STAR Shl .... A collective name for unprecedented rigid and bureaucratic chaos!
Inefficient and very customer unfriendly.
Making an appointment is mission impossible. First a tape is played for five minutes with all kinds of completely unnecessary and lengthy announcements, after which you will be put in a queue if you are lucky. However, the first few attempts, the connection just ended abruptly with the message: "It is very busy at the moment, we request that you call back at another time."
Once in the queue I waited an average of 34 minutes for someone to get on the phone. Then an appointment could only be scheduled in 5 days at a location 35 kilometers away. To top it all off, my research results have also been lost.
Time for a major reorganization!
