We had storage solutions installed in our laundry room. Shauna was great! She came out at a time that was convenient for us and provided a great mock up. She helped pick colour and fixtures. Installation happened only a few weeks later and was fast and again, at a time that was convenient for us. Quality is good. We're very happy! Our laundry room is much tidier and organized now!

Every aspect of this design and install was beyond our expectations. I sent Shauna a design done by our not so good designer and she flipped me back a revised design in two days and on a Sunday no less. She was exceedingly pleasant and enthusiastic about getting us exactly what we were looking for. The install went smoothly. We recently had some structural work completed and the floor isn t perfect but Daniel rolled with it and everything looks great. I would not hesitate to recommend.

Just got my closet installed in one weeks. It is a pleasant process from quote, design to installation. Shauna did quote with nice design. This is very impressive. From start to finish Shauna was outstanding to deal with, our bedroom closet was somewhat a unique design due to sloped roof lines and Shauna was able to maximize the space while making it both aesthetically beautiful and cost effective. Ordering and installation process was easy and more importantly on schedule, our Installer Daniel was first rate, completed on time and left the closet clean and tidy on completion. We have lived with the old closet for over 10 years, wish we had seen sense years ago.
We got a new closet from Closet Plus. The design and colour are beautiful. It does utilize my closet space a lot, make my closet bigger and more storages. Shauna was very patient with me, she helped me through picking the design and colour and Daniel did a good job of installation. The price is reasonable, their services are very good. Shauna from Closets Plus did our front foyer closet a couple years back and just recently we got our his and her master bedroom closets done. Shauna is great to work with, really listens to your needs and gave us a design that would meet those needs. She was open to any changes that we wanted to make and the price was competitive. We get lots of compliments on our front entrance storage unit. The bedroom closets provided a much better use of the space. The quality of the material is good. Daniel the installer was very neat and tidy and even adjusted something that we wanted changed. Very happy with the results!

Closets plus helped restore the majesty to our master bedroom!
After many years of searching, we finally found a home in Mississauga with a master bedroom on the ground floor tucked away in a private culd-a-sak next to the credit river. A dream home!
We contacted closetplus for a walk-in closet quote. Instead of the usual run around, we got their representative who promptly came over to take the dimensions and then worked at our (incredibly slow) pace on the designs.
Finally, they pushed themselves to deliver us the final product to match our schedule.
But here is the best part. With 99% of the work done and just a $10 lock missing, they never once pushed us to make the balance 40% of the payment till all was completed.
It took three installers visits to finally make it come out to near perfection.
I would describe their business approach as customer-centric, relationship oriented, responsive and ethical.
I would highly recommend them with out sourcing your walk-in-closet needs.
