was heartbreaking.

They gave us a quote to store some furniture for a year and said it included insurance only to get an email a couple of months later telling us the insurance was only for 60 days. Moving is stressful and this company only makes it worse. When we were expecting our stuff to arrive after they had been shipped we were contacted by an an agent we didn t know saying they were doing the work on behalf of Eagle relocations. My husband sent them an email asking where are stuff is and they just don t respond.

UK to India shipmentOnce paid, details came through quickly. I wanted someone to do the job asap and Eagle came to my rescue.The packing and loading team were just fab. They had very professional approach. All jobs done to perfection. First day was packing and second day for packing and loading. The lorry came.with the container. After loading carefully, container was sealed in front of me and paper work given.I was given the tracking details which was very handy. The team in India were very good as well and got all paperwork at home. On arrival, I had to go to depot. A person was there to help with all paperwork. The seam was broken in front of me.All stuff were delivered with 2 days. There was a team of 6-7 people who put all stuff in different rooms (do not expect same professionalism as UK).After all boxes opened everything was fine except one broken picture frame. Considering such a move this was not so significant but could have been avoided by putting fragile on the box carrying it which was missing.Even then it was nothing less than 5 star service.

Moved transatlantic. Eagle were efficient, professional and incredibly effective. Their "no problem, here to help" attitude made a difference.All my things arrived on time, stress free and nothing was broken or lost. Worth every penny and more.

We were very pleased with the service provided by Eagle Relocations Ltd. We chose Eagle Relocations as we found them to be very professional from the beginning and they were also recommended to us by a close friend. We had several large and heavy items to move out of our property and another storage unit for longer-term storage at their Watford Base. We found Eagle to be very cooperative and they offered us a very competitive price.

The surveyor Derek was thorough and went through all the details of the move very well. We very much felt at ease speaking to all the sales and enquiries staff at Eagle who were very reassuring. They answered all our queries promptly and were very good at returning calls/emails.

The removals team were excellent and managed to move all the items without causing any damage. They were all very efficient and punctual. They had brought over several boxes/packing materials for certain fragile items and treated all our items with care and respect. We were very pleased that the whole thing went stress-free.

We would certainly recommend their services to anyone. They are high-quality and professional. Just the way it should be!

These guys we fantastic. We moved a 40 Foot container from Dubai to Birmingham and were very impressed. The door to Door deliver they provided was superb. Not impressed easily, but hats off to the team of 4 people that came and unpacked without any off time. Great Job guys, if anyone asks us, we will definitely recommend you!!!

My experience was very positive and I would recommend Eagle. I found everyone I dealt with to be competent, professional and trustworthy.
Eagle's focus on customer satisfaction is evident and has successfully permeated every facet of the business that I observed.
Probably the moving crew are the most important part of the process and the four guys who did my move were excellent. I don't have a single complaint or suggestion how they could improve. They exceeded my expectations at literally every stage, from taking inventory of my belongings, the quotation, through to the actual move. I didn't have to deal with any surprises at any point. I couldn't believe the whole thing could be done without any complication but it was.
