I was absolutely amazed with my service. The technician Korey definitely showed his knowledge and experience during my service. He called before arriving, showed up on time, double checked with me what problem I was experience was, and explained everything he was doing and what he was looking at. I had two previous companies including a home warranty place both quote me almost exactly 5 times the amount to fix it. I signed up for their membership 100% because of the job and professionalism there technician did. Thank you

Sierra air was my second opinion and they were very honest and showed me what they were doing and answered all my questions. My first company that came to the house was All Hour Air and flat out lied to me!! Telling me I needed a new furnace and texted me bogus photos of a furnace that had small cracks. Told me all my pipes were not up to code the BS goes on with them. Seirra air did not know they were a second opinion, and did an outstanding job. Highly recommend Sierra Air.

I am very pleased with the gentlemen that came to clean my heating ducts today. They were courteous, professional and very thorough, not only in duct cleaning but also in their explanations to any questions that I had. They also informed me of a rusty vent and that they also do vent installation as well. We will be using them again in the spring for sure! Thank you Sierra Air!!

I had just moved into a new home and had bad aller...

I had just moved into a new home and had bad allergens. I opened my vents and it looked like the previous owners had been sweeping the ground trash into the vents. I choice to go with Sierra Air after reading reviews. Kevin and Alex were very knowledgeable. My furnace was in the attic, and despite me being twice their size, they didn't need my help to haul their heavy vacuum up my steep stairs. These two were able to answer my questions and provide alternatives to further improvements of my home. Best of all they were not pushy up-sellers, and worked fast and hard. Courteous and professional. I cannot speak for the company, only these two gentlemen (Kevin and Alex) that work for them.

Wanted $90 just to come and give me a bid for a jo...

Wanted $90 just to come and give me a bid for a job! That seems absolutely crazy to me. They called it a diagnostic fee, but there isn't anything to diagnose. I explained that this isn't troubleshooting a system. This is a straightforward duct reconnect on a full gut job that was performed on a residential. Must be nice to be so busy to say that you won't even give someone a quote without them paying you money first. FYI, I'm less than 3 miles away from their shop.

Joe and Karli are awesome. They were flexible and very knowledgeable. Joe went over everything with my husband and explained how things work and why- it was really hot that day and there is no shade over our A/C Unit, Joe stayed and made sure we were set and ready for the heat! Will have them back out for our Furnace :)

Just saw an ad for Sierra Air that said "we sweat ...

Just saw an ad for Sierra Air that said "we sweat the small stuff", well let me tell you my experience with them. I had a baseboard heater installed by my brother-in-law in August that had no thermostat, not too cold yet so I didn't worry much. Roll ahead to September and my BIL is busy, so I called Sierra air, they came out on a Friday and for 90$ gave an estimate on the baseboard and a thermostat in the living room also. The 90$ is out of my account in about an hour. The tech said they would call early the next week. Two weeks go by no call or message. After the two weeks, I finally call them and they said they had a big job in Incline (i thought they sweat the small stuff?) and that they will call on Monday. Monday comes......no call.....another week goes by with no call again.....So I call again that weekend and they say they'll call me the following week!!! They finally call back with the estimate of $490!! They just had to squeeze what was easily one job into two. It was just a quick 2-minute phone call with no acknowledgment of the constant ignoring. I felt like she just wanted to close my ticket, I felt sad and ignored. Sierra air not only does not "sweat the small stuff", they don't care about the little folks

The technician, Sterling, was very friendly, fast and thorough in diagnosing the furnace problem, when another company said there was nothing wrong with it, even though there was. The office person (Bel) went out of her way to accommodate our complex situation with our timing and tenant. The technician, Kyle, explained all details of what was needed and fixed the problem right a way. Very satisfied with the whole experience and would highly recommend Sierra Air.

Last week we had a whole house humidifier installed! Chris was the service tech, he was super nice and professional. Of course my husband had 99 questions regarding the install and he took the time to answer every one. He even went above and beyond to explain how the whole system worked. Sierra Air sent Duane Carlson to handle our service call. He called ahead and showed up on time. He promptly identified the problem with our furnace, made the repairs, tested the repairs and cleaned up the entire area and furnace. We couldn't ask for better service and have relied on Sierra Air since they installed our HVAC systems over 12 years age. They are the BEST!

They had a real person answer the phone on Labor Day (good start), came out the next day, promptly diagnosed the problem with our air conditioner (there were puppy teeth involved ), and got things working again in an hour. Technician was polite, efficient and professional.
We had called another company first and that company has still never returned our call.

Other than some confusion with billing/ financing (it took calling with very specific questions to really get the story and at toward end it was still a bit hands off and uncertain), working with Sierra Air was great. Kelly was great to work with in terms of determining what was best for our budget and circumstances. Felipe and Mitch, the installers, were friendly and professional. As far as I can tell, they did an awesome job with the install in less time than was expected.

We have had Sierra Air come out twice this year. T...

We have had Sierra Air come out twice this year. The first time was to clean our dryer duct/vent. The 2 techs called prior to coming, were on time, and courteously answered all questions. They also looked at ceiling air vents in the house and said they looked good and did NOT need cleaning at this time. So honest.
The second service was to check our heater for maintenance needs, and clean the unit. Again, the customer service was perfect. Our Technician Kevin, called prior, was on time and explained everything he did and what he found.
His recommendation was to change the ignitor which was showing oxidation and was very brittle. He carried supplies on his truck so He was able to complete the job. He gave us the regular fall discount and senior discount.
Our next service will be getting our air conditioner checked out this Spring. We hope you are able to send Kevin out for that job as well.
Great Job Sierra Air on choosing and proper training of your employees - they are the "company" as far as your customers are concerned.

Greg Wells was friendly polite and professional just like I have become accustomed to. His personal demeanor was great. The fix was straight forward and the service call reasonable. This situation was as painless as can be expected due to Sierra Air.

Steve, our technician doing the work was very professional and thorough in the work done. He explained to us all that he was doing. I was not aware of what was involved in cleaning a duct system. He even climbed on the roof to clean the dryer vent. I was amazed at the amount of dust and debris that he removed. I would definitely recommend this service and Steve In particular. If he is any indication then they hold their service technicians to a high standard.

Do not trust these guys.
We had them inspect our HVAC system as part of buying the house. They said all was good. We then had them come or to look at an issue and they said the system was undersized and inadequately designed for your house. They are worse than awful. Do not trust them.

I have to say I was a bit nervous about calling for an A/C repair in June I was expecting the worst. But Dago was up to the task and was able to reasonably and quickly troubleshoot my problem to get us working. We then discussed some plans for the Heating and Cooling system since we just moved into our home three months ago. Even reviewed plans for our hot water tank which is going to need some attention as it is older and not to code. Thanks so much for the discussion and assistance with future plans. I will definitely be using Sierra Air for my future upgrades. The whole experience from scheduling to the actual appointment was very efficient.

I am incredibly disappointed in how I was treated ...

I am incredibly disappointed in how I was treated by the office staff. I signed up for the Home Comfort Club in July and decided to pay the whole year up front rather than pay monthly payments. Later that month, we had our AC unit checked out, regular maintenance, by Tim who was incredibly professional and knowledge. We were very happy with this part of the service. Yesterday my husband received a phone call from Sierra Air saying they had been trying to get a hold of me because my credit card was declined (later found out they apparently had typed my number in incorrectly, it happens, no big deal) when trying to charge for the Home Comfort Club. However, this representative told my husband I wouldn t return any of their attempts of communication to pay the decline amount. Since I signed up a month ago, NO ONE called me, never received anything in the mail, or did not get an email regarding this matter. I don t appreciate Sierra Air making it seem as if I m dodging their calls to make a payment when no one contacted me regarding this situation. I called and spoke with Terry regarding this matter. She did apologize, pushed the blame on someone else saying they were supposed to call me, and said they 4,500 customers to manage. I asked what attempts were made to contact me and she said it is up to this other person to document forms of contact which Terry didn t have access to and therefore wasn t able to tell me. This is incredibly disappointing a month into being a customer with Sierra Air. I don t appreciate their customer service saying I m refusing to call them back, dodging their attempts, when absolutely no contact was made to me by either phone, mail, or email (which they have all correctly inputted into their system). The lack of communication is incredibly unfortunate. We customers don t know what s happening unless someone is willing to communicate with us. This is a huge deal breaker for me. I don t appreciate being made to look like a fool when a representative has dropped the ball. I m giving two stars because we were really happy with Tim and the services we received at our house.
