The staff were really nice. The lobby and the room were well maintained. I did not bring my kids but saw a family with kids and they appear to be excited about going to the pool. Great stay!

The hotel is nice enough. Beds are comfortable. The TV had to be standard def, and while it has hdmi it took some engineering work to be able to get my Chromecast to work. The room was also cramed. I won't stay here again. I'm just not a big-hotel type person.

Great hotel with nice comfortable beds. The staff is attentive and very responsive. The hotel lobby is bright and filled with warm inviting cookies. As with Sheraton properties, be mindful of the additional parking fees.

The hotel was up to par with what I've seen before...

The hotel was up to par with what I've seen before. Good room with warm blankets, a good air conditioner that heated the room to the temperature I needed, though it got cold quickly. All the amenities were there and the turn down service always did it's job. There was a pool at the hotel, and a weird small gym with a few weights, a few elliptical machines, nothing special. There's an LA Fitness within 20 minutes of the place. The hotel is in a hill and it's easy to get on the higgway from there though the parking lot is a separate building and it's 12$ a Day per room and the exit is at the bottom of the hill so it's a little weird but still good. Overall a good experience

Clean and professional, the pillows are your standard horrible pillows, I have napkins that are softer then these things, anyway all you have to do is call and they will bring you better pillows, I know I m annoying. The bar/restaurant is really great. I order a late night meal and the bartender put in the order, even though the kitchen had been closed for a few minutes. Great stay and I definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for a great hotel with great service.

Definitely try the salmon, it s really good and not overpriced

Didn't grab me. In the middle of an industrial zone. Parking lot is creepy - dark, shadowy, not well cleaned. They charged me $20 to park in a lot that was open access. It isn't vile or anything. It is just they forgot to care about any service details.

Not quite up to standards of other Sheratons I have stayed at. Tired property, rooms need refreshing. My room very small. Clean, bed comfortable. However, beds were supposed to be queens but seemed more like a double. Not an issue since I was alone for business. Beware: Needham location makes it difficult to get into and out of Boston - especially during rush hour.

Truly disappointed about the behavior of the staff...

Truly disappointed about the behavior of the staff and the lack of consideration shown for their guests. We arrived at our hotel at 10:30pm only to found out that the hotel had been shut down due to some sprinkler issue. Though I understand that this incidence was not under their control, the fact that they never bothered to call us or alert us about this situation even though it had occurred at 3pm is beyond ridiculous. To add to this they sent us to a hotel which is in the opposite direction so now we have to pay extra toll and travel twice the distance to get to our destination. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone!

Not bad, clean and cozy not luxurious but feel comfortable,.not great location, but hotel provides shuttle to newton highlands(during weekdays only), which makes it much easier to go to Prudential or Quincy
Reasonable price, breakfast okay, not satisfied

Terrible experience...no hot water at 6am on a Sun...

Terrible experience...no hot water at 6am on a Sunday morning, false fire alarm at 2 am that emptied the hotel, parking exit was not working, paid parking of $12 a night, front desk unresponsive and did not seem to care about much.... Best of luck if you stay here.

The room was very nice on the club level. Unfortunately, the lounge was closed for renovations. The hotel gave my husband and me a voucher to use at the restaurant instead for the afternoon snacks and breakfast that would have been held upstairs otherwise. Only one elevator was equipped with a functioning "club room guests only" swipe card reader. The other allowed anyone up to the level. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

By far the worst hotel that I've ever been a visit...

By far the worst hotel that I've ever been a visitor and I stay at a tremendous amount of hotels throughout the year.
1. Cards don't work and you have to constantly go back to the front desk to have them re-keyed.
2. The front desk has horrible customer service and blames the customer for all their mistakes. Absolutely horrible customer service.
3. The free continental breakfast is not free and is actually an "upgrade". Which I've never experience at a Sheraton.
4. The only place to park is their parking garage for which you have to pay $12 a night. What hotel makes you pay for parking? One that builds their own parking garage for no reason.
If your paying x amount of money per night these issues should not be an issue with a Sheraton Hotel and we've stayed at a lot of Sheratons. If your looking for a place to stay around or in Needham, MA. then go somewhere else. This is definitely not the place.

The paper thin walls, northern friendly (which is to say cold but not rude) service and a terrible and inadequate restaurant do not recommend this place. At least the rooms are clean, the water out of the faucet has a smell though. While I wouldn't normally complain about the pay for parking (since I'm not paying), given that it is off the beaten path and there is no real reason to charge for parking like there might be in a city where a car is optional, I can only consider this a way to make the room look slightly cheaper.. This is a business practice that I find distasteful.

There aren't many options for delivery around especially on a Sunday. There is a Dominos and a poorly rated Chinese place. Everything closes early too (like 9). So you may get stuck with only this hotel's restaurant open. They do you a favor by not including the menu in the room (and promising to deliver it but not actually bringing it). The food will not match the quality of your average in-flight meal despite costing bout $30 for a meal. It will also not leave you quietly. Luckily there is one of those in-room single cup coffee dispensers.

So this place is "ok" for a night if you don't eat here and you don't mind the noise through the wall. I'm not sure what the other options around here are but I have to say if there are some decent places with thicker walls, I'd probably try them out.

I'm a lifetime Marriott member and like many are dipping the toe into SPG properties to take advantage of the synergies they offer together. I have found the majority of their properties at par or better in some cases (for the value) that Marriott. However after staying at this properties 2 times (total of 6 nights) I highly recommend you stay away from here. Upon my last visit they sent me a bill 2 days after check out for a clock radio they say i stole? Wow, In all my time traveling (3 decades) I've never had this happen nor would i ever take anythiing out of a hotel. No call, just a bill for $99. Then they would not return my call to discuss this matter hiding behind their phone system maze. I finally called SPG and then they reluctantly send me my credit but still communicated with me they feel strongly i stole it. Beyond the pale! Also this is the only Sheraton that when you go to the CLUB LOUNGE for breakfast they have nothing out. Tea and coffee and a sign to go downstairs to the buffet $15 and a long wait - I'm done! Please do not go and experience yourself the worst SPG property there is - Needham, Mass. Sheraton.

The hotel was pleasant and the room was typical, to say the least. Room service, and internet connectivity was good quality and dependable... The iron and ironing board we're very poor quality and the Sol plate of the iron was dragging on the items I was ironing.

One free bottle of water is included in the stay in room and other than that.... It's probably not going to excite you any more than that.

Very standoffish front desk. I Approached them on several occasions with simple requests, that were responded to with an inconvenienced/rude attitude. There were a few exemplary individuals (Al @front desk went above and beyond )...but overall it was impersonal and overpriced.

Stayed one night. As others have said, the place needs an update. Rooms and hallways are stuck in 1997. Noisy ice machines, expensive room service but pleasant staff. My room smelled like gym socks, pretty sure it was the old mini fridge condenser dripping in the rug. Was afraid to check. Hard beds, no pillow top. Stains on the rug. Can t believe this place costs what it does per night. Not interested in returning.

The staff were friendly and helpful.

We stayed here for a tournament. During our stay the hotel had a guest induced flood.

It was terrible, but the staff remained professional and took care of each of the guests. I will stay here again, when I am back in the Boston/Nedham area.

Didn't expect such lousy service from a merriot/Sheraton property. I stayed for over 15 days and there were multiple instances of disappointing service. For one, apart from the $50 they block at the time of check in, another $378 were blocked on my card "by mistake" and haven't been refunded yet. Supposedly it was to be blocked on the agent's (Expedia's) account, but somehow they charged it on my card. This was a huge inconvenience for me as I was travelling for a short trip with a multi currency card with limited money. And if they realised it was a mistake, they should have just released it as soon as possible, but no, they said it would be released 5-7 days after check out. On another occassion, someone called CHURCH received an Amazon package for me as I was not available, next day when I tried to get hold of the package, they couldn't find it after multiple trips to the storage/godown and informed me that the guy named CHURCH has left the service a month ago. How did he sign the package then? I reviewed the hotel online mentioning this and voila! in the next 5 minutes my package appeared. I don't know what's wrong with the management, but I certainly do not wish to return to this property.
It has been more than 10 days from the day of my checkout and the hotel hasn't released the blocked amount yet. This is highly frustrating and disappointing.

Extremely upscale hotel. Stayed here for a wedding and got to see a lot of what this hotel has to offer. Full stocked bar in the lobby and good menu choices for all food available. Rooms are good size and appear extremely clean. Would stay here again for a weekend with the wife.

Went to bed hungry....

Worked all day on site at a customer's facility, Big storm of 2018 so went straight back to the hotel. Waited over half an hour to have order taken, wine came shortly after. As I ordered bar food (small pizza, seared tuna roll) it should have been a short time, and I'd get to bed . 90 minutes later I got up to pay for my drink and indicated food never came, basically clueless and dumbfounded. I went to bed hungry as going out was not really an option due to the storm. Far too long of a day and a poor way to conclude a day of business

Worst staff and hotel ever employees are so rude and Starwood hotels are the only hotels I go to. I will never go here again if I need a hotel around here I will go to the westin Waltham or the element Lexington.

We planned a college visit for our son. However the college cancelled the event. We cancelled the reservation with this hotel 2 weeks ahead of time but they refuse to refund anything. They are keeping all of the money. I'll never book with a Sheraton again.

Average. Not as nice as other Sheraton properties, and the parking fee is annoying. We're in the suburbs, you have a garage, get over it. Ate at the bar one night, average food and inattentive staff.
