Very friendly customer service and fast dispatch of a technician on a short notice. The technician, Sterling, was very friendly, fast and thorough in diagnosing the furnace problem, when another company said there was nothing wrong with it, even though there was. He was very good at explaining everything too. Thank you for great service!!
