Do not get it stung here if you want it quickly, very un-customer friendly. Directly referred by the GP, once arrived I was told that it is only possible to make an appointment by telephone in advance. After 10 minutes of calling I am told at the end of the tape that this is only possible online. Then only 2 days later. Once taken, I receive a message a week later that they have not drawn enough blood and I have to go back. Again they have to go there during office hours, half an hour travel time, once there they don't want to take the blood because I don't have the correct form. Very rigid attitude employee there, nothing possible without that form, despite my ID that was there. I can make an online appointment again. I've stopped by three times now and I still haven't been able to donate blood.
