Multiple items broken and incorrectly packed. Several soft furnishings uncovered arrived very stained. Very poor customer service and every response is denial and unprofessional.

You can see by the company response that denial is their only option. Several untruths in the response by them which I have continually pointed out to them. I have also been in touch with them and their customer service many many times ...and same story...denial. I also pointed out that I was insured by another company who charge normal rates, not inflated and unreasonable rates. The damage was caused by poor crew at UK end. The very expensive piano was broken, packed up (in some paper and a thin cardboard box...a piano...!!) then sent on it's way. The person who broke it knew it had been broken and simply tried to cover it up...as the company are trying to do. Very disappointing and totally unprofessional. This was a catalogue of damaged items which they tried to sell me as being a good performance by them...well at least we got 90% of your items there undamaged. That's like saying that the airline got the passengers 90% of the way to their destination safely...

Very poor response yet again from this company. Avoid if possible...if you get the service I received you'll you'll hit a brick wall at every attempt to get the truth from them. Having an interesting dialogue with the Furniture Ombudsman next.
