Minute Maid Canada Review

The entrance may be hard to find for drivers coming here 1st time, i had to drive around the whole block to find it, but here a pic of the truck entrance

Worst delivery place ever! I would give them 0 stars if I could! I had an appointment at 08:00 am, arrived at 07:40am. The security check is an old man without any kind of respect for the company or for the truck drivers. He is just rude and disrespectful!!! I said to him that I have to drop, and he checks the seal and he gave me a paper to complete with my info. Than I went to park the truck and report at shipping and receiving, you must send the docs trough the scanner in the drivers lunch and email to them. After I sent the docs they say that I have to go to the other building with another shipping and receiving! I went to the other building with a very small yard, I had to wait to a line with the truck and I decided to go inside with the docs, it was 07:55. I scan the docs again and sent them to receiving 8, the you have to call using the desk phone on speaker an interior nr. The guy came was his name, and said that I have to wait a lot because I have a lot of trucks in front of me. I said I have an appointment at 08:00 , he said: who cares!!!! So I got a ramp at 11:25, empty at 12:24. When I went outside the security old frustrated guy is saying to me : your loading papers??? And I was like WHAT??? I had a delivery u checked my seal. He was like never mind just get out of here. First and Last time I was there. U should all avoid companies who s treating drivers like that.

Canadians want to know if yous are putting American milk in cartons. If this is true I will no long support minute maid. I call that a trader that doesnt support our Canadian farmers. Also there our milk cartons on facebook claiming this. I need to know

Be ready to wait a VERY long time. This is one of the slowest place around and your appointment time means nothing to them.

Very friendly staff and security guard. Easy place to back a 53 into! Always a pleasure!

Avoid this place .. or be prepared to wait all day..had appointment at 8 am arrived 7:30 am got door at 2pm now its 6pm still in door.. i hope they go out of business..

Waited 2hours for a door to back into. Now, I have been parked in a door for 1hour and a half, have not even started loading yet. There is also other trucks that got here after me that have been loaded and left.

The new guy sitting on the front desk of shipping and receiving needs to know that he is at work. He put me the stamp on the manifest which should be on the bill of lading. When i went to talk to him he was so rude and even told me to leave the facility. After 5 mins came out and gave me the right papers. He didn t know what he was doing.
But the Company should do something about this guy. That was not the way someone speaks to another person.
