Bought my first home 2017. Many things in the house broke; toilet, aircon, fixtures and fittings, incorrect smoke alarm installation, cracked bench, sink damaged and draws broken. Heran basically said bad luck you had a 12 month warranty. Not really the result a first home buyer was hoping for. The customer service has been great but the after service i though was extremely poor
