Making an appointment is mission impossible. First a tape is played for five minutes with all kinds of completely unnecessary and lengthy announcements, after which you will be put in a queue if you are lucky. However, the first few attempts, the connection just ended abruptly with the message: "It is very busy at the moment, we request that you call back at another time."
Once in the queue I waited an average of 34 minutes for someone to get on the phone. Then an appointment could only be scheduled in 5 days at a location 35 kilometers away. To top it all off, my research results have also been lost.

My wife and I have been going to Star-SHL for years, initially only called SHL. We almost never went to Etten-Leur, only for the course. The distance is too far. We can get blood samples, urine, etc. in South Beierland, at Fisiofit and in Oud-Beijerland is a large Star-HSL location, where they also take blood samples, urine, etc., but also take pictures, ultrasounds, ECG tjes etc. That is all fine and does not take long. In Etten-Leur you often have to wait a long time in addition to traveling a distance. So we prefer to go to South and Oud-Beijerland. Much more pleasant, close and faster. Why are they not on the map or google map for reviews. What is the use of Etten-Leur?

Directly referred by the GP, once arrived I was told that it is only possible to make an appointment by telephone in advance.
