Golf courses are OK... club apparently has issues with the residence who own property along golf courses. Seems the members of the country club are not respectful their property. A resident confronted me at their fence to reeport members jumping fences to get a golf ball and possible thefts. Reported Club management of club not responsive to their complaints. This confrontation made playing at the club very uncomfortable.

Best family Country Club in the Dallas area. Multiple pools and restaurants. Three 18 hole courses that wind through Farmers Branch neighborhoods. Price is reasonable.
We were able to perform at an amazing wedding day celebrating Jenny and D. The staff at the Brookhaven County Club were amazing. Months later, we performed at 3 other holiday party s and they were all spectacular. I can t ask for another accommodating staff. Thank you Brittany and Amanda! You guys rock! - Leonardo Event Group
We had a large Edible Arrangements delivered to a surprise birthday party. One of Brookhaven's employees signed off on receipt of the item, but the arrangement was never brought to the party by the country club's staff. (Perhaps they forgot it in the fridge or brought it to the wrong party.) Rather than taking responsibility and resolving the situation, the Catering Manager, Katie Wright, was defensive and unapologetic. Then she escalated the situation by threatening to call security on my husband. Disappointing and highly unprofessional, Ms. Wright does not appear well-suited to a customer service job. We brought the situation to the attention of the general manager, Scott Hajdu, who defused it in a 5 minute phone call.
New member of Brookhaven C.C.part of the big conglomerate ClubCorp the (Masters) course is okay The (Champs) is challenging beginners have a great course to start on the (Presidents). Dues are high for the quality but make up for it all the sister clubs. Fantastic list.
Had our company Christmas party. Service was good. Dinner was sub par and we had steak which was tuff, Broccoli was too crunchy and potatoes were hard. People are very friendly and courteous.
Avoid them if you are person of color. Went to get information on membership for my 8 year old son who wanted to play golf. Front desk lady said it will take half an hour to see someone from membership office. We agreed to wait and sat on a near by sofa. After few minutes, she said that there is a chance that membership officer might not be able to see us. And there is only one membership person on duty. I requested for a membership brochure and she said she didn t have any, membership director was standing next to her. I got little upset and the director got one from inside. Extremely disappointed with their treatment.
We did a tennis tournament here. The outdoor courts need resurfaced. The indoor courts it is very hard to see the players. The outdoor indoor courts the lights are meh. I would say they need to do some updating to their club. The bathrooms are very old. Over-all this is not my country club choice pick but we had a great time at the tournament... everyone in Texas has been extremely nice & we had a blast while here.. back to sunny Florida =)
Well guess what? It s Labor Day weekend. Families show up excited about the day. Oh no! The kids pool is closed! No lifeguard to explain the closed sigh. A roving manager explains he has no idea why. So, let s go to the big pool. Oh no! The diving board is broken, reportedly been that way for two weeks, but apparently no urgency to solve the problem.
Wonderful place for top-rated tennis, golf, racquetball, and fitness - without any of the requisite stuffiness of a typical country club. Definitely recommended for singles, couples, families, empty nesters, and just about everyone else too.
I visited over the holiday weekend. The club is lovely with beautiful facilities. However, they really really should do something about the styrofoam cups. They are simply everywhere. Water -- cups, cocktail -- cups, driving range -- cups. Cups. Cups. Cups. They will single handedly fill a landfill.
The worst part is, they aren't even particularly useful. They kept our drinks nice and cold but they also snap easily which happened more than once. Plus then ended up blowing everywhere when empty. Ditch the styrofoam Brookhaven!
I'm from Houston and I play golf last Wednesday out here is the best golf course I ever play I wish Houston have golf courses like Dallas. The golf course was in great condition the staff is friendly I can't wait to go back to Dallas and play Brookhaven Country Club aging.
This Wasa great Place to celebrate the German Carnaval called Fasching. Fun and lots of dancing. Good food and drinks. This event was organized through the German Club in Dallas.
Wedding?? Here's the inside skinny from a 20 year member. Great for golf, unbeatable for Tennis and racket ball, workout room is big enough but Brookhaven has THE WORST food ever. The golf area grill makes the same sandwiches you get free in county jail but charges $6; the bar is run by teenagers that don't ever even have fresh lemons cut, much less make a decent drink; the cafe above the tennis house is friendly with great service but the food is not great, yet still the best you can find at the whole club; the golf restaurant is always dirty, hideous decoration both in the restaurant and especially the bar upstairs, and the buffet & menu they serve is absolutely awful food... Just horrendous; and for everyone thinking about getting married here.. pay for your own caterer and DO NOT USE BROOKHAVEN for food, even for special events, the food is terrible. If you're super hungry they make edible food but its not "good", the bar tenders in the club area are also awful, beautiful spot to have a wedding but I'd go to Stonebriar if I were you. Brookhaven is better for huge wedding parties, so large you probably need to give your parents some financial relief and not invite so many people; Stonebriar is a Clubcorp club, I'm not a full member but go there a lot and if you want a great place for FANTASTIC pictures, FANTASTIC food, Hotel in the club parking lot, similar in price to Brookhaven, Go see Stonebriar country club in Frisco. Gorgeous place, much better for pictures, guests, and food. Probably cheaper too because if you use Brookhaven, you want to hire your own bartenders and caterer... Which would be too expensive for that crummy clubhouse. I've been a constant year round member for over 20 years at Brookhaven. Maybe we'll finally get better food if some of you wedding people realize how terrible the food & bar is BEFORE your wedding instead of always after.
The Grille was Excellent today! I was impressed by their enhanced cleaning/safety protocols. The food and guest service was also wonderful. Although it was a rainy day the club still looked great and is a great benefit of living in Farmers Branch. Although I was visiting as a Guest I hope to visit again soon.
Nice club with multiple pools and cabana middle areas. They go all in for major summer holidays such as fourth of July. Food tastes good and bar drinks, especially the frozen margaritas at the outside pool bar building are plenty strong and taste good.
Would recommend investigating if you are looking for a good golf, tennis, pool type club. Indoor and outdoor tennis is a big draw. Seeing if your budget matches the need to meet this club must be a factor.
